Very unpleasant and combative employees. The owner himself (or at least someone claiming that they're the owner) threatened me. If at all possible, do not get your vehicle towed by this company. I would rather personally walk my crashed vehicle to a scrapyard before I let these individuals even become aware that I need a tow. You'll be much happier disregarding this company. They do not want your business, and they sure act like it. You are a burden to them. This was not my first negative experience.
Edit: I'd like to add that the employees were extremely rude from the very start of our interaction. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time, and I felt like I was ruining their entire day by asking basic, everyday questions. This location and their employees have zero consideration for customers that have little experience having their vehicle towed. Instead of the employees asking simple questions, or being polite, I was met with instantaneous rage that seemed as if the employee themselves had zero capability of controlling. I was also told to "meet them after work to settle this," which was unexpected and rather threatening. I find this extremely unprofessional and honestly childish. As always, I started very professional and cordial, but I did not receive that back. The entire interaction was unnecessarily aggressive, and everyone who works for this company apparently needs therapy.
Awful experience. I called once, and got put on to an operator telling me they are in contact with a driver. I waited 2 hours before calling back to find out that the operator never told anyone that I was up to get towed. Waited 2 more hours for and while on the phone with insurance company, missed the phone call of the towing company. I called back a few minutes later to find the driver already left and wants to charge me extra to come back for the tow. Beware of this towing company.
Fast friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, not at all what I expected. They candidly told us what to expect and what future repairs we'd need and
the prices were pretty decent.
There was a lapse in communication between the mechanic and I concerning what we perceived to be a fueture repair. No accommodations or discounts were offered, and we had to fork out the money on a repair we were not prepared for at the time, but at least it's out of the way.
Overall, it was a good place and great mecahnics, I would recommend B &B
I can’t express my sincere thanks enough! Having visited Blossom Music Center and losing the key to my car, these gentlemen came out the same day I contacted them and they were able to get my car onto a flatbed with absolutely no problem and no damage to my vehicle (it’s an all-wheel-drive). From the receptionist who answered the phone to the guys who did the towing… I am so thankful!! I hope I never need a tow in that area again but if I do, I will definitely be contacting you.

I had a flat and these guys came right out. They were very professional and did it quickly. They even went around and filled up the rest of my tires. I would highly recommend them for any tow service that you have. Thank you for being so professional.
Super expensive with charges on a stalled vehicle. Sure most fees came from CFPD but nevertheless it was price gouging for a tow and a few hours of storage.
This shop is the best in the area. I've been going to them for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed- friendly knowledgeable fair priced and honest. What more could you ask for in a mechanic or tow company
Used B&B for their towing service to get my dead car from my drive to a shop. Service was quick, fair priced, and Jesse was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
Overall, not a bad company. My car was impounded & sat on their lot for quite a bit & the only thing I have to say which I found odd is depending on the day I’d call the price would always fluctuate. I’d call one day & then three, four, five days later & somehow I was told the total was lower than what I was originally told the previous day or even week which - again, is quite odd seeing as they charge a daily fee for it being on their lot. It wasn’t small amounts either. It’d drop by almost $100 & then go up by $2-300 & then go back down. All I ever did was call & ask so view that however you like. If you call & speak to a woman, yer in good hands (she never fluxed with previous costs too much) I’m not sure who the guy was but to end this review I’ll just say when it was all said & done, I paid far less than what the guy had told me on the phone a week before I finally got my vehicle out. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🤷🏻♂️
Terrible!!! I waited 3 hours to get a tow and when they showed up he would not drive back to my vehicle so I pulled it out to them and then they said that they could not tow it. Waited 3 hrs what a joke this company is!!
I needed to have my truck put into my garage. Called B&B, there was a tow truck at my house within 20 minutes. The driver’s name was Brandon. He was friendly, polite, professional & knowledgeable about his job!! He ran into several unplanned snags and this young man rolled right through them all without missing a beat!! I would gladly recommend B & B to everyone!! My first encounter with B & B was with Cory yesterday to explain what needed done. He was also friendly & professional in his job!! I always support local businesses and this one did not disappoint!! I’m sure that B & B values it’s employees as these (2) young men are stellar and should be role models to the younger generation on work ethics!! O.K. , I’ll stop now!! YOUR BUSINESS IS ON MY “A” LIST!! Thank You for service!!

I have a 1982 Toyota FJ Cruiser that that requires expertise to work on. I had an issue with the throttle and had to have it towed. I decided to have B&B tow it and work on it after having a bad experience with another local garage a few months ago. Here are some highlights of my experience with B&B: (1) I asked them to store my vehicle inside - they did ( the other garage said they would and didn’t); and (2) Nick quickly diagnosed the issue with my throttle cable, fixed it and upgraded it beyond what I had done by a garage that specialized in FJs. B&B did this all in a day and a half. B&B will be my go-to garage for any work I need done on my FJ and the other 5 modern cars my family has.
Needed a disabled motorcycle transported back to home. Driver arrived promptly with a neat little wheeled dolly designed specifically for transporting motorcycles on his rollback. No damage and easy-peasy to unload. RECOMMENDED for motorcycle recoveries.
Towed my vehicle, was perfectly fine when taken. Only was towed due to being pulled over and driver not having a license. Now the check engine light is on and a loud noise is coming from the back. I asked about it, they denied anything and said it wasn’t possible for them to have done anything being that it was a regular tow. I said I understand but also, we have proof , a video that was recorded right before the tow and no lights were on & you can’t hear a noise. Again, they said they can’t do anything about that because it’s not a possibility that they did something. Anyways, don’t have them tow your car. You may have more problems then what you started with.
Their driver got a LOT of dirt and grease on my driver's seat and door panel, leaving them
filthy. They also left the driver's window down while towing my vehicle in inclement weather. I contacted them and was told the manager would call me back, but no one has and it has been two weeks. DO NOT USE B AND B AS YOU CANNOT COUNT ON THEM TO PROTECT YOUR VEHICLE.
Update--after a second message they called me, apologized AFTER I said I was hoping for an apology, said "if you bring it by we can try to clean it". Go somewhere else, where the drivers know enough not to trash your vehicle in the first place.
Flat tire in the middle of a snow storm. Was unable to get the tire off of the car. Waited over 2 hours for “roadside assistance”, ran out of gas trying to keep warm. Finally called B&B towing (since it was clear that roadside assistance ghosted me). They came right out with fuel and changed my tire. They were so helpful and professional. I had 3 small children with me and everyone was scared. They literally saved my life. I wish I had known to call them in the first place. Highly recommend.
Thieves!! This place stole the spare tire out of my car. They also charged me for a new tire but they put a used tire on my car, which just blew on me and low and behold, that's how I noticed that they stole my spare. They of course denied it and refused to do anything about it. Extremely shady considering they are a junk yard and could easily return or replace the tire. I will never use this place again and I will make sure no one I know uses them.
When I called for the tow to my daughter's car, they showed up as promised. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was EXTREMELY careful and meticulous while using the winch to get my daughter out of the ditch in the snow. I could not have been more pleased. Nice work there young man.
Took my Jeep in thinking it was the hose, turned out to be the radiator. They looked at in within a day and called me back to let me know how much it will cost. Got my car back in 2 days. I highly recommend this place if your in the area !

I cannot believe what just happened. After hitting a large object in the road, they came out & the gentleman fixed my car in less than 5 minutes at no charge. I’m speechless and incredibly grateful. Call B&B first.
Josh was meticulous in making sure my very low classic car got on the flatbed without damaging the body. Took the time to explain where straps were going so I was confident that the truck and straps wouldn't damage anything. Great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Only critique would be to get some better boards for lowered cars. I had to use my own, which I had no problem with, but would be great if the truck had some. Thanks!
These people are great they have helped me so much and I would recommend them to anyone having car problems. My car has broken down two time and they fixed the problem both times. The pricing was fair and if anything happens to my car again I know just who I'm taking it to
Just wanted to say thanks to B & B Towing for sending such a nice guy, Nick, to get our truck back on the driveway after sliding over a dropoff. He was very professional, diligent and enthusiastic about getting us back on the road. Reasonable price and highly recommend!!
Called for a tow they were out 20 minutes after making the phone call. The driver said if I wanted they can take my truck to their shop and fix it that night. Lower ball joint broke and it’s a work truck. I was 20 miles from my shop. From making the phone call to driving out of their shop 2.5 hours very happy thank you again. Would definitely recommend them
Very efficient, accommodating, and professional towing service! I highly recommend these guys! I was quoted a wait timeof 40 mins and was done in 15...including tow and a ride home! The guy in the truck, Mike, was very easy to talk to! These guys are legit!
DO NOT get towed by these people! The driver ripped my driver side door handle completely off and they refuse to pay for it. The woman I spoke to in the office got a pretty serious attitude with me as well and hung up on me. Rude, scamming, inconsiderate-of-property people. Call someone else!
