Well , my appointment was for 9 am I arrived 10 hours earlier and no one bothered me I stayed in front of the scale and when they opened at 8 am they took me in right away.
Be aware to delivery this company no overnight parking in the middle of small town lots of road no trucks sing use bridge st to check in parking on gravel wake to scale house to unload your it takes longer my appointment 8 am checking in 7:30 now is 11am I don’t get call for duck stay away from come here you wast your money hours days……….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Delivered a load there today appt. Was 9am came in around 7am had out of there by 9am so cudos to your staff for getting me in early getting me unloaded by appt time 9am appreciate you guy's & gal's.......
The area between the buildings is not very spacious but there is room to turn around if you drive in the back. I had to wait for them to empty a bin to unload my material in. I arrived around 12:40pm and the scale person Eric said my appointment was 2:00pm. I told him that wasn't a problem since I was early and would wait. At 1:54 he told me to pull on the scale, I drove to the back to turn around, backed up to the bin and dumped the load. I then pulled on the scale to weigh out at 2:10pm and was on my way.
Checked in at 13:25 for a 14:00 appointment time. Plenty of time to make a 08:00 delivery appointment 360 miles 5.75-6 hours away with a 10 hour break.
Called to a dock at 17:00. Imperial Aluminum caused a missed appt.

I hear complaints from drivers all the time about coming here. Why? I may not be here as often as some, but I arrive before my Appointment time, yes trucks have appointments here, I found that out when I called for receiving hours for my first trip in. Sometimes in early, but have never been held past appt. time. It gets pretty tight for dump trailers sometimes, but George gives ya good extra set of eyes to help ya maneuver.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Everything is by appointment even for a dump trailer. They took me in one hour before noon appointment and got out of there fairly quickly. If you plan on getting there the night before your delivery there is not much room outside the gate and there are residential houses fairly close by
If you have a apointment time make sure you are there or you will be waiting all day!!! Even when on time could b here for more than a hour waiting to unload
My appt was at 11:00am, I arrived at 10:00 and checked in, and I didn't get out of there until 3:00pm. Once it was my turn, they only took 20 minutes to unload but the wait was unnecessarily long.
