Stopped in this morning to have the check engine light on my car checked. Which is an advertised service offered. Was informed they would not do it because he had to be inside Incase the phone rang.
Yesterday I could not start my new car after being inside getting small items at Drugmart. It turned out I needed a new battery. The young man at O'Reilly was kind enough to drive his truck over to Drugmart, and give my car a jump start. Then once I had driven my car over to O'Reilly he removed my dead battery, and put the new one in. I was not able to do that lifting because of prostate removal surgery just days before. I greatly appreciated his kindness. Thank you young man at O'Reilly you know who you are. I'm sorry that I never got your name. But I believe it is a good name.

I came into the store for a replacement light bulb install and left with a lifetime loyalty to this store. Due to a sloppy job by an Alliance body shop a year or two ago, there was hard glue sticking to the grille, making it necessary for the young O’Reilly’s tech to pry up the grille to access the old light bulb and change it. Unfortunately, a piece of the grille broke off. Without hesitation, the young man offered me money to replace the entire grill—even though the ultimate people to blame were the people on the body shop team. Not only did he go the extra mile to satisfy me, the customer, but he also pointed out even more flaws in the botched body shop “repair.” This young man’s knowledge and work ethic are outstanding!
Manager Joe is awesome and really the reason I shop there. Not only is he very knowledgeable, regardless of how busy he is he takes his time with each customer! Especially in a small town like ours the way Joe conducts business and carries himself should not only be noticed and commended it should come with a substantial raise because without him there that store simply wouldn't operate!

Definitely better than the other guys, but that's not saying much. Overall not bad. So far in my experience the parts seem to be of good quality. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. Some of them are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Others are bitter, vulgar, trashy. I always come in with the part numbers I need so that I do not have to deal with ignorant questions. If they don't have something in stock, you can usually have it the next morning.
This has been a good store to deal with. I'm a terrible mechanic. Dealing with a store that is helpful and provides the right parts makes it bearable to keep things working.
