I am a man who has always used auto zone for many many years as I work on cars since I was a kid. Today I was VERY unimpressed with this location. I called in for a price on a part. He said yes and $55 and on the shelf. We drove out of our way 20 mins since he said he had one. To get to the store and he does in fact have one but it wasn’t to fit the car I called in about. When I said I called in, he responded well you don’t talk to me sir I apologize. The one that actually fits my vehicle is $194. That’s a hell of a difference! I will be going across the street to O’Reillys if I have to return to Minerva
The Minerva store appears clean and orderly. Greeted by fast and friendly help , answered my questions and made certain that what I was buying, was best for my F150 Lariat. She even carried it out to my vehicle.

Great place to go if you are mechanical or not. They are very helpful with pointing out the products u need. If u have an engine issue they will hook a diagnostic test up to ur engine to find out the issue. Rewards cards are amazing if u have a partner like mine who's a gear head. Only issue is some parts will not be right. If u don't live close it's a pain having to run back. Otherwise wonderful!
Was a fast and friendly service went to get brakes and a breather line for my fuel neck. A guy named Curt Knepper was very professional and had the knowledge to help me. I am going to AutoZone from now on.
Quick in and out. Needed 2 different bulbs. One guy looked them up the other quickly found them. Took me longer to put them in the get them. Thank you very much
Always fast and helpful. Joe is a great parts salesman, he can locate it and get it to the store usually in the same day. Compared to several locations around the area, the minerva store is the best.
I got to say and anyone that knows me can verify ,I have easily spent thousands here,I've received over $5000 in their rewards program,they have a price match program,I have taken advantage of many times in the past,I have had them match summit racing on several parts without an issue,but recently I asked them to match a set of calipers,the lady on counter,who is a manager,told me she had to call her boss and get permission to match the price,she called him then looked at me n said"he said you can go to Summit and get your calipers",I in return said "I will",I understand the fact of not wanting to sell for less than you paid,but to just turn me away n not offer me something, when it's your policy to price match,I did go to Oriellys,in Carrollton,the manager there said he couldn't price match Summit but he would see what he could do,he didn't get as low as Summit but he did get within $8 of their price ,thank you Harvey of Carrollton Oriellys,I will be back
Tried to return torq wrench ,guy told me i was a lair and refused to even look up the tool rental number and forced me to leave the store by threat of police went to canton they took torq wrench RETURN, no problem because ITS AUTO ZONES TOOL AND THEY DO THERE JOB. Instead of arguing with costomers and calling them lairs before they fully do there job torq wrench number was 27043 just in case im accused of lieing again . Saddest display of professonalism i have ever seen in my life true colors of minerva auto zone will never returned to such a disrespecful business again.
It is always a good experience when I'm there shopping. Bud is very knowledgeable about vehicles and easy to talk to. Prices are good and warranties are excellent. Lance knows the business very well and takes care of his customers. I have shopped across the street from them and there is no reason to go anywhere but autozone. Been there and done it.
Junk parts, unhelpful staff. Seriously. My blood pressure rises when I even think about going here. Only reason I still do is to exchange out warrantied parts. Which I'm realizing isn't worth it, I'll pay to replace with another brand for now on, even when I can get a free warrantied replacement from AZ. If you must go here make sure you have the EXACT part number you need, don't rely on them to look it up. You'll be there forever. Their rental tools are bent up, stripped out GARBAGE. Go across the street for a slight upgrade.
Wanted to get wiper blades for my truck employee looked them up quickly on the computer told me what size they were took me to the wiper blade section selected the blades and probably was out the door in less than 5 minutes
