Worst parts store ever. Walked in and about 5 guys working talking in the back. Not one came out to ask me if I needed help. Stood there for 15 mins nothing. They were to busy t talking like girls to do actually work.

Went in to get price on the wash kit and get it that was on their sales flyer,the kid did not want to look it up when he was at the counter,he had the flyer in front of him with the part number and hesitated with a off the head price that was way out of the field..walked out and went down the street to oreillys and they had a wash kit and new the price right off the bat..bout it there..in and out within 10 minutes..sorry autozone,your competitor received my business

I was just at the Toyota dealership in which they told me my two bulbs for my license plates were burned out. They wanted $8.99 a bulb and then $79 to install the bulbs. Total bill at Toyota was $113.00 . I went to AutoZone the bulbs were $4.99 and they will install for free

Nolan at AutoZone Hartville saved my day! Break lights out so I bought them at a store in Canton but they didn’t know how to put them in. But Nolan at Hartville took on the task and within minutes I was safe on the road again. Thank you, Nolan, for going above and beyond.

I had to buy brakes, The girl who checked me out was super helpful, she even went out to my car with me to tell me which tail light I needed. She had no one there to help her , I asked and she said someone called off. She had a long line but kept smiling and helped me as if I were her only customer. Answered all my questions with confidence.

Stopped over at AutoZone in Hartville today. I called before to see if they could hook up a car we were looking at purchasing for my mother. He said no problem bring the car in. What a great guy! James R took the time to hook the car up. He saw that there was one sensor issue. He gave us some advice on getting that sensor fixed by the people we were purchasing the car from. He told me what to say and he gave me a slip of paper to show them the results of the test. Worked out great! They had no problem replacing the air sensor. I am so glad that AutoZone and James came through for us!

Brittany changed our brake light in just several minutes. She was very friendly and personable. The lights cost only $11.48 compared to big bucks at an auto repair place. Thanks Brittany! I highly recommend Hartville Auto Zone.

I've been coming to this autozone for over 10 years and the guys here are always willing to go above and beyond. Just recently I had my truck battery die at the McDonald's here in town and Nolan drove up here in his personal car to give me a jump because they no longer loan out jump boxes. Can't say enough good things about these guys they will continue to get my business for the foreseeable future.

High prices, staff was not very helpful and parts not in stock. Oil filters? Had to go to Oriellys. Since this review I have received communication from the district and store manager. The store manager Chris was very apologetic and concerned about the service I had received. After both of us explaining each other's expectations I am very happy with the way Chris handled my concerns. I also went back in and the same gentleman I was not happy with waited on me a second time. He did go over and above my expectations and was able to get my part the next day. So I guess we ALL HAVE days we may not put 110% into our job and I have done it my fair share of times. I must say the store has redeemed themselves and I will be giving them more of my business in the future. Thanks for all your help guys!!!

Went in to make a return on a part purchased earlier the same morning. Gentleman at the counter rang it in promptly and then needed a password to complete the transaction. After going to the manager (or person that knew the pass word) and calling for him multiple time, said manager couldn’t be bothered to come to the front to type in a simple password. I waited for 28 minutes (yes I was watching the clock) to get my refund from the time it was scanned in until the manager put in the password. I can understand being busy (there was only one other person in the store) but if you can’t take 10 seconds to put in a password then maybe someone else should know it too (3 different people working behind the counter) Gentleman at the counter was very apologetic and understanding. Highly disappointing will not be back to this store again.

I went to get my battery tested and possibly get a new one installed if need be. The guy acted like it was such a hassle to help. He barely looked at me the whole time and barely spoke. He tested it and said it needed charged and told me I could go next door to Mr.Tire because they’ll charge it in my car. I asked him if they charged it here because at this point, I couldn’t start my car anymore and he just said he could try to jumpstart it for me…. So he did and then that was it. He was not helpful at all. I called the O’Reilly’s down the road and she told me to come in and she would take care of it. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a brand new battery installed and everything! (Oh yeah O’Reilly’s took my battery out and tested it three different times to be sure and the test came back as a bad battery. So Auto Zone couldn’t even test my battery properly.) i will be going to O’Reilly’s from now on!

I am here from Florida visiting and my check engine light came on. I came to AutoZone because they run the diagnostic, for free! The guy helping was so nice and then another salesman, James, came out and offered my daughter a lollipop and a small toy. They were very helpful and recommended I go down the street to a mechanic, which I did and they were also very kind and helpful!

Besides the car show the grounds had that old school vintage feel. Not overly processed. Back in the day when a "ride in the country" was as much of a treat as the destination.

I've been buying auto parts from this store for years, but I always come away impressed with this location's knowledge. I'm replacing a radiator on my 1929 Ford model A reproduction, so rest assured that NOTHING is standard on this job. They answered my questions for free and provided me with custom hoses to finish my project. These people are super helpful and make it easy to work on your car, even for a DIY hack like me.

Such nice people. Dude who I believe was the manager or owner gave me a pressure gauge and put air in my tire for free and it was extremely helpful. So grateful for the excellent customer service. Above and beyond.

They guy who waited on my was very rude. He acted like I was putting him out when I needed something checked on my car. Another guy came out and fixed it. He was really nice. The rude guy didn't know how to replace the license plate light

Great service from the staff. If they did not have the parts I needed they had them by the next day. They also have a couple of guys who are also dependable for information. You can't find that kind of service much anymore. I have the advantage of being close to the store but I would definitely travel for this kind of service.

This place is terrible. It's a headache every single time I try to use this location. Just tried to get brakes and rotors, said they had them in stock online, and when I called. When I got there, "can have them in at six". Ok, so I go eat, come back at six, wait til six forty before they show up with a rotor, instead of two. What do they have say? They giggle and say they aren't even surprised. I returned everything else. I'll take my money elsewhere. Pretty sad when even the employees aren't shocked at terrible service.

Bought a battery that died after 2 years & less than 15K miles on it in two years. No sympathy or understanding. Stay away from Duralast brand that Autozone carries. All I got was sorry we don't see a warranty for.it
