I had a great experience with this location. When I purchased a head light, sales rep Noah offered to put in my vehicle. The weather was not the best- it was snowing and getting dark and he still offered to come out to help! It helped my drive home to be a lot easier! He went over and beyond and it made my day!
Friendly and helpful staff. Met my mother for some Christmas lights at hartville and get jeep blew a coolant hose. Staff was super helpful with tools and allowing us to wash up in their restroom. Thank you guys again!
Today, Mon May 13th, I stopped in this O'Reilly store in Hartville to see if I could get some help. The gentleman at the counter listened to my question and assisted me. I was replacing an engine filter on my 🚗, and (2) of the metal clips that hold the cover on fell off and into engine compartment, He looked inside engine, and then went underneath car and felt around and found one clip. The other one we don't know what happened to it. But, I have to tell you, this guy is awesome. I was so appreciative that he found the one he did. The (2 )rear clips were still there, and the front clip he found will hold the filter compartment closed and safe to be driven. I forgot to ask his name, because I was so flustered that this had happened to me. Please tell him Thank You again for me, and give him cudos for helping a female customer out with great customer service!! This will always be my go to store from now on.
My experience was great. Cody was awesome! Super friendly and tested and changed my battery for me really quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking to test/change their battery.
I go in the store to get their oil change deal. I stand in line for 15 min while 1 person at the counter has multiple questions. The guy at the counter waits until he's done with 2 customers before asking for help. There are 2 people in the back. They cannot ring up the oil change they have listed with the cheap filter(they don't stock the premium one for my vehicle) . I stand there for 10 more minutes while the cashier tries to figure out how to ring it up. I get frustrated and put my items back on the shelf and leave. I drive down the street to auto zone(they actually have 6qt oil change deals) and walk in grab the oil, take 10 sec to look up the filter and find it, then check out in another 30 sec and leave. It saved me $10 going to Auto Zone but I wasted almost a half hour and gas going to O'Reilly.
I originally went to the Auto Zone up the road to get my battery tested and possibly replaced if need be. The guy barely talked to me or looked at me and tested my battery and told me it needed charged and said I could go to Mr. Tire and they would do it. I was very annoyed so I called O’Reilly’s and the lady working told me to come down and she took my battery out, tested it three separate times just to be safe and my battery came back bad. She got me a new battery with a warranty and installed it in 15 minutes. She was so kind and willing to help. I will be going to O’Reilly’s from now on!
I'm very pleased with the staff and the services I received. I needed a car battery. I called and they needed to order the correct battery- 2 hours later it was in! Anthony was an exceptional employee. He not only installed my battery, but replaced a corroded cable as well. He was kind, considerate, and professional. I am grateful and would recommend this business to give the best service possible. Many thanks!
I went in right at 7:30 this morning when they opened (6/30/21) because I needed my battery tested as I was sure that it was dead. The assistant manager was the only one working but he was fantastic (I wish I caught his name!). I was greeted kindly, then he quickly and efficiently tested AND REPLACED my battery in about 20 minutes. I've always liked this location, but I was truly impressed this morning by the customer sevice I received. I will continue to patronize this location!
I love O'Reilly's Auto Parts they have most every part you need and if they don't have it they can get it they also guaranteed to be anybody else's price which on many occasions they have if it's cheaper elsewhere they will beat that price it's that simple the gentleman inside workers and helpful I recommend if you using your own mind and tools to fix your vehicle or need a loaner go to O'Reilly in my opinion is much better and better quality then that other place down the road LOL
I love this place. They always have everything I need and more. If not in stock they can get it in a jiffy. I know the other places do that too, but they are always so kind and polite!
Called for a tube for my kids dirt bike Kenny answered after describing what I wanted he tells me a customer walking in and will have to call me back lol really customers should e handled in order they are received. Great customer service ..
Equivalent to advanced Auto and the other major chains. If you have time check online for better pricing but if you need it today them o'rielly's is fine.
