I dealt with Mark... And he was wonderful... He understood my situation and he was a very professional and very understanding. I work next door at the RV center as a technician... And he understood that and he was compassionate and willing to take care of me. He was very upfront and he hid nothing as far of the service he was willing to provide me. I absolutely loved it the experience! ... And as a technician with a lot of experience with service writing and the business... He was awesome!.. I have found my home. I have found somebody that I will always trust with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler... This is my baby and I will trust it to nobody else!.. Great job Mark! ... You we're awesome! ... I have definitely found what I'm looking for. It's a 10 star if I could give it

I havent wanted to do this but I need to to help others who may take their cars here. Im sure at one time when Jim ran the garage it was wonderful. I believed the reviews online about this garage. 5 stars they say. We'll first be prepared to spend thousands of $. My car got a fuel pump. 2 thousand dollars later. Had to take it back. My check engine light came back on. Next was my daughter's car. 2700$ for a tip m. She had to take it back. They said nothing wrong. Took it back again, all kinds of weird things wernt working,. They denied that anything was wrong. We took it to another 5 star garage and found out that the tip m. Wasn't even plugged in on one side. And the other side needed twisted and pushed in. We were going to leave things alone and not say anything. But yesterday my car left me stranded on 224. Guess what it was ? The fuel pump that I had replaced by Jims Auto. I saw pictures of Jims auto handy work. Even a nice drill bit left in my fuel pump. Things were not attached, things had zip ties, my module was broken ,it goes on and on. So what was once a nice garage at one time, is no longer. Please please try to really get reviews and references to garages. Good luck to you. Ive found a 5 star garage now, and very honest techs. Ty for listening.

They replaced the rear end on my 07 dodge ram. Did a great job. Mark and Jaime are very professional. Will always use this shop.

Great experience! Knowledgeable, friendly & communicative. They informed me of my vehicle issues and provided my options. The repairs were made & I was offered a variety of payment options. I highly recommend Shaun and the people working there.

Have been coming here for a few years. My husband really trusted these guys. We took our car to the dealer and had it worked on 3x and finally found Jim's and they found what the real problem was and fixed it. An honest company. Took my car in today because I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right then. Highly recommend!

I have used Jim's a few times for various reasons, they always do great work, are super friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and always willing to try and get me the best deal they can. They are just genuinely good people and I appreciate having someone local that I can trust.

I was not happy, Jim’s auto unfortunately I had a bad experience at Jim’s. I have a Ram 3500 diesel. I could not fine the plug for the block heater after trying to find it, so I called Jim‘s to have them install the plug for the block heater that comes from the factory. I did explain initially that I could not locate one. I had an appt for 3pm to bring it in a couple days after I called. ai arrived before 3pm and dropped it off assuming they would get to it. They didn’t and said they would get to it the next day, not a big issue. When I went to pick it up I looked for the plug and noticed the plug protection cover did not fit the end of the new plug. I went back in to ask them why it did not fit and learned from the mechanic he had just taken the protection plug for the old one? I asked why he replaced the plug that I couldn’t find if it had already existed, it would have been simple to just test the existing plug line that I was unable to find and not use a new one. The person at the desk just said that when I called I just wanted a new plug installed, not really accurate, I did say on the original call that I could not find the plug connection and needed the accessory plug. I would have hoped they would have at least tested the existing one and only replace the plug if it actually needed it. $168 spent when I did not need the part.

Very quick, professional, and transparent. Absolutely everything I was told and Quoted. They accommodated my schedule and were the most fair price. Excellent work great morals, and overall left me with a comfortable and supported feeling as a single woman. I could not be more thankful for my new tires!

This was the first time I’ve been to Jim’s auto care, and found it to be a very good experience. I went for an oil change, which was done in a timely manner. The facility was clean. The staff was pleasant, and Mark showed great kindness. I would highly recommend Jim’s Auto Care. We’ll be back.

The staff at Jim’s auto care was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to address all my problems. I would highly recommend This business for their quality of work! Everytime I am in there everyone is courteous and takes their time to make sure my issues are fixed by the time I leave!

Do not bring your car to this place. When you bring your car for a service they will diagnose multiple things that need to be fixed in your car and sell you a package of services that you don’t need. My car had a check engine light due to oil level. I brought it to them on September 29, 2025 and they said I needed to drop it off for it to get diagnosed. They persuaded me to get additional services that I didn’t need and I agreed to drop the car off. Not only did it take longer for them to fix the car , I went to pick my car on October 6th, 2025 and realized that the airbag compartment was damaged. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist and he vehemently denied that it was them that damaged the airbag compartment and that the staff only worked around the car and not on the inside. This was after I had already paid the bill for the service. I left both the car and key with them. Again do not bring your car to this place. Update: On October 8, 2025 I went to the auto shop to see my car and the staff refused to give me my car key and blocked the door. One of the staff requested that a police officer be called on me. I made a call to 911 and requested for a police officer to come to the scene. The police officer asked the staff about the damage to my airbag and the staff said the auto shop wasn’t responsible for it. On this day , I looked at the damage and saw that it’s worse. The airbag compartment lid has been completely pulled off. I have videos of both days that I visited to show the difference in level of damage. The police officer recommended I handle the situation accordingly since it’s a civil case and not a criminal. No arrests or charges were made. 10/20/2025 In response to a complaint that I filed with the office of the state attorney general, this auto shop claimed that no work was done inside my vehicle or around the airbag compartment. The interesting thing is that I have a dash cam in my car that records even when the car is turned off. I have videos from the dash cam of their staff working inside my vehicle and near the airbag compartment. I also have videos of a staff driving my car off the lot for several minutes without my permission and yet they say none of their employees entered my vehicle. I have downloaded videos from my car’s dash cam as a proof. To show how narcissistic these people are, they keep changing the goal post and find new reasons on why they won’t be responsible for the damage. At first they said they wouldn’t take accountability because I came to get some things from my car after I dropped it off with them, then they claimed nobody from their shop entered my car and after they called the police on me they labeled me as being disruptive and that as the reason why they didn’t try to fix the damage they caused. Not only did they fabricate lies in their response to the state attorney general’s office, they claimed that I slammed their door and hit their staff on the day I came back to check on my car. They forgot to add that the same employee who refused to take accountability for the damage on 10/06/2025 laughed at me when I came back to check on my car, refused to give me my car keys, and another employee put hands on me and pushed me out of their office and called the police on me to have me get trespassed. They also mentioned their willingness to release videos from the incident to the state attorney general’s office which I will be happy to see. I hope they don’t edit the video and release an altered version of it. I took my car to another auto shop who confirmed that there was a damage to the airbag compartment. The airbag in my car had to be replaced because the lid is not sold separately from the airbag. I also have receipts from this repair.

The guys were fantastic! Very prompt with diagnosing the problem and giving me costs up front to fix it. Very friendly and easy ro work with! Kept me informed every step! Highly recommend them!

Called the dealership (Shoners) they quoted me $900 lower for a fuel pump and ECM replacement. This was after I tried to pickup the car 2 weeks ago and it wasn't fixed. *Update 9/2/25* had to have car towed to them multiple times. car still has same original issue. They refuse to work on car, even though there is a supposedly 3 year warranty. $3,600 to not fix the problem

Thank you for being honest and getting us taken care of after Ford tried to charge us over 10k for something that wasn’t actually wrong. It’s hard to find honest work anymore and I appreciate it! Fantastic shop!

Do not take your vehicle to this place.!! They ripped us off big time!! Gave us an estimate and then tacked on another $500 that we didn’t approve. Not only that but they damaged our car in the process and would not own up to it. The rocker arms on both sides of our car were pushed out and we couldn’t even open the rear driver side door. When we called to get some answers we were told that they would not be dealing with us anymore and refused our phone calls. This place is HORRIBLE and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t mind being ripped off.

Brought in a 15 passenger van with a couple issues which all happened to be difficult, labor intensive fixes. And fix they did. Super professional. Communicated clearly and honestly throughout the entire process. They are up-to-date with their assessments and invoicing. Added bonus, they were really nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recently had my clutch go out and called Jim’s Auto Care. I spoke with Jamie, who was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything in great detail. He walked me through how he was going to approach the repair and even researched my specific vehicle to make sure the parts used were the most compatible. During the clutch replacement, he also discovered a major issue that could have led to serious transmission problems down the line. Thanks to his thoroughness, he potentially saved me thousands in future repairs. The work was done quickly, with excellent supervision and care. Jamie was polite, knowledgeable, and truly detail-oriented. I highly recommend Jim’s Auto Care an honest, efficient, and outstanding company!

My Monday morning started with a low tire pressure alert and finding a nail in the tire after school drop off. Not what I had planned for my day! I stopped by Jim’s Autocare just to see if they might be able to help. I was blown away by the service. They took a look at it right away, put on the spare (no charge), and looked for the best price tire for replacement (couldn’t be patched due to being on the tire rim). Gave me some choices, ordered it and called first thing the following morning saying it was in and ready. Great service. I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience or being taken for a ride. Highly impressed and will definitely use again!

I called right at open sitting in a parking lot five minutes away with no brakes. They squeezed me in, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road with new brakes the same day! The staff was friendly and very helpful and the text updates with a very clear breakdown on my car, the inspection and services needed was amazing. I would recommend this shop to everyone, they took such good care of me and got me back on the road ASAP!
