Never taking a vehicle here ever again. After hitting a deer barely the size of a dog with fender and hood damage. An initial estimate of $4600 and while having the vehicle a month the estimate jumped to $14,000. We barely had this car 6 months and now it is totaled. If we want to buy it back we basically have to pay 3 C for having it parked their for a month for them to do basically nothing to it but just take a couple parts off of it and inspect it. This place is a scam!!! I recommend going anywhere else!!!

I had my car there a while ago for some repairs. I had personal possessions and tools inside of it and thought nothing of it as it was a locked facility. I want to retrieve one tool i needed and upon searching noticed that it was missing. As I was leaving, I happened to notice pieces of the tool in a green toolbox that said CornWell Tools. I could not prove that it was mine, but I had the suspicion. A few days later in the evening, as I was visiting another business across the street. I happened to notice Sam rummaging through other vehicles in the locked gate. He went frome one to another to another retrieving small items. I was too far away to make out what they were but that confirmed my suspicion. I will never trust or recommend that place. By the looks of the reviews not a lot of people will unless you're bribed or paid to leave a good review.

I have never had such a bad experience with this place until now. You had my car over a month and when I picked it up, there was paint peel on every piece they replaced. Tape left on my windows and on my hood. I called Sam outside (the GM) and he was sorry for the mistakes. After multiple phone calls and an email to corporate he called me back a month later. Keep saying he will schedule a time to repair my car correctly. No calls. Now he is saying they will not pay for a rental car to fix my car. YES, YOU WILL. Your moto is it's done right the first time. Well, it wasn't. Now I have to escalate this further. I just want my car fixed correctly. This is what you were paid thousands of dollars to do! Getting money and not doing the job promised is THEFT

It’s been I’d say 4 weeks now, still no far, they said 2. Had a communication failure which set us back a week, waiting on parts, waiting on parts, we started the body work! Oh we started the body work!… again? 3 texts now saying they’re starting on the body work. It should not take this long, replacing the damaged parts would have been cheaper and faster in the long run. I used to be a parts guy, there’s no way this makes any sense to take so long. very very minor damage. I feel that this shop screws off a lot racking up labor hours just because the insurance company is paying so three c can make a hard profit. yeah I know I’m not paying but it’s kinda screwing me too. so at this point already im very dissatisfied. Starting to feel like I would have been better off taking it to nourse of all ungodly places in Chillicothe. Edit: After a phone call and calming down a bit, I have discovered progressive is being insanely slow with the process, bad communication out the door with progressive and State Farm, made the call myself and finally got things in motion. Progressive really needs to get on the ball… and so does State Farm GOOD LORD. How many times do I have to repeat myself for you guys? Seriously? Anyways… back to Three-C, work is nearing completion and speed is picking back up, had a good conversation with the GM on Monday around noon and cleared everything up. Thankyou for taking care of my car and doing your best with quality work, hope to see er back in my driveway again soon! Yes I realize I got a little heated over my car and spoke a little out of line. AITAH? Yes, I would be at this moment.

They had my car for over 8 weeks just for me to return it the next day for 4 more days. Repair still not fixed. Missing paint, chips, metal showing, bubbles and runs in their paint job. Blending is rough. Both batteries were dead and stop/start no longer works. Headliner looks like they had finger paint class with grease. Sam claims they had nothing to do with any of of my issues. Ran fine when dropped off. His word compared to the prelimiary summary doesn't match. Stay clear away.

Absolutely ridiculous, I have been told for over 4 week that my car will be done and it has not been touched. They are not waiting on parts and the insurance company had already paid them so now they won't fix my car. I will make it my personal mission to make sure everyone around this area know how shady and disrespectful this company is. I will never recommend them to anyone....they are lucky that they even got a 1 star. If Google would allow me I would give them none.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It can be intimidating, as a woman, going to car shops, but my experience with Three-C did not make me feel that way. You can tell they care about their customers and the job they’re doing. They finished my car faster than expected and it had been completely cleaned! I would definitely trust them with my car again and highly recommend this shop for others!

Worst car repair experience I've ever had in my entire life. Took my car here with a small fender bender. They replaced the transmission cooler and forgot to add transmission fluid, which made my car seize while going down the road at high speeds. They refuse to stand behind behind their repair work they should not be trusted.

Rip-off shop $2,263 and 17.6 hours of labor to replace a few plastic bumper clips on one finder well. No damage to the bumper itself, no paint damage and mechanical damage. Updated: I talked to another body shop owner. He said 3-C is just trying to replace everything and not use any existing parts. I don't need the 3.6 hour paint job or $140 to check the computer codes (free service at auto parts stores). When you're just replacing plastic clips on a bumper.

I had some body repair done at 3 C body shop in Chillicothe, I have had work done here before on other occasions, but I have to say if you want quality work done and done right the first time this is the best body repair shop in Chillicothe. Not only will you be satisfied with the quality of the repair but the value is in line with other shops that don’t come close to there quality. And this is coming from someone that has over 20 years experience in quality control in the automotive industry. 5 star is not high enough for this body shop . I highly recommend them . Dave Jenkins

Cannot say enough good things about them!!! Was in town for a dr apt and heard scrapping under my car. The shield under my car was dragging. I had no clue where to go because I’m not from here so I pulled into the three C parking lot and was greeted at the desk by two lovely gentlemen!! I explained what was going on and they immediately went to problem solving on how to fix it. Rich at the front desk came out and looked at it and the bolts that held it on had rusted off. He said he had an idea, ran back in and grabbed some pieces and came back out and had it fixed super fast!! I cannot thank them enough for helping me and for not charging me either lol. They had great vibes there and didn’t hesitate to lend a helping hand! I’ll def be recommending them!

We have had different vehicles at the shop for different repairs over the course of time. All of the repairs were taken care of in an efficient manner and we're done satisfactory. If we ever had an issue or a concern that arose. It was always taken care of without question. Everyone that works at 3C body shop is extremely professional, and very pleasant to deal with, I have never experienced anyone being frustrated or short tempered or too busy to answer my questions. I think from time to time I can be difficult to work with, and this body shop has always treated me with respect, and I feel that they always go above and beyond to take care of us.

Was involved in an accident and 3C picked up the pieces. Kevin and his crew (Jamie and Brittney) treated me with kindness and concern from the moment I walked into their shop. The regular updates on the progress was very much appreciated! They answered every question. The work on my car looks amazing. 3C is a top notch company!

Someone hit my parked leased car 2 weeks before I was expected to turn it in. Three-c was able to get me scheduled for an appointment within days of the collision. They estimated 10 days for the repair which was completely reasonable, and they were spot on with their time estimate. While my car was being repaired they provided me with periodic updates through text and email. From the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up the entire staff was incredibly friendly. I drove all the way from Columbus to this location, and I would drive this far again just because of how incredible this location handled the repair.

My daughter & I were in an accident at no fault to our own so we took my vehicle to Three C Body shop. Summer & Dennis went above & beyond the throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me updated as often as possible, I was never left in the dark about what was happening, they listened to my concerns and wants and highly exceeded my expectations for the repairs of my vehicle. The insurance was a bit of a hassle throughout the process but the staff at Three C made sure everything that needed to be repaired was repaired correctly & timely. I will absolutely use them in the future should I ever need work done again & would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. We had a great experience & when I did get my vehicle back it was better than I could’ve expected.

Having backed into a piece of construction equipment I put a groove in the passenger side of my Jetta. Having had good experiences with 3C in the past I immediately contacted them about repairing my vehicle. They contacted the insurance company, planned for the repair, followed up with me frequently and continued to work to make the car perfect. After negotiating with the insurance company repeatedly they were able to provide an excellent result. No one would ever know it had been repaired. They kept me informed and I felt like their only customer. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a good result.

I had my first insurance claim after I hit a pole in a parking lot. Over 45 years of driving never a dent or a ticket. The 3-C staff walked me through the process and coordinated the entire claim with my insurance company. Keith kept me updated on the progress of the repair after I had received an initial call from Matt. The process was seamless and in 2 weeks my car was returned to me like new. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and communicated every detail with me. Curtis delivered the car to me and he was helpful and thoughtful. I would highly recommend 3-C for any auto repair.

3C was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries when my car was involved in an accident. My car was deemed a total loss so I didn't actually get any work done but the quick responses, updates, and information about my rights after the crash were extremely fast and the staff was very friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend 3C to anyone and if I am ever in need of repair services in the future for my new car they will definitely be at the top of the list. A+ experience overall 😁

I went to 3C after being steered to the preferred shop by my carrier. I had driven over a semi- tire retread in the fast lane and we were airborne! Things were dragging and my front and back bumpers were trashed. The other guys did not put the car up on a rack and then offered settlement under $1200. Wow. Then 3C reviewed it the RIGHT way. There was massive damage to the alignment and most everything under the car. The $16,000 car was totaled by the carrier. Thanks 3C!! YOU lived up to all the radio hype I heard over the years, and that is a Very Good to have on your side when it matters. Professional and polite- I recommend them without hesitation!!!

Our car was rear ended and I immediately called Three-C to have it towed to their shop. They made the experience about as painless as possible. The car ended up being totaled and Three-C worked with us through the process. They kept us well informed and it seemed like they worked with our best interest in mind. We would definitely go to them again.

Three C Body Shop was excellent to work with! They quickly towed my car for me and got to work after my accident. Within days their estimates were complete, but there was a hold up with my insurance. They would call me or email me every few days to give an update and a full picture of what was going on with my vehicle! They worked with my insurance to make sure I got all OEM parts and the work on my car was top notch! It looked brand new when I picked it up. My case manager, Jamie Heath, was excellent to work with and even kept in contact with me after the vehicle was picked up to make sure the car was still running well. This company is second to none! I definitely recommend!!

This is the second time we have used Three-C to fix our car. Unfortunately it was totaled. They were amazing and explained everything in detail during every step and were completely honest. While having the car totaled was not something we wanted we understand that from a safety stand point that it was the right decision. Three-C is very up front about all charges and more than willing to explain everything. Had we taken our car somewhere else it would have been repaired but unsafe as the damage was to the wheel well and frame. I also appreciate that they were not willing to skimp on the parts and wouldn't use after market parts since my car was only a year old. That keeps money in my pocket by keeping the resale value higher should I sell in the future. Overall I would 100% recommend and send people to Three-C for any repairs needed.

In the past year I have been hit twice and my wife's car was hit too. Three C was the first place I went and they did awesome work, so they are my go to place now and did all three repairs. Matt in estimates was super helpful and even found me a rental truck to keep my business going. Kevin was great in overseeing the work, communicating progress, and making sure the work was done right. They do live up to their commercials.

They kept me updated with the process the entire way through, and were super friendly. I had gone to a couple other shops for an estimate for some small damage a deer caused and they all essentially said they would repair before replace which isn't what I wanted on my new car. I took it to Three-c and the were on the same page with me before I had to ask. They replaced my damage with all new parts and handled everything else with my insurance. Oh! The repairs that they did do on my car is also guaranteed for the life of it! Very happy with my experience !

I have never needed body work before and was very nervous. I have seen and heard many 3 C commercials so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I arrived at their location, I felt confident. They made everything so easy. Checked me in, gave me a rental car and sent me on my way in less than half hour. They kept me updated by both email and telephone. They made this experience easy and painless. Did a beautiful job using Honda parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They will take great care of you. Everyone polite and respectful.

Someone smashed my passenger side window with a rock in order to steal some stuff out of my car while it was parked in my work parking lot. They didn’t have particularly good aim and also hit the door with the rock. When I walked out to my car after work I saw the damage and called my insurance guy. It was the end of the day and my insurance guy said I could take the car wherever I wanted. He was going to try to get me a rental car at this late hour. When he called back he said he had a car for me with Enterprise and gave me their number. I told him I was on my way to 3C. He did not seem thrilled by my choice. He voiced his opinions about the shop, but stopped short of telling me not to take my car there. As I was walking into the shop I was on the phone with Enterprise. They had a car for me, but despite their slogan, didn’t have anyone who could come get me or deliver the car. The guy behind the counter at 3C heard my conversation and said he could get me in a car right there for what my insurance allowed. No hoops to jump through, just solved my problem. Over the next couple weeks the people at 3C contacted me with everything they were doing regarding my car, every step of their process, every time they went back and forth with my insurance company for more money to do the job right. I asked that the information be delivered via email and it was. I was given the option of texts or phones calls as well. When my insurance company provided 3C with a replacement door that didn’t meet 3C’s standards, it was sent back and I was informed. They even talked to my insurance company about the extra time the new door would take and made sure my rental car was covered for that time. When my car was ready they called me to come pick it up. I payed my deductible and that was that. All in all it was an excellent experience. Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if I ever need work done on a vehicle, I will go back to 3C. I would also recommend it to anyone.

I was overall very pleased throughout my experience with 3C. At first I had a challenging time getting the at fault insurance company to come out and give me a quote, they only wanted me to go to a handful of very specific body shops (some of which I had bad reviews and others that I have personally had bad experiences with). After doing some research I selected 3C and once I dropped my car off, they made the process so much easier. They provided a rental vehicle, did all communication with the insurance and all I had to do was sign a insurance check over to them! My car was returned in mint condition, not only did they fix it, but my vehicle was clean inside and out. Very great experience, I would recommend this location to anyone in need of body work.

I would highly recommend Three-C Body Shop to anyone! They were able to take my vehicle in immediately and handled the claim completely. I didn't have to do anything after dropping my car off but wait for it to be done. I was updated throughout the whole process and was surprised when my car was ready one week before the estimated completion date. I was very impressed with the precision and quality of work that was performed on my vehicle. They took all the stress and worry away. I would definitely use them again. 3 C did an excellent job of keeping in touch and on the repairs of our truck. My issue with the repair was the insurance company took so long to even schedule for the estimate. I was over my time on my rental but not due to anything 3 C did - in fact it was done sooner than expected for as slow as the insurance was. They did an excellent job of repairs and were wonderful to work with. Would recommend working with them - they are knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. Cannot say I have the same experience with other shops before - will definitely use 3C again!
