I would like to think Chris Bartram at Chillicothe trucks. When nobody else would help, Chillicothe truck came through. Chris was absolutely amazing. The entire team through the whole process was outstanding. The process was easy and I was able to drive away in my new truck. I give a 5 star rating for the 5 star care I received today. I called CT to ask about a certain truck. I talked with Preston and told him I lived a couple hours away and wanted to try to streamline the process. They told me it wasnt necessarily their policy and wanted me to come in. I understood and then was told they would get my approval and all the info I needed asap. Within an hour Preston called back and gave me all the info. I was happy with what he told me and made an appointment to get there sat by 11. I was running late by almost and hour and was told it wouldn’t be an issue they would fit me in. I arrived and test drove the truck I picked out and they evaluated my trade in. Everything went great. They CONSTANTLY apologized about my wait. I told them not an issue. They got me in to sign my paperwork in between helping other customers. 15 minutes of signing and I was down the road with my new truck. Preston and the rest of the guys at Chillicothe truck showed me nothing but respect and appreciation for my wait. If you are looking for a new vehicle. Give them a chance. My experience was nothing but a great!!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I was intimidated and anxious to the point I panicked and walked out the first day I was there. I came back the next day and Freddie was extremely understanding and very nice to my fiancée and I. I got a 2021 F-150 Platinum, something I never thought could happen in this lifetime. The finance manager is so kind and lighthearted, he is a joy to talk with. So grateful for how it all came together. I highly recommend.

This is the best place to get yourself a good used truck. Everyone there is very polite and does a great job working with you on getting your loan. Freddie took really good care of me on getting everything in the process of my purchase.

I pulled up with my Ford F250 Platinum baby that I NEEDED to sell. I was met with a professional greeting by Preston. He asked what he could help me with, and I explained how I had to let baby go due to my hubby battling Leukemia. He was prompt, enthusiastic, and shared next steps to get it appraised. He offered for me to sit inside, or enjoy the great weather outside as he and the mechanic took it for a drive to determine it's Mechanical state. Then he spoke with management and brought an offer that I accepted. It was the easiest, most streamline process of buying/selling a vehicle I've experienced.
