Quick friendly service. They usually have what I need in stock, at a better price than most.

Had purchased a battery in our local Napa store.. it had a dead cell,we were over in Mansfield Ohio and this was the closest Napa store, so we went to exchange the battery. We had just had it tested at Advanced Auto Parts.. Well,the associate in the Napa store said he had to test it himself.. and yes it had a dead cell.. no good.. but since we bought it at a privately owned store,they couldn't exchange it for us.. ?? If it was purchased in a Napa store,whether owned by "Napa" or by a man named "Joe" ... It's a Napa store,with Napa products and the such... But anyways so we left and will not be doing business with Napa stores anymore...

If they don't have the parts you need in stock, they can usually get them later that day or next day

Had the parts ready at the counter when I arrived.

Sold us a belt that broke in 1 hour. Tried to return it and was told it was our fault.

They can order parts that are not stocked, are not packed with people if you want to browse, and have fairly competitive prices.

This specific NAPA store was recently sold and bought by another company. They went from $500,000 in inventory to $1.4 million in inventory. They have the parts that you need today! They even had a part that the dealership doesn't carry! Knowledgeable guys that know cars is a rarity today in an auto parts store. These guys know their stuff.

They gave me the wrong parts....had to wait 2 days to return them. Dude at the counter didnt even listen to what I want. He knew everything already I guess. At least they exchanged with no hassle.

They had the parts I needed at a reasonable price. I can always count on NAPA to come through.

I ordered brake parts via the web and was happy to see that NAPA was cheaper than all the other parts stores and I got a discount for using the web. Even better. Got just what I needed and the staff was great help.

Management is spot on at this Napa!!! We have been using Napa upon opening our repair shop in early 2016 which is where we met Chris. He is prompt. He takes care of us and our customers. He has turned the W 4th St location around . Quality parts and quick delivery

Watter would not spray half the time I was there left the soap on the vehicle so long it spotted up I will never go back there waisted 10 dollars

Very helpful and informative counter man who assisted us for parts, pricing for Escape. Don't forget if you are a AAA mem er, Show Your Card n Save is honored here. Easy to find without trying. Easy to get in and exit. Plenty of parking.

They have what I need and great customer service.

Quality parts, not always the least expensive, but always great quality. The most knowledgeable countermen in the afternoon area. Pretty much the only place I go.
