Removed my previous negative review which to this day I will say stressified but I did want to give an update going from a one star up to a four or even behind. That is very simple. Had a very good experience after calling another advance locations. Trying to get a year and a half your old battery warrantied one of your gold die hards nobody wanted to do the warranty and I don't understand why I called this location. Expressed my frustration to a young lady. She got my information part number off the battery and had me in and out in under a half hour out in the freezing cold. You really need to give sales members a bare minimum of loves or hand warmers. That's just not cool. They're making you money. You need to take care of them. If you value them they will stay.... Ask me how I know. Anyways, she was great cracked a couple of lame jokes and had it swapped out quickly.
I’d just like to say how awesome Keavonte was! I was in need of a couple things for my car and I wasn’t too educated on what I exactly needed. Keavonte went above and beyond trying to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, the store ended up not having what I needed, but I appreciate Keavonte’s help very much. Not often do I experience such amazing customer service. Thank you!
I ordered parts online and the parts delivered was the wrong parts. Took the parts in to the Ontario Ohio store to exchange them.They had the parts I needed at twice the price and when I asked if they would give me some kind of discount I was told "not are fault not are problem! The worst customer care I have ever had to deal with and will never use advanced again!
Great, very helpful. When they didn't have the part I needed in stock, they found a store close by that did and gave me directions on how to get there.
I thought I needed a new battery. Mitch tested it and said it was low but may still be under warranty. I didn’t buy it there but at brand Z turns out it was under warranty and I got a new battery as a replacement. Thank you Mitch for your great customer service.
