Had a very good experience. Extremely happy with the new Durango. Everyone was super friendly. Buying was extremely easy and fast, arrived at 1 and was on my way home by 3:30.

They have a great crew at Haasz auto mall in Ravenna, Ohio. I called Julie Simonetti up because I saw a tuck I liked on their website and she managed to fit me in to their busy schedule just a few days later. They had the truck pulled up and ready to go for a test drive while Julie did paper work in the background to keep my time at the dealership short and sweet. I bought a beautiful, stunning used 2014 Mustang today that I had viewed online, thanks to Jordan McKendrick (sales) and Mike Teter (finance manager) , the process went very smoothly! I love my new car! The detailer did a beautiful job of cleaning up the car for delivery and these guys really made the whole process pleasant and easy for us! This car needs a little work but it was an amazing deal (we did receive a free car fax report prior to buying which was a very nice aspect)!!

Julie Simonetti was very helpful. I think she went up and beyond to help me. I got a beautiful 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and I've never had anything that nice. Phenomenal experience! Jessica was my sales person. I did everything over the phone and was there 30 min max signing paperwork. Very easy and honest folks to work with. Will be taking my wife here when she is ready!! Highly recommend Car Dealer

Had a great experience with Brennan at Haasz. I think we reached a fair deal and the dreaded finance experience with Mary was actually fantastic. They should at least be on your radar if purchasing a new RAM.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan over the phone. We discussed my current lease which was a bit tricky to get out of early. When I came in for an appointment Jordan went to bat for me and put me into a new ram with a payment I was comfortable with. If you ask Jordan for something, he will do his best to get it for you. There was zero sales tactics, and he wasn’t pushy at all. I would 100% consult Jordan again for a vehicle purchase.

I saw a car they had on Kelly blue book and called. Julie answered the phone. I let her know that I was driving down from Cleveland with my rental car and it would be at least 1 hour before I got there. She ensured me that she would help me. She did my credit check over the phone, got me approved by the time I got to the dealership she had the car ready for me. Mike in finance got me a better approval all within the 20 minutes I had left before they closed. Though I am Cle native that was a good experience and I am happy with my experience!

Rick McCoy was absolutely terrible. Was interested in a vehicle for sale but after the way he talked to my family I will never buy from this place. Everyone else was nice, Rick McCoy does not need to be in sales. If he tries to sell to you, you might as well just turn around and leave. If you came make it that far without him being ignorant.

I always enjoy the end of the year when car dealers start selling their current new stock to make way for the new models that they will soon start getting in. Although about 18 months ago I had gotten a good deal from a different dealership on a 2024 jeep grand cherokee limited, my wife and I wished we had bought one with a 360 degree camera. So I went on jeep.com and started looking for a 2025 jeep grand cherokee limited with the camera out of curiousity. And I found a car that was loaded and included the camera at Haasz Automall. I went into their website and found there was a car with all kinds of money off totaling $11,559, which was almost unbelieveable. I thought it might be a service loaner but it turned out to be brand new. I started an email chain with Jessica Alldredge that went back and forth at least 5 times. She was always very nice although I thought I might have started being a pain. Her and I with her manager Ryan Choong’s approval, reached a deal with my trade-in included. They even had my running boards that were on my trade, removed and put on my new car. The service department was awesome while doing this because it was more then a simple swap. The Mopar running boards are not made to be removable once they are put on a vechicle because it is done with special rivits which they had to get from their body shop to replace the old ones. Although the Haasz Automall was an hour from my house, it was such a pleasure dealing with these people and so worth the drive.

This was our 6th purchase with Haasz, and we couldn’t be more pleased with them overall. Julie was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and stress-free. We continue to return because of experiences like this. Highly recommend Julie and the entire Haasz team.

Great service and customer service by Mike Fulvimar, I really considered him my friend he always try to find the best offer for us in this case we purchased a new Grand Cherokee limited. I will recommend Haasz to my friends and I definitely will be back for another Jeep.

I am now 63 years old, I have purchased numerous vehicles during my life. I have to say I have never had such a great experience as with Haasz and Julie. I purchesed from Haasz and I live a state away, almost 5 hours. When I arrived everything went so smoothly and with not one surprise or change from our discussions. Everyone was super nice, and if the need should arise I would not hesitate to purchase from Haasz again. Dont hesitate to use them.

I had a great experience at Haasz! I leased a 2026 Ram 1500 demo unit from them. The process was smooth and Jordan, the rep, was very accommodating. I negotiated a deal over the phone, we came to the right numbers pretty quickly, we scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork and pickup the truck. They even gave a fair trade in value for my truck. 5 Star experience all the way around. I would recommend them.

Our sales woman Julie was an absolute blessing. When we walked in we weren't even sure where to start other than seeing if we even qualified. Julie helped with all that! She worked hard at getting us into something reliable and big enough for our family. But the most helpful was what she did to made sure we paid a little down as possible for the start! We traided on a 2007 GMC Acadia that was honeslty on its last legs. I have put over 1500 dollars into that car over the last year and it was officially time to take a step forward into a new car! Absolutely recommend Haasz Automall! Everyone was super friendly, helped me and my husband get into a vehicle the same day. Was bit of a bumpy road but once we got too Julie Simonetti she fought HARD to get us in the truck we wanted, instead of trying to beat around the bush, kept saying she’s going to get is driving that truck that night. Even with bad credit, she’ll get you a vehicle, hands down the best experience I’ve had, first time actually buying a vehicle from a dealership and it was a positive one. They didn’t mind that we had our two crazy children with us, like I said above everyone was super friendly. Ok this is probably going to be a long review, I apologize in advance, but I assure you you’ll want to read it… This was the most enjoyable new car purchase I’ve experienced in a very long time. I had an appointment to see Bob Baumgartner the sales man at 230 on 8/1/25 to look at a 2025 Ram 2500. We took the truck on a test drive and after 20 minutes or so we decided we would try to make a deal, we got back to the lot and and told Bob let’s see what we can do, the price was so good I couldn’t really haggle over it and another thing Bob was sitting on his computer pulling up all kinds of rebates(the guy is a rebate wizard) and finance put together several loan options for us. Now is the time that usually stands still during the sale and things take forever, not at this place, Bob had our paperwork going and we were in the back at finance rather quickly. From start to finish we were there for under 3 hours, that’s including the test drive. So the bottom line is go see Bob, he will take good care of you and you need to check out his funny little handshake too….lol My only gripe is when ever I buy a new vehicle I always negotiate a hat or Tshirt into the deal, it was my luck that they didn’t have and Ram hats available at that time, but Bob said he would mail me one. (It’s not really a gripe, I just like the thrill of getting one) If I ever need another vehicle I will be sure to go there again, I’ve been telling my friends about my great experience.
