I went to Penney's last year for some work when I hit a deer, since then I have gone back 7 or 8 times to get this one panel on my driver side fixed. And every time it doesn't stay on and stick where it needs to as evident in my photo. They even ordered a new piece, painted it, and put it on and this is still the end result. (Very nice of them) but, at the end of the day it still isn't fixed. Also this is no slander to Dallas who installed it, he's fantastic.
They are short staffed, I know someone who worked there that said they are a mess internally. They continue to not fix my truck which has been pretty annoying since I live 45 minutes away. I'm not even mad anymore, I'm disappointed. If you have any issues DO NOT take it to this shop. Now I have to call them and figure out what the next steps are to see how we can resolve this issue they can't seem to do on their own AS A BODY SHOP. And trust me I am definitely not going back, done with that drive for no results.
Update 4/11/25 - 2nd time using Penneys.
Had the pleasure of using Penneys again for the front of my car. Once again looks like I just purchased it new from Honda. Can't recommend this shop enough for service, communication, professionalism, and just being great people. Thank you tremendously for everything you do!
Two trees fell on my car. They made it look brand new like I just drove it off the lot. Even cleaned the interior and if I'm not mistaken, filled it up with gas. No sign of any damage. I didn't have to return it, and I went over every inch. The owner kept me updated all the time and stressed to me that quality is important to them as well. I'll never go to another body shop.
These guys will charge you more than the amount to buy a new car just to repair a small indentation on a car, ?
It's ridiculous
For something they were charging me $5.6k+ because of course, they didn't care to check well what's affected and what's not, I repaired it somewhere else for less $500.
They just want to replace, and not repair.
And even as they're replacing, they don't only replace affected parts, they just want to replace everything ?
These guys are a perfect example of customer service. I hope you don't need to have your car repaired due to an accident, but if you do these are the guys that go to.
Had accident in march. By the end of Sept still waiting for headlight. Front desk said getting the headlight wasn’t the problem; finding the time to put it in was . Not the same since Mark Penny Sr retired.
Penny's took care of my vehicle after an accident and I'm beyond happy with the service provided. Through the whole process Mark was very kind, courteous and, informative. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the current progress and what to expect moving forward. When I picked my car up today it had been cleaned inside and out along with the exceptional repairs. The service provided by Penny's is stellar and I highly recommend them!!! Huge thank you to Mark and the entire staff for taking such good care of my vehicle!! Super grateful

I have a 2019 Buick Encore and discovered on my passenger rear door a scratch and two or three small dents on Father's Day of this year. I didn't know when or how it happened, but noticed it when my wife and I were loading some things into the rear passenger side. All this to say, Penny's did a phenomenal job fixing and repairing my vehicle. It looks amazing and I feel so much better as I have kept it in very good condition and was so disappointed when we discovered the damage. They even went the extra step to clean the interior, which I think shows that they are a notch above and go out of their way to give a high quality of service. I do recommend them for any auto body repair work...this is my second time using Penny's s Auto Body and I have had good experiences both times.
Honest business, honest people. They treated my 17-year-old son fair & with respect. They were unable to fix his car but they were helpful in founding a place for him to scrap it & patient why my son work things out to get the car pick up for scrap.
Yes he is a young driver, yes this was his first accident, yes I thank God for his protected of my son, he walked away with minor scrapes, bruises & a burn on his hand from the airbag.
We picked up my daughters car tonight and I was so impressed on the work they did. I can't say enough good things about Penney's Auto Body. My daughters car was wrecked and totalled by insurance standards however Penney's was able to take what would have ended up in the junk yard and made it look brand new again and in a short period of time .....less than a month. They are always very nice and helpful. And fully explain everything to you regarding the repair. I would never go any other place other than Penney's. I only wish I could give more stars!

They are the best! Was referred by my insurance agent and met with Dallas at Pemny's. He took me through the process, scheduled an appointment, and handled the rest. Got my car in and out in two days.
What was truly exceptional is that on my arrival he had already reviewed the insurance estimate and called ahead to get pricing on a brand new bumper instead of the refurbished bumper. The other people's insurance company estimated a cheaper alternative but my car was only 9 month old. He was able to get the brand new part at the same price as the estimated refurbished bumper at no additional cost to anyone.
Lastly, when I went to pick up the car, it was sitting in a conditioned garage and on top of it the carpets had been vacuumed for me!
What great service all around...I will be sure to recommend to everyone.
I took my truck to Penneys to have a dent and some minor scratches addressed. When I picked up the truck the work they did for $2000.00 looked great. I took the truck home parked it for the winter and drove my beater around. Come spring I noticed that the paint was bubbling around the wheel wells. Thinking this was a paint problem I took it back to have this issue addressed.I did not realize that Penney,s not only did not stand behind their work they blamed the manufacturer that it was rusting because of the way it was manufactured. My truck showed no signs of rust in this area until they repainted. Needless to say since they did such fantastic work the rust have progressed significantly. I would recommend that if parts needed to be replaced make sure they check to be sure it is not rusting on the inside. I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle there for paint work just body parts replacement.
We went in with a question about repairing our car and the gentleman pointed to a local store where we could spend $3 instead of $800 and fix the problem ourselves. With that kind of upfront honesty and the recommendation of a longtime customer, I highly recommend this auto body shop.
