I had to have 2 of my vehicles towed in the last 6 months because of health issues the first time and break down the second time. Both time the drivers have been amazing and caring. They are quick to respond to the scene. I wouldn't have any other company in medina tow my vehicles they have earned life long customer.
Casey has helped me twice now. He has been absolutely incredible. Very kind, patient and understanding. So helpful it’s just unbelievable. I’ve had other drivers in the past but Casey has set the bar so high! I will 100% be recommending Lloyd’s towing purely based off of my interactions with Casey alone. Top notch professionalism.
Irresponsible and dangerous drivers. 10:23 pm 3/20/26, one of their drivers pulled out of McDonald’s on North Court and blew through a stop sign at high speed. I can’t believe a towing company would employee such dangerous drivers.
Today, Troy from Lloyd's Towing was my hero! I'd called AAA for a tow due to a flashing check engine light and a sputtering vehicle, and after a 2+ hour wait on the side of I71, Troy drove up with a flatbed truck to take my car to the repair shop. I was extremely thankful to see him arrive (because it was a super cold and long wait) and I appreciated appreciative his friendly and professional demeanor...He was easy to talk to and efficient, and I got the feeling he really likes helping people out of difficult situations... Thanks so much, Troy! You're an asset to the company!

You never want yo need a tow truck company but we got connected with Lloyd's through AAA. Scott was so responsive and worked with me to find me on the side of the highway very quickly because AAA gave him my location as 5 hours away 🤦🏼♀️ but he arrvied 10 minutes after we first spoke on the phone. He was professional and quick with the tire change. Could not be happier with the service that Scott with Lloyd's provided. Thanks Scott!
My boyfriend and I got a flat tire on the highway, and we felt like we were in a tough spot. But guess what? Randy came to the rescue! He was incredibly generous, offering us a discount because he was a couple minutes late. He got us to our destination super fast and completely transformed our frustrating experience into a positive one!
Triple A sent Lloyd's to tow my car. The driver was very kind, explained what was possibly happening with my car. Kept me laughing the whole time, which helped ease my stress. This is probably the 3rd time I've used Lloyd's and have always received great service.
I would like to say I high recommend Lloyd’s towing I broke down in Ohio yesterday and I used my triple a and they sent them out got to me pretty fast and the driver that came out was a gentleman super nice and sweet and made sure me and my son got home safe!! Thanks again for ur services last night I know who to ask for if I ever need them again
Highly Recommended! I thought we were going to need a flatbed because my car wouldn't shift into drive, neutral, or reverse but he brought an interesting dolly gadget that lifted all 4 tires off the ground. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing before he did it.
I am impressed with this venue. The staff's friendliness is noteworthy. They keep you informed until the driver arrives. My driver, Rick, demonstrated exceptional politeness, knowledge, and prompt assistance.
