Awsome towing service, Kayla the tow driver that came was so nice, and help ful she was very patient, and helped me out with no problem, it was to get a tire fix, but my spare was no good so it had to be towed she talked to the company and had them switched over to towing,. Very professional and such a nice person. Thank-you.

The driver called to verify the address and to provide information on the approximate arrival time. Friendly service. On a Sunday. Handled the vehicle (F-150) well with positioning, loading, and unloading. Reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
So tonight I locked my keys AND phone in my car while I was getting gas. While the gas station let me use their phone and helped me look someone up, I just chose the first on the list and it was here. THANK GOODNESS it was. Not only was the person who answered very kind and understanding while I was panicked, their driver who they sent was actually down the road so within 6 minutes (if not sooner) he got to me. He let me sit in his car so I was out of the wind and rain while he unlocked my door. Was super kind, calm, and genuinely a good person.
Reasonably priced as well!!
If I ever lock my keys out again (fingers crossed I don’t) but if I do I’ll definitely be calling them again. Incredibly helpful!
Jon’s towing was wonderful! After an insurance company (starts with a P) literally told us “we can’t find anyone to service you, you’re on your own” after 2 hours of waiting on a Sunday night, Jon’s towing showed up within 30 minutes (originally told us 60 min). They were able to jump my car and talked with me on the phone while doing so. Everyone I connected with was very patient and pleasant to speak with! I cannot recommend their service enough. I don’t live nearby (just broke down 30 min from home) but I would 100% make them my go to service when needed.
Best experience I’ve ever had. They’re the only ones that have the knowledge and training capabilities to tow my brand new Tesla Plaid and my husbands 2026 G Wagon .
My experience with Jon's Towing was of extreme poor quality. Their service technicians are not trained to a high degree, they lack knowledge on how to tow high end vehicles that require special attention to prevent damage to the drive train, etc. My experience with them lack customer attentiveness and customer care. It is a number of vehicles per-day business that they run that yields low performance and quality. Additionally, they damaged my car and did not own the damages they incurred. Infact, Jon was very rude and pushed back once confronted as if he was on the job site at the time. Only use them if it's the only tow company left. Be sure to video and take pictures of the entire process to prove your case in case there is a problem. Jon's towing is a business that is used by AAA as a subcontractor. However, as a customer you must know that neither the towing company nor AAA will stand behind damages that incure while towing your vehicle. So do your due diligence! Ultimately, it cost me almost $1000 in damages because I trusted AAA and a shady towing company that AAA sent out to service my vehicle. I had pictures but no video to prove the damage that me and the service driver witnessed.
Pops told me my 2020 jeep cherokee trailhawk needed a new alternator. The tow truck driver told me pops dont like replacing batteries and the tow truck driver said no its a battery problem then couldn't keep running obviously because the battery was dead. So I had my vehicle towed and now have to pay over 500 for dealership prices to replace my battery because the alternator is perfectly fine at only 80k miles. The tow truck driver was cool and knew what was going on and could have said hey try to replace this battery yourself if that doesn't work call us again and we'll tow it. But im just frustrated that the older guy didnt even recommend trying to replace the battery instead jjst get it towed and pay dealership prices. Won't use this place anymore for future needs. The tow truck driver was cool though real chill and patient.
Great service you have towed us many times on your flatbed, unfortunately !!!! Have always been friendly and easy to work with and you’ve taken great care of our trucks! The staff were wonderful, even on the weekends and they made sure to take great care of our trucks! Would highly recommend!
Wife got a flat in Akron. She called me and said she was calling AAA. They sent this company out. So I figured not to worry as it would have taken me an hour to get to her. She then calls me back and said the guy wanted to know where the stuff was to jack the tire up. Red Flag #1. I started getting ready to go to her. As I'm on my way, she calls and says the guy can't figure out how to lower the spare... Red Flag #2. I told her what to tell him and I was 30 min away. She then calls be and tells me that the guy said the mechanism on the truck to lower the spare was "stripped"... Red Flag #3. It's a 2024 truck.. it's a year old.. it's not steipped. I said I'm 10 minutes away. He said there wasn't anything he could do and need to call an actual tow truck (he was in another type of vehicle). She said can you wait 5-10 minutes, as I would be there to show him. Nope. Said he had to leave. I get there, found out he tried 1 rod to lower the spare. You need to connect 2 together. I got there, lowered the spare and changed the tire in 10 minutes. Meanwhile he was with them for 30 to 40 minutes and couldn't even get to the spare. It's a new friggin truck! He shouldn't be in the job if he can do a simple one .. oh.. and the first thing he said to them was.. "it's my first day on the job doing this alone". I would give 0 stars, but Google won't let you. Totally useless company. Anyone on this planet could have done a better job. As another poster commented.. Google likes to hand out participation trophies.. so had to give at least 1 star.
We were out of town, not sure where we were lol They were so nice and helpful. Made it easy for us. They were so fast to get to us and my daughter was right behind them. Excellent job!! 👏👏👏
Kayla, the person who picked me up through my insurance, was incredibly conscientious and considerate. I was stuck on the side of the highway and she really made that such a pleasant experience, taking care of everything for me. She even gave me a business card so I could contact Jon’s if I needed them in the future!
If I could give less than one star, I would, but apparently Google likes to hand out participation trophies. I called AAA for a lockout service on my Honda Civic. The technician who showed up immediately started complaining about how many calls AAA had been giving him, which was not exactly the professionalism you'd hope for.
He then spent 25 minutes trying (and failing) to unlock my Civic. It’s a Honda, not a high-security vault. When he finally called his boss for help, the boss was rude and completely unhelpful.
Bottom line: unprofessional, ineffective, and not worth your time. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company for anything.
Showed up quickly and Kayla was awsome and very professional. Was amazing getting my car loaded up and out of a busy parking lot! 100% would recommend!
I would like to express my gratitude to ANDY of Jon's Towing for his professionalism and friendliness. First, he arrived before the estimated arrival time given by AAA roadside assistance . Then, when faced with two stranded "little old ladies," he put us at ease and made the effort to put the spare on for us so we could continue on our way. Unfortunately, the wheel did not cooperate, and he had to tow the car (and us) home.
We don't know how to thank them enough for helping us retrieve items from a totaled vehicle after a tragic accident. They went above and beyond assisting us to locate a specific item that no one could find. I know it sounds strange for a towing/recovery business, but they were caring and compassionate during a difficult time.
We were stuck at a gas station when the car wouldn’t restart. After calling around I quickly found assistance from Jon’s. Help arrived promptly and it was determined the car only needed a battery jump. Our servicer checked several other possibilities and made sure that the vehicle was safe to finish our travels. We are so grateful! Very reasonable and friendly!
Amazing service, amazing DRIVER!! I was told by roadside assistance that the tow ETA was 55 minutes but I received a call shortly after getting off the phone, from the driver, saying she was only about 20 minutes away! Not only that, SHE - Rachel - was amazing! I was so excited to have a female tow driver and on top of that she was so friendly, personable, professional, and just all around great. I will definitely be using Jon's Towing again in the future if or when the need arises, and I'll specifically be calling for Rachel as my driver!!
Having a car that won’t start is a very unsettling position to be in. I had the honor and privilege of meeting Andy from Jon’s Towing & Recovery and I must say, he is EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was so pleasant and went above & beyond to care for my vehicle, getting her safe and secure to the dealership. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, so when I experience it, I must give credit where credit is due. Thank you, Andy, for making a stressful situation bearable. I used our Roadside through Hagerty on our classic Packard tonight after losing brakes and going through an intersection going to see my parents in Medina. Jon’s Towing was dispatched out and I forget the drivers name but he was excellent. Took excellent care of my very first classic car and made great conversation about it and other classics. He was able to drop it with perfect precision right into my garage and helped me back it in. He turned a bad night into a good one. Will definitely use them in the future.
Kayla was very professional and easy. She contacted me right before she left and gave me an accurate ETA. She then sent a photo and text of the delivery knowing I was working to let me know. Between me and my sisters we've been going through Jon's towing a couple times and I absolutely love their customer service when it comes to their drivers as well as wait time is pretty accurate! I had a rough night last week when I flew back from Vacation with my two small kids late at night only to shortly develop a flat tire on my hour drive home from the airport. Kayla was awesome! She was knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent communicator. I was instantly less stressed after speaking with her and she came as fast as she could and got me back on my way very efficiently. I was so glad to be connected to her!
I had a great experience! My car had to be towed due to a drill bit getting stuck in my tire and having no spare. Kayla was my driver and she was GREAT! Fast service, very kind, and she provided a comfortable ride to the dealership where my service was done. Will definitely be calling again when needed!
After picking up a nail on I-71 and exiting as soon as I could, I contacted my roadside assistance provider. After verifying my tire was in fact, 'flat as a pancake" , they contacted Jon's for a Change and Tow which in layman's terms means, if they can change my tire and get me on my way they will, and if not, tow me where I can get repairs. Andy showed up on approximately an hour with a flatbed, and after a quick check, determined we were headed to the tire facility that my company had already made arrangements that I might be stopping for service. My vehicle was loaded, secured, and away we went to the tire shop we had specified. We were there before I knew it, and my SUV was unloaded and on the ground in a flash. Andy, their driver was quick, efficient, and professional in helping me out, and getting me to where I needed to be. He even offered me a chilled bottle of water since it was 85 and very humid. Quick, friendly, and got me out of a jam. Thank You.
