I had an amazing experience at Autozone when getting my headlight bulb changed! I’m new to car stuff and their employee Noah did a great job at helping me change it even though it needed additional steps. Would definitely recommend going here :)

I just had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Medina. Noah was extremely helpful and caring. He was really quick to come out and help me and very informative on everything that I needed to know about my car.

I will never go back here again. I was working with Noah and he was completely clueless and disrespectful. He acted like he didn’t even want to be there and helping me was an absolute chore. I don’t recommend going to this location unfortunately. Working with Noah made me never want to come back here again

This is my wife's account but I wanted to tell you about an experience I had this morning. My car battery was dead my daughter and I jumped it and drove it over to AutoZone in Medina. I purchased a new battery and three of the nicest young people I have ever met put it in for me in the cold. You Know Who You Are and I want to tell you thank you they are why no matter what this country is the greatest country in the world.

Excellent customer service! Today I went in for a headlight for my vehicle and was assisted by Customer Service Rep Prestley. He was very knowledgeable about the items that I needed. Presley went above and beyond and his mannerism really made my day. Thank you Prestley for such outstanding customer service you are truly awesome!

Very unprofessional. I was angry because the part they gave me was the wrong one. The guy that was working there threw the receipt at me & said to take the part back home if I was going to act that way.

Bought my son his 1st car. My dad took my son up to AutoZone to buy a new battery and wiper blades. The blades he picked out didn't fit so he took them back and let the sales guy help pick them out. The sales guy installed them. 2mths later I'm showing my son how to wash the car. We picked up the wiper arms to clean the windshield and the blades just fell off! I was trying to figure out how to snap it back in place but it didn't look to be the right fit. My son didn't realize the arms have a spring mechanism and accidentally let go of it while trying to get the blade back on. It cracked and splintered the windshield! Took these blades back up to AutoZone and my son recognized the one guy, said he was working the day they bought the blades but he couldn't get them on. Said another guy took over, but he wasn't there. The other guy seemed apathetic but came out to look at the car. He got one blade to snap on but the other would not. He agreed to refund them and helped us pick out a $71 Bosch brand instead of the $80 RainX brand. I said it's cheaper to buy Motocraft through Ford and to have them install them. They kept the blades. I filed complaints with both AutoZone and RainX... AutoZone GM is refusing any responsibility, but assures me he will reach out to the store and make sure the employees are properly trained on installing wiper blades and identifying a poor fit. Still waiting to hear back from RainX, but they did want the wipers back. Hopefully they understand. Hopefully AutoZone follows up with them. I told the GM he lost me as an AutoZone customer. ****UPDATE - this is in response to the "owner's" reply... I did as he asked and messaged that email address. NOTHING changed. No store owner or anyone else called. It was the same process that I did the 1st time when the General Manager called me to say it wasn't their responsibility. So if you choose to do business with this place think twice before letting them touch your car. The reply was probably to give the false impression he cares or does something about these problems.

I called today to buy parts to do my brakes. Before I could get a word out the guy said “I’m going to put you on hold” and hung up. No “Autozone. This is so and so. Can you please hold”. Just rude and you lost a long time customer. Bye!!

I gotta say, I was stressing like crazy when my car wouldn't start and I had work the next day but when I went to autozone my man Zach was on it right away. I honestly don't know much about cars besides putting gas in it, so Zach walked me through everything like I was family. First off, I mis-diagnosed my car thinking it was the alternator but he was able to show me that it was the battery instead. He grabbed the tester, showed me the results, and broke it down in plain English. Not only that, but Zach helped me pick out the right battery for my car and made sure I got the warranty I needed, even threw in some tips on how to keep my car running smoother so it lasts. Zach didn't try to upsell me, didn't try to rush me, and made sure I left confident and taken care of. Thank you autozone and especially thank you Zach, I really do appreciate it!

Autozone as a store is alright, that's not why I leave this review. I want to specifically highlight a young staff member named Zach who helped me out when I wasn't sure what to do. My car had been blowing hot air for the past few days so I went to autozone, and with nothing but hope, I asked Zach to help me diagnose the problem. After some investigation, he determined that I was low on refrigerant. He was able to find the compatible product for me in the store, check the product out, and gave me a HANDWRITTEN letter detailing the process to refill my refrigerant. Without him, I don't know if I would have been able to fix this and I'm forever grateful for what he did. Thank you Autozone and thank you Zach! I'm enjoying the cold air...

Matt was the best help i think I’ve ever had automotive wise. The guy knows what he is doing and I’m glad he was at work when i showed up. I wish More autozones had employees like him. I hardly ever leave reviews, but the guys here went above and beyond to find the correct wiper blade for my rear windshield and helped me with a relatively tricky installation.

Usually have what is needed. Close to home. Good hours of operation. Friendly staff. Prices average. We appreciate being able to dispose of waste motor oil at no charge.

Very helpful. They aren't allowed to change a fob battery, but he let me use a screw driver and pulled up a video on how to do it. I was done in a few minutes thanks to his help.

Very RUDE counter person REFUSED to look up a part I have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts at Auto Zone and have never had a person tell me they could not look up a part left my other things on the shelf walked out went to Advance around the corner young man LOOKED it up and brought one to the counter The difference between lazy and helpful

I called to ask about synthetic 20 w 50 motor oil was in stock..I was assured it was there In store.. Arrived at store was not in stock and was a waisted trip. This is not the first time this happened and needed to go on the other side of Medina to buy from Orielys . It is extremely frustrating to make the effort to call just to find incompetence from the counter answering the phone. Been a customer for many years and the service becoming very suspect

Messed up transaction of over 100 dollars didn't get the damn refund yet! It's been 2-3 weeks then had to return parts same nothing back ill just never return my husband has worked for Chrysler for 25 hrs and swears by you not anymore lost very good loyal customers

Mike was awesome! I was clueless about what windshield wipers I needed for my car and he helped find me a pair that would work. He also installed the new pair for me and let me sit in my car since it was raining. I was in and out within 10 minutes- wonderful customer service! Thank you Mike!

This is a standard auto parts store with a knowledgeable staff and good selection. I placed an online order for store pickup and received a text/email when ready. They will read trouble codes in the parking lot and also provide simple services like battery/lights/wiper replacement for you as well as testing a battery in store. Easy to get to and handy to have close by. I'd use them again if necessary.
