The woman out by the tire drop off door (long brown hair with bangs) needs to be fired!!! She was the most rude person I've come across in a long time! The poor guys behind her seemed nice & but they seemed embarrassed by her attitude too! I'm not sure but I think this was the same woman who worked in the office by the scales a couple of years ago before the remodeling took place. She was rude back then too!

Over 2 hours to load or unload a trailer. Them being nice doesn’t pay the bills
