They have false clearance items. You go to ring them up at the clearance price. They say no. They gone off sale. They tried to charge you full price for a clearance item scam City. They're parts are high priced anyway. Best to shop somewhere else.

Thanks for always being nice! Every time and for every reason I’ve ever gone into this store, every employee has always been very kind. There are no shortage of auto parts stores in our town, but this store has my business first.

Needed transmission fluid and wasn't sure what kind. The young man there looked it up and got the proper fluid. He was very helpful.

They will send you parts over one hundred pounds but they won't take the cor back you have to carry it all over the state to return it. Absolutely the worst advance in the system.

They tested my battery on a cold night and they told me it was okay. Ended up having to buy the battery a few days later in a different state. Glad I didn't get stranded.

Moments ago, was treated completely unfair at this location. Marker lights listed, one excuse, ( part changed price from last month to today ) .. then wasnt the case and then supposed parts hanging in the wrong spot ( display was perfectly set up ) .. total price gouge.. As well wouldn't price match for oil that is considerably next at a nearby competitor. Buyer beware. Management is excuse making hacks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Wouldn't trust their advice on a lawn mower let alone a car.. Avoid this place.. thank me later

I have always been treated kind and people have been helpful. Only problem I have had is receiving wrong parts. Most of the time they have been right. Sometimes not. The long brown haired lady (I don't remember her name, SORRY!) was very helpful and Jesse has always been helpful

I would rather go to any other auto parts store absolutely do not like advance always an issue everything is a hassle i knew better than to return there the employees are wonderful but advance auto parts the difficulty of things there is not worth it

Very nice people with fast service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery installed in my car.

The people here are always so helpful. I came In to get a battery and I didnt have the tools to do the job they loaned me the tools so that I could go home and change my battery. I know they change batteries for free there which is amazing! But I didnt have my car with me and they were just as helpful as if they were changing the battery.

These guys don't seam nearly as knowledgeable as the Trenton store. Got the wrong part 3 times. Went to Trenton and they got it right the first time.

Recently I sent my son there to have an in warranty battery tested and replaced. They tested the battery and it was indeed bad. I had purchased the battery in Richmond Indiana, apparently the battery I purchased new was actually old. The Eaton store refused to help my son and told him they would not replace it at all. So I went to the Eaton store and the lady manager repeatedly told me I had to have the receipt when it was right there in the computer that it was recently purchased. After arguing with her they told me they would not replace it and that I would have to take it back to richmond to get it replaced. Once in Richmond I asked them if this was their policy and they told me I should be able to take it to any advance anywhere and have it replaced. So basically the Eaton store refused to take care of the customer and cost me an hour drive for no reason, and in the case of my son refused to help him at all. I actually heard her say, I'm not having this go against me. So apparently the managers get dinged for selling bad parts or something,and that's more important than taking care of the customer. So advance is great just don't use their Eaton location.

Had an issue with returning a bad battery but luckily for us Advance followed up with us to let us return it later since we didn't need an extra battery. I am impressed leadership took the time to resolve the issue for us after we left the store and contacted us.
