Sold me a canister purge for a CTS for 70.00. I could of bought from AutoZone for 20.00. Found out after the fact.

Several years ago I bought a water pump from O'Reilly's and the thing blew apart driving down the road through the fan into the radiator tore up the belt the brand new belt did all kinds of damage186 dollars worth of damage O'Reilly's replaced everything including the radiator they even paid for the mechanic to fix it again I go no place else if that doesn't show customer commitment then I don't know what does. I am forever a customer of O'Reilly's Eaton Ohio and even other O'Reilly's I mean that just spoke volumes of their commitment to customer satisfaction thank you O'Reilly's much appreciated. Always knowledgeable always helpful I've not had anybody steer me wrong on advice or how to fix something if I wasn't sure these guys are spot on.
Closed and locked the door before 9pm even though I called first and told them I was desperate and that I would arrive there at 9. They not only did they refused to wait a few minutes after closing time for me they locked the door early and when I did arrive at 859 they just looked at me through the door without a care in the world. They have lost a long time customer! I will also let everyone else know not to come here as well.
They had the battery I needed to get back on the road. They also had the oil I needed to get my oil changed when the local Jiffy Lube just down the street could not.
Have visited and procured a variety of parts, accessories and specialty tools. I personally feel this store is probably the best option for general auto-parts needs.
Staff has always been friendly and have conducted themselves professionally.
Fast Friendly service. Manager Tommy runs a great store. If they don't have the part in stock, they can usually have it the same day or by morning the next day.
Great knowledgeable staff...unlike the OTHER place...they make sure you have the right part and dont argue about if it's right or not and they dont say "I don't know what to tell you"...I got the correct part from Oreilys
Koby pence took great care of me had my check engine light come on and the other day stop in there and the girl that helped me didn't really explain what was going on but koby that works there hooked it up and told me 3 more codes that came up plus the single one that she told me and he explained what they was and how to fix them and he was really nice and helpful about it to I want to have him always help me when I go there no matter what it is
Had a bad day of repeated wrong parts from the guys at advance auto........I talked to a young lady at eaton O'Reilly auto.....she was very helpful, took the time to measure the part to ensure I wasn't getting the wrong thing......forget her name but she rocks!!!!
I started going to Orilly after I had an alternator pulley come off in pieces that I had recently purchased at Auto Zone. I replaced it with one from Orillys, wich was definitely better built for a cheaper price. The pulley was made from machined bar stock and not out if stamped steel like the Autozone one that failed. Better parts at better prices.
Well stocked, if they dont have it they can get it quickly. Staff needs a little more experience, except for a few, they have a lot of turnover. Most are polite enough, but if rhe computer doesnt direct the new folks directly to it they lack the ability to figure it out.
I have been to this store twice to have rotors turned and both times were bad experiences. The customer service is horrid; I do not recommend this store.
