If you get a quote, check how much they are charging you for parts. At the very least call around to other shops. I got a quote for $3,300 to fix my car. They can charge what they like its their shop, but they quoted me over $1,000 more for parts than any other shop I called. I ended up getting all the repairs done on my car for $1,500.
3 Stars because the price breakdown and diagnostic was very helpful and upfront. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and Missy was extremely nice. They allowed me to keep my car there over the weekend while I figured out other options.
Polite professional and very fast service. They were able to Handle my warranty company for direct payment and my co-pay from me. Got me up and running same day.
Had my '85 s10 towed in for some work on the carb, rear shocks and transfer case shelter linkage. It was towed to their shop and they were informed of the work i needed before they towed it. I am now being told 3 days later that they can't do anything for me and have to tow it back. Absolutely unacceptable, what kind of auto shop is incapable of doing the job they are paid for.
I had a great experience with DC. First Missy is absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease with the drop off, service, and pick up process. Second they were quick! I dropped my car off at 830 and was notified by 12:15 it was ready. I will continue to go to them for my big service issues!
The DC Team led by Missy in the front office and the techs in the shop were able to repair my wife’s Yukon and get it back in short order before Christmas. Only quoted and repaired what needed to be fixed and did not try and tack on extras to inflate the bill. Great experience

Our Experience:
Brought our 2018 Honda CRV in Monday at 8am for diagnostics as our engine light was on. Both my husband and I took the day off work and were told we'd get updates "in a couple of hours."
1:45pm (5 hours later): First call - might be turbo, need smoke test, "one more hour"
4:00pm (8 hours later): Finally told it's turbo, $6,500 estimate
4:45pm: Missy informs us the car was completely disassembled during diagnostic and will take over an hour to reassemble. But "sorry, we're closing!"
She admitted they got "distracted" working on other cars during our diagnostic. We were never informed they'd be taking the car apart.
Next day: Car towed back with a new scraping noise that wasn't there before.
Bottom Line:
Poor communication (8 hours, minimal updates)
Disassembled car without permission
Created new problems
Attempted to overcharge by $4000!
Get multiple opinions. We got three quotes - DC was by far the worst. Should have read the 1-star reviews first!
EDIT: Let me clarify. The turbocharger alone (excluding labor and other parts) cost 3500 per DC Auto's estimate. More expensive than the whole job at a honda dealership!

Under new management, and they trashed my Kia and charged me 3k for a nightmare. Had to have their work completely redone. Also I found out later my car was still under warranty, which they should have known when they looked it up and they didn't tell me. So they also voided my warranty. Never ever again!
Always a friendly greeting from Missy when you walk in. They will go over everything with you before they start a job for your car. I went early for an oil change and they were fast and efficient taking my car back and getting it done while I waited for it!
Have been a returning customer for all of my auto needs : tune ups , oil changes , etc... And always get the service you would expect to get , to get from a honest group Tech's , Mechanics, Owners . And they work with you , money is not 1st priority, what I mean is they listen to your concerns & recommend what's best for your vehicle & your safety . I would recommend DC Auto Care to anyone & everyone. Grateful & 🙌 Blessed to have this group of people my Wife & I can depend on.

In regards to the 2023 Honda Passport Review (one star). We were the ORIGINAL customer and trust this shop. The vehicle was not taken to a Honda dealer afterward for a complete inspection as the other reviewer stated. We have consistently had excellent service here throughout the years. We completely trust this auto shop for all of our vehicle needs and will continue to bring our vehicles here in the future.

My son had a check engine light. They diagnosed the issue, performed repairs and had the vehicle out in a couple hours at a reasonable price. Missy and Mark kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely be using their services again.
Ive been with DC's for over 25 years. Always dependable prompt, courteous and honest detailed service. I thought I might need brake pads and rotors, but after a service check including an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection, DC' s determined brakes were not an issue. They could have told me otherwise just to get the money, but they chose the honest route. I'll continue to depend on DC's for all of my auto needs.

Brought my vehicle in around 11am. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and informed me that the dealership would be dropping off the part same day. I got the all clear around 4:00pm and was able to pick up the vehicle before they closed. Not only were they professional, but timely as well. Would definitely recommend this shop vs a bigger chain. They value their customers and do not inflate prices with high markups.
I recommend this place. Great service. Had taken my truck in to have my transmission pan and transmission cooler lines replaced. Had a leak with one of the lines that was replaced after a few weeks. So I took the truck back and they fixed the leak it at no cost. I will be taking my truck back for future maintenance.
We were on a road trip, approaching the Toledo area, when our check engine light turned on. We found DC through its high Google rating and had an excellent experience. They got us right in and diagnose the problem, fixed it, and got us on our way within an hour. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and helpful
My car wouldn't start after replacing the battery and alternator. I called here and they towed my vehicle for a reasonable price. Turns out my anti theft system was locked due to a faulty key. My key was remade and system reset by a locksmith. I was only charged for the locksmith and the tow. I am extremely grateful that it was repaired before I was going on a prepaid vacation. I will be using them from now on because of their speedy service, friendliness of the staff and honesty. Glad I found them !!
Been here twice now and once was in a pinch. I knew what the issues were but wasnt able to do the work myself. The second time which wasnt planned, they were able to get me in and out within a few hours. Not bad for the injector work i needed. Pricing is fair but ill be returning for the customer service they provide and the appreciation for veterans.
First experience was great. I got my SUV in for a service, they worked with me on cost, and they got me booked quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return to have a sensor put in that was forgotten in my tire. They acknowledged the mistake and took care of it right away. I will be returning again next time work is needed on my vehicle.

They were able to fix my car with its needed parts within one day when a competitor was going to take 10 days. (And the competitor was charging lots more.)
