I needed a part that they didn’t have in stock. Chris was so great. He cleaned the old part and checked to make sure it would work. He was so great and took care of us so well.

The staff are straightforward, Anytime I go in to buy a part they have recommendations based on various people's experiences also they show you how to get the best bang for your buck.

I store with lots of products for new and old cars nice people. Wish they'd work out the rewards a little better than they have them now. Apparently they text him to you but it doesn't say it's from them so I just deleted it so now it looks like I'm not going to get my rewards and have spent a lot of money in there.

Staff is not as knowledgeable as they thibk they are, constantly. Everytime i have been in there i have had an employee argue with me only for them to be wrong.

Don't bother coming in for a check engine light diagnostic, they only ever have one person working and can never do it. Today was the second time that this has happened, and I had to wait in line to find out. Waste of my time.

I must say this was definitely one of the nicer locations. The two women working were very helpful and knowledgeable about auto mechanics to my surprise. Definitely a good place to go if u need some help finding the right thing ur looking for.

I bought a headlight bulb from autozone (Byrne) they told me it was too difficult to put new one in🧐took a chance went inside oreilys Vincent came out looked he didn’t hesitate and replaced the headlight bulb for me in the freezing cold weather 🥶 I appreciate his willingness to help and get the 3-5 minute task completed 🙌🏾😊my new place for purchasing any car repair needs,

Amount other reasons, them being open after I get off work and have time to do maintenance or repairs on my vehicle is an added bonus to Quality parts, good pricing and a knowledgeable staff that keep me coming back.

I had wonderful service earlier in the day from Sam at the Alexis Rd store in Sylvania, OH, he was professional and extremely helpful. As a female, I normally get a cold shoulder or rude attitudes from males in the automotive industry but I didn’t get that from Sam and I just want to tell him again how much I truly appreciated his customer service! Also, he was so nice to my son while we were in the store! Thank you again Sam!

On the door it states that you must wear a mask at this location. My husband went in today and the clerk behind the counter had no mask on. We will not deal with this store again. We went right down to Auto Zone, they will have our business for now on. DO NOT STATE THIS IS A MASK LOCATION, WHEN IT IS NOT.

The staff here knows their stuff. Always helpful and friendly. They don't try up sell all the time and look for the lowest cost option.

If I could give you no stars I would, ordered brakes under warrenty then whent to pick them up 4 days later and they got sent back. I re ordered them whent in and the front where only there. When back 2 days later and they had all the pads. But the internet was down and they couldnt get my brakes under warrenty and told me I had to buy them if I wanted them. Worsted service I've ever had and the fact that the 2 guy employees were raising their voice at me. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this location. Go to heatherdowns if you want to purchase something.

I bought an auto part at a different retailer who told me they cannot replace it for me, I took it to O’Reilly and Don very kindly replaced it for me for no charge. I highly recommend coming to this location, great customer service!

Moron working told me he legally could not clear the code on my car for the part I bought and replaced on my car. Went to AutoZone and they cleared it. Lol

Worst Oreilly auto parts store in toledo area store manager rude told me to go to AutoZone if i didn't like the price

Great place to run in and buy wipers, oil, car care products. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. They will even help you to install you wiper blades.

Criag and Jeff was super awesome they got me what i needed. They even told me about life time warranty on spark plugs thanks guys!!! They had awesome customer service thanks again

An employee named Scott waited on me twice both times he gave excellent service, even came out to my car and installed a brake light. I will never go any where else.

I like these guys and gals, every time I have been in here they have take great care of me. I travel past two store to come here, keep up the good work guys.

Every time I go here the Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is spotless and full stocked and they installed my wipes in not so great weather conditions outside without a issue.
