Car died on the road suddenly and they were able to accommodate me quickly and were very nice. If ever need the service again will absolutely call them.
Dropped a vehicle at Yark. Had a hydraulic fluid spill-large one- driver came back and put considerable effort into clean up and it was dark,cold and windy. Outstanding and appreciated.
Izaak was superb. Wife’s car broke down at Secor/475 and he was there in less than 10 minutes to pick up our car. He even dropped me off at my house prior to dropping my vehicle off at the dealership. 10/10 would recommend. I will use P&J’s for all future towing needs.

Don’t get your car towed by them very rude and unprofessional. The driver lost my key fob then me to ask me to go look for my key that he lost… he then got an attitude and hung up me and blocked me. I called the manager and he proceeded to tell me it wasnt the drivers fault and the driver is as frustrated as me as if it’s not his job to collect the key and be responsible for it!! Do not recommend!!
Needed a tow on a Sunday from out of town to Toledo and they were one of the only places that answered. Quick and easy phone call and they got it done with no stress. The only other place that I could get ahold of was going to charge me more than double what I got charged here. I work with fleet vehicles so the occasional tow is needed. I'll definitely use you guys again.

I had a tire blow out from a pothole in Michigan yesterday up in Whitmore Lake (on a Sunday). I'm from the Toledo area and called Pat and Jake's and they were very professional and kind and went all the way up there to get my car and safely delivered it to the dealer to be fixed. Very appreciative of kind and helpful people today. Keep doing what you do how you do it.
Isaac was very helpful and professional. Arrived quicker than they estimated and hooked up my car in the pouring rain quickly and got me out of being stuck in the middle of the road.
