Deceptive pricing practices. Prices marked on the shelves mean nothing according to the counter guy who upcharged me almost double on one item. Buffing pad marked 21.49 on the shelf was over 50 when I got to the counter. His response was that they didn't have the staff to keep changing prices on items. No wonder NAPA corporate dropped you as a store. You will regret the day you tried to rip this customer off!! I've been loyal to NAPA for years.
They continue to give me the incorrect parts. This time, after being told don't order online, We will take care of you in here. They charged me for the correct part, but gave me the WRONG part again!!!
I enjoy coming into this store. I was offered help immediately upon entering, and a few times after. Multiple friendly employees willingly engaged with me and checked in to see that I was getting everything okay.
I don't think this place can be any ruder! Fine being "cash only" - that's understandable since you're in transition from being bought by corporate but come on - refusing to answer questions, ignoring responses, deliberately being totally not helpful - I was even trying to be kind! Not sure if Jesse was having a horribly bad day but luckily CJ and Charles at Advance Auto Parts was friendly, helpful, extremely polite and happy to take my 300.00 dollars so gladly I will not be returning.
Employee 333 was very helpful. He helped get me keys cut for my dad and I bought some filters for the air conditioner. Great friendly staff pleasant place to visit. Thank you for your help gentleman. I’m sure I will be back needing more health in the future.
The folks here are always very helpful and eager to answer questions where they can, if they don't have an answer to a need they do their best to find an answer for you. The prices are a bit elevated but in a lot of ways worth it in a pinch when you don't have time to drive the distance to a big box.
Brought an odd ball key that broke in half, and they were able to cut me a new one super quick with their machine. Also the hardware store is always well stocked, clean and organized... and staff is always friendly and helpful.
I normally shop here for my Cutlass auto parts. Shop local right, support small businesses? Unfortunately, after waiting well over two minutes for someone to offer to help me (I was the only person at the counter and there were 4 employees doing nothing) I divided to patronize a business where Customers still matter. When I have for the exit, someone finally decided to ask " Can I help you", I responded, "No, I'm good". I will take my business elsewhere. $682.00 spent with Summit racing. I will not be back.
If your looking for a place that stands behind it's name. NAPA IS IT. I took my NAPA battery into get it checked found it was bad. They looked at the date on the battery and replaced it free of charge no questions asked no hassle. Thank you NAPA for being what this country needs. (Honorable and True to your words)
Went to the hardware a block away, and they did not have either thing I needed. NAPA had them both. I needed an industrial belt and compressor release valve thing. Nice knowledgeable guys working here.
Had to take a defective part back for an exchange that was purchased at a different NAPA store. The return process was fast and easy, and the staff was very helpful.
What can I say, not the cheapest, but they have what you need, and the counter guys know what parts are what.
Once you get tired of going to the other guys who don't know jack, and sell you the wrong stuff, come here and get the right stuff the first time.
