I was just headed down 79 in Hebron approaching 70 when their flat bed truck flew up in the left lane, merged into my lane to make a rapid turn to the 70W ramp in front of me. I had to slam my brakes and honk at him. Gravel was flying up onto my car bc he got into the ramp so quickly that he couldn’t even remain fully on pavement. As someone who responds to accidents for recovery, I would assume you would be more cautious rather than almost cause another vehicle to wreck. While I’ve never heard of your company until now, I do know that you took the standard route to Etna which is literally in the name of your company, so it’s safe to assume you knew you needed to take that turn and could have slowed down and prepared for it rather than driving so irresponsibly. Do better! I’m sure at 6 pm, you were ready to get home to eat dinner, but I don’t feel anyone’s lives should be risked for you doing so. Also I waited until arriving at my location to send this review so I didn’t almost run anyone off the road or into the back of my vehicle.
The driver was very fast, an efficient! We didn’t have to wait hardly no time at all! He got there an had us loaded an on our way quick! I would absolutely recommend if you ever do have to be towed to please give them a call!
Do NOT leave these guys alone with your vehicle. Anything of value WILL be gone when you return to the vehicle. They are also known to damage vehicles and deny it after the fact.
Larry is a whole vibe!! Stand up guy who gave us some laughs in an otherwise frustrating situation. He was friendly, prompt, and offered a fair price. He treated our challenger with the utmost care, and transported it with such too. If we ever need anything towed again while living in this area we will definitely go back!
After getting the run around from AAA for a couple of hours (they lost my first towing request and then kept changing the ETA once I verified they received my request), I called Etna Towing. My call was answered quickly and they were there in about 45 minutes. I wish I had called them sooner, and will definitely use them again if I need towed.
Charged me 134 for a 2 mile tow from etna to mink st. Didn’t even try to get the truck where I wanted. Use anyone else. my regular guy would have came from Baltimore for 150 and got it where I wanted. He was quick and friendly unlike most I will say. 30 min total but I wasn’t far at all
12/27/20022 my car quit in the middle of the road blocking traffic, luckily there was a slope down the hill and i rolled the car into a residential street down from the traffic. turned out my 20 year old car fuel pump died. The weather was cold, so I called several towing services they were all very booked from the recent snow storm i couldn't wait in a cold car for too long thank God i called Etna Towing, the gentleman answered the phone and 15 minutes later picked us up and towed my car to my home for very fair and reasonable fee less than other towing services in the area. if i ever will need help towing my car i will call Etna Towing again. thank you very much.

My daughter slid off of the roadway, and they called this company for the tow. The driver showed up. He walked over to the car and started it up, and DROVE IT OVER TO THE ROADWAY! Never even hooked up to it!! Still charged her $120!!!. Never even hooked up to it!! He couldve at least charged her the trip charge which should be around $50-$60. On most tows the rest is mileage. She is a YOUNG kid!! Wow!!!

My driver was so sweet.He knew I was disabled and had me get in his warm truck right away and he took great care of the rest.It was probably 20 degrees outside when my car overheated delivering presents.Didn't have to wait forever and was.kind of glad my AAA expired because I would have never thought a local small town would pull through.Did even better.Would definitely recommend Top #1.We all win when we help locally")
Tonight on Christmas my dad’s car got stuck in the snow/mud in my front yard. After calling AAA and being told every hour for 2 hours that they had no drivers I called Etna Towing. They came out in 20 minutes. I wish I had called them sooner. Awesome service especially being that it’s Christmas.
Larry was incredibly helpful, genuine and great to talk to during the ride. If god forbid my car ever has another issue near Columbus I won’t hesitate to call again. Incredible 24/7 service.
Takes towed vehicles to his private home address, and parks his large towing vehicle at his home 24/7. Doesn't seem to care what the neighbors think about reverse beeping at all times of the night. Real class towing service, Not. I don't know but they seem to not like black and brown ppl.
Very fast response. I hardly had to wait, while other places had the wait at 1-2 hours, he was there in 15 minutes. Quick to load and unload, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely call here first if in the area.

Etna towing is a 100% legitimate company. They pay taxes and insurance.
THEY DO NOT STEAL CARS. When someone is unable to read posted tow away signs and ignorant enough to park their car UNDER THE SIGN. KROGER SECURITY calls the towing company TO REMOVE THE ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES.
Steals vehicles from private lots. Went into Kroger and got permission from the manager to have my truck out for sale. These guys towed it. Kroger had zero idea who these people even where. Store General Manager even called his manager and security guy and they had no idea. We called Etna towing and the guy threatened us and called us every name in the book and when we showed up he got in our face and threatened us some more. To the point where police reports were filed because we felt unsafe. Kroger paid the bill because these guys refused to even listen to them, just curse and scream. Something needs done about these guys. Will be following up. Shady business, do not use these guys. Very unprofessional and dangerous.
