Wonderful customer service, especially from Brittany. She was very professional and welcoming. She was extremely patient with all the questions I asked , and knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my car.
I just want to say that this O'Reilly's location really needs to work on its customer service. The energy in the store is lacking, and it wouldn't hurt to have employees who are more upbeat and welcoming—especially to all customers, not just the ones who look like them. That kind of bias is unacceptable.
This used to be my favorite parts store.. I couldn’t tell you how many times I have been there. However my most recent trip there was an unusually subpar experience. I was there to buy several parts for my vehicle. Brake pads front and back rotors LED headlights and wiper blades. The guy behind the desk had the most mundane attitude, opposite of helpful. I knew exactly what I needed, but his attitude was screaming that my mere presence in the store bothered him or something. I had the wipers and headlights on the counter already.. just needed the brakes he proceeds to tell me some crap about different rotor sizes not particular to the trim of the vehicle.. he was not willing to go any further than if you don’t know the measurements I can’t help you.. I just said look no one has ever said anything about rotor sizes or measurements so I’ll just take the wipers and headlights… even his co workers were questioning his finding..
the only reason I’m making this review is because I went to advance auto and they didn’t ask about a rotor size or measurements or anything like that. Told him the year make and model and he gave me brake pads.. that’s it! I don’t know if buddy is having a bad day, or maybe doesn’t like certain people but I think I’ll steer clear of this oreillys from this day forward.. it’s a shame because again it’s the closest part store to me and I used to go often. There are different size brakes for the vehicle I drive but no effort or customer service went into helping me find which size I needed other than him just standing there looking at me
Today, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Pataskala, where I was helped by Mr. Shemer. He was very helpful and assisted me with a check engine light diagnostic. He saved me so much time and money. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge. He's worth his weight in gold. Thank you, Mr. Shemer and the staff, at O'Reilly's. Your newest favorite customer!!
Store manager Brittany is awesome. She was by herself today on store 5-6 customer on line waiting for checkout and purchase, phone was ringing on same time, she handled very well.she acknowledge every one ,she is very friendly and knowledgeable.excellent customer service Brittany keep up good work…
Don't remember the guys name that helped me but I went in for a check engine light that came on and found out it was a very easy fix, my mass air flow sensor needed changed so he showed me where it was and how to do it and even stood by Incase I needed any help, I will be visiting this O'Reilly's from now on for my car needs, thank you for your help and I'm sorry I forgot to get your name
They have a good selection of the odds and ends. Most places are very limited on tools especially when it comes to price range. I noticed this place had some expensive tools and some harbor freight price tools. That's a good thing. Plus the people that work there seem laid back and didn't bug me the whole time I was there. That's a definite plus. Sometimes you just want to shop and not feel rushed.
Called to verify alternator testing. Asked about year of my vehicle and they said it wasn't an issue. I arrived and waited as they attempted to test alternator. Unfortunately the machine wouldn't allow testing. The employees were happy to help. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attain a result for my alternator.
Very clean an organized. A gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. When he could not find what I was looking for he got on the computer and found the location of where it was at. My family buy's most of our parts there. If they do not have the part, they try to give us information of where we may be able to find it.
These guys don't know squat. I went into get a quart oil and was told they do not price match. So I called the 800 number and was told yes they do price match on oil and they were going to call the store so they can brush up. I'll never go back. Plus the price of oil is outrageous, you can go to Walmart and almost get it for half the price. But I will have to say David who I talk to on the 800 number was super cool and was actually kind of pissed that they told me that
I don't usually comment on these things but this store is the worst store I've ever gone to in my life and I've been a mechanic for 20 years every single time I go into the store that's located on Broad Street in Pataskala they gave me the wrong part they tell me they have the part I get down there and they don't have the part it be a fine location to start an auto parts store
