Horrible Customer Service from Ray didn’t speak just threw my money from return on counter and didn’t say anything regarding the amount or anything just flat out horrible service
I shopped at store #6663 in Pataskala they were very kind and helpful, a very kind and professional young man named Dominick ran both my SUVs diagnostics, saved me money and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicles. Great store with good people I will be back and recommend this location to friends and family
Great customer service even let me borrow a brand new 6" c clamp to depress a break caliber I was replacing in their parking lot. And fs the cheapest parts out of the 3 part stores in town.
Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Can quickly identify certain problems and point you in the right direction or directly show you what you need but also show you alternative, less expensive options and give you an honest opinion.
They always got what I need and if they happen to not have it in-stock or don't carry it, they are happy to transfer it from another store it point me in the right direction for somewhere else that does
Don’t use bleach to clean the door handles. Ruined my pants . Also, piss poor selection of 14” wiper blades. Ruined my clothes and didn’t have what I needed.
-staff were really friendly and helpful, one guy working even went out of his way to find me latex gloves in a medium size cause all they had out were xl's.
-place was clean and organized.
-prices normal.
-have a good selection of items.

Reasonably priced and great finds in the discount bins! Staff all friendly to. I will warn you, do NOT BUY CAR QUEST PARTS! Advanced bought them out and despite the quoted 30-50% fail rate (was told this after the CQ recommendation
and the new fuel pump failed), they're told to push CQ parts. So I get a replacement for failed part, upgraded to Delphi brand only to discover that its been taken apart, broken and returned. Someone did not check it. Plus, as a return it should've never been been put back on the shelf! Now, this will be the 3rd fuel pump. Not to mention my car still bejng down and huge inconvenience, timeand lost money for mechanics time. Very disappointed! Let me add, the busted delphi wss shipped from another location
The whole staff is quick and always willing to be a partner with you on a project. I think I have met all of the people that work there by now (thanks to all my projects), and they will always give you great service with a smile. Also, if they don't know enough about something to speak with authority on it, then they will let you know. Nobody can know about everything in the automotive world, and I've met too many car guys that will make something up or overstate a tentative opinion so that they can feel important. If my business was closer to these guys, then I'd be recruiting people out of this store.
Typically you arent at the auto parts store for fun. This being said the staff is always cheerful and helpful. They have a great amount of knowledge to help you find the right part and get things done quickly. I will personally say josh who is my "go to" guy is always spot on with the correct parts and helping me trouble shoot. He deserves a raise and a vacation for sure.
The manager John helped me solve my problem and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. If you need parts you can trust this store to treat you right. Thank you John. I will be back!!
This is the second time I left a store without buying anything. First time the girl that works there lied to me and said they didn't have a restroom. When I've used it many times before. She was just too lazy to walk back and show me where it was. This time I left and went to the hardware store across the street again because they don't have change. Guess what the same lady. It's really pathetic that one person has push me away from a business that I shopped at all the time. This place really needs to learn how to hire good help that provides customer service. Both times I left around $50 worth of stuff on the counter. Before this lady I was spending couple hundred dollars a week there. Just goes to show why some businesses go under. It's called lazy employees. A place like this should have change for $100 if not that is really ridiculous and shows how much their sales have dropped off. Next time I won't even waste my time stopping there I will just go to the one across the street. Hopefully eventually they tear it down and put a new fast food restaurant in. we need it more. AutoZone can cover their workload then some. Plus Napa's right across the street.
Sometimes good deals. A few people there know what they are talking about. Was frustrated once because the sold me a returned part that was mislabeled and missing essential pieces. Didn't do anything to make up for wasting my time and gas. Not even an apology.
