I brought 2 cars from Randy and Cindy when they had the used car lot . They were very professional . The mechanics are great. Randy’s always been very honest and will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car . I sure miss heir used car lot. I loved my Montana I brought out there . All I can my say if this is the best car repair shop near Springfield Ohio

Great people! Great pricing! Quality work! I had a situation where previous person had lug nuts on entirely too tight. They were able to get them all removed, saving the studs, and doing no damage to the wheels!

I had brought my truck in for multiple repairs and replacements. I dropped it off after hours and they had a key drop that was lit and had everything you need in the box for keys and what its there for. The next morning I received a text that had a link. In the link it had the picture of the tech and his supervisor. Then pictures of my vehicle, identification number etc. Below that was the detailed inspection as well as photographs of the problems found. After going through the information I called. The supervisor of the project went over in detail what they found and what can be done. Instead of insisting everything needs to be done. They told me what could wait if I wanted. With everything I had asked to be done which was everything from new tires to brake, exhaust, heater core, and more. It was good to know what could potentially wait. I still had them do everything plus a couple things found in the inspection that I figured might as well take care of it while its there. I highly recommend them and if you do bring your vehicle in know you can trust them to do whats needed and not try to sell you more. Thanks to Chad and Mike for the great job! Everything is working as well as if it was new.

Took truck in for oil change and check up. Oil use seems a little high but after speaking to mechanic, thinks it’s an engine wear in issue. We will keep an eye on the engine.

Had the rear struts and 4 new tires installed and balanced on a 2014 Honda CRV. The ride is so smooth I couldn't believe it. Great job as always.

As someone who’s terrified of being taken advantage of, especially in the car help world, I cannot express my gratitude enough for these guys. My good friend recommended them, knowing how anxious I get, and they did not disappoint. Every single person I interact was kind and patient with me. I don't give out 5 ⭐️ reviews, but these guys deserve it 100%. They are pricey, but I'm the kind of guy who understands you get what you paid for, I definitely got what I paid for, QUALITY WORK. they did an excellent job on my 03 suburban, something I thought was a vapor lock issue, ended up being an OEM problem. I've had mechanic after mechanic look at my shit and nobody could figure out why it wouldn't start in the summer time. These guys did a full auto inspection figured out everything that needed done to it and gave me a list. They didn't hassle me to get anything extra done to it, they took care of the problem I brought to them. It may have taken a week to get done, but that was GMs fault not their's. The guy who i talked to (Mike Newell) was straight foward with me, and kept me informed almost everyday they had it in the shop. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody, like I said i don't give 5 ⭐️ reviews nor do I give out recommendations. I'm definitely going to be a loyal customer for any issues involving any of my vehicles. Big shout out to Mike and the 2 guys who busted their asses trying to fix the issue and if anybody else was involved in fixing my burban BIG thanks to yal also, i know dor a fact that thing was going to be a problem from the start. Everyone i came into contact there was nice as hell also, no BS.

They got us back on the road quickly. Extremely understanding and caring with their customers. The rates for labor and parts are very reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else but RC. I trust them to take care of my precious cargo (my children) and they do just that. The office staff and mechanics are way above par! Thank you all at RC!

Mike and the techs at RC Enterprise did a fantastic job on replacing the timing chain on my wife’s GMC engine. I know it was not an easy job, they had to drop the engine, transmission and other components in order to do it. It runs as good as new. Thanks guys.

Friendly and timely service. Non operating vehicle was towed to them. They worked it into their schedule and identified the issue then contacted me with options. The repairs were made and I was back on the road. They also provided me with a detailed condition of the vehicle which I can schedule maintenance at my convenience. Will do business with them again.

I have been doing business with RC Enterprises for over 10 years. There is never a time, that I do not think that my satisfaction of their work and services is a priority. They are truly a talented group of folks, that treat everyone like family.
