Awesome Friendly and very helpful. Had an issue with my Moms car. They were a huge help with our situation. And because of this experience. I will def go to them if I am in need of their service. Also the gentleman who let us get paperwork out of our glovebox was very kind and making sure my Step father did not fall on the ice. Thank you very much!
The front desk old lady is rude as can be I have never dealt with someone so rude and bitter ! Tone of voice is unacceptable and unprofessional , called the lot guys after making me sign my title over and sign something stating I got my property out even tho I have not gotten it out yet. She called the lot guys saying it was involved in a shoot just blasting me to them completely unprofessional ! The car was not involved in a shooting ! Then she didn’t give me the keys to the car to get in and get the stuff and they have to break the windows lmao just completely phony business! -1000/10
This place was amazing... They helped me to get my car out the fine was relatively cheap to do so and they even let me sit there and wait for AAA which ended up failing me but that's not the fault of maines. The only reason I'm giving this place for stars is because Google says they are open 24 hours a day and they are not... And I genuinely feel like that is something they should fix.
My truck and trailer were impounded for not having overtime paperwork with my driving privileges. A hold pending judges release forced 1 week of storage fees. They want over $1100 fee before i can retrieve my personal property. Fees exceed legal limits and their rules violate puco standards. Filed complaint since I've lost my income to the tow yard.
Maine’s towing came through! After a flat disabled my car, Life360 roadside assistance couldn’t locate a tow truck without a three hour wait. One call to Maine’s and they were there quickly, offered clear options and recommendations for assistance, and handled the car with care. Aaron was professional and made a frustrating situation bearable.

Receptionist working is always so very rude on the phone and also in person. I had called to get total on a police impound for my uncle and she proceeded to tell me that they did not have his vehicle. Which of course they did she just didn't want to look for it. When I arrived she was even ruder and not helpful at all. Continuing to tell me they close in 15 minutes like I didn't know they close at 4. I seriously hope to never have another experience with their company ever again especially if I have to deal with her.

The receptionist was very helpful, very personable and greeted me upon my entry. I strongly believe your first response upon entry to a business informs you a lot about that business.
After calling several other locations, Maines were able to give me a tow from Springfield to London. They got here fast and were friendly. I would recommend them!
My back windshield and front windshield was busted in their lot and they had my vehicle slammed flush against another vehicle which busted my side mirror so they could "save space".
Had a flat in southwest Springfield and called 3 tow companies. The first two had a wair time of over 3 hours. Maines responded within 20 minutes. Thank you so much!
Maine's was wonderful! The man was able to get my car moving by putting down oil dry and pushing it, along with my neighbor. Since he didn't have to tow me, he didn't charge me. Thanks, Maine's!
This company towed my car after I was hit and taken to hospital by ambulance The real injury came when I went to retrieve my car (which was still very drivable) and was charged $540 for a 3 mile tow. This is clearly a predatory company who price gouges people when they are hurt and at their most vulnerable. Compared bill to 3 other local towing companies which were all under $125. Avoid!
I have AAA and AAA left us stranded broke down in the middle of nowhere for over 4 hours claiming they couldn’t find anyone to take the call. We called Maine’s and they immediately came and got us. They were professional and courteous from the lady answering the phones to the driver Buddy who towed our vehicle home. Absolutely would recommend Maine’s Towing to everyone. Had to bring my father here because they wouldn't tow it to his home which would have been cheaper. Also, they're not friendly at the front desk. Customer service is terrible. Only good thing is that they honor veterans and senior citzens.
I am sure that since this is a well known towing company and my son was young that they felt is was ok to take advantage of his situation. Towing bill $1153.78 to get a car towed. I understand that it was a unique situation but to charge for a supervisor (2 hours) that was my NOT at my son's request (can't help the people that work for the company can't figure out how to get the car issue taken care of) is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard of. Also not sure two forklifts and the equipment (carrier for fork lift and rigger) to bring them to the site was my son's problem. I think this was nothing but overkill and taking advantage of a situation. And then to top it off they never sent a bill and told my son that he has to come pick it up???? What business doesn't mail invoices? Yes I paid the bill because as a parent that is what you do to take care of your children.
I had the pleasure of having Julius Tow my car tonight. I definitely would recommend this place to anywhere, I waited no longer then 20 minutes, Julius was very professional and handle, and parked my car with care, I highly recommend him. Despite my night, they had the right person for the job !!!
Called to have my car pulled out of the muddy mess, that I’m less than proud to say... is the current state of my yard. The dispatcher said that she wouldn’t send a truck, because they are “too heavy” for the alley behind my house to support.
Panicking, I called the other known local tow company (goes by only a first name 😉), and they not only showed up within minutes... WITH A BIG TRUCK... but they pulled me out for no charge!
You’ve lost a potential customer, as well as anyone else I can can push the way of your competitor.
P.S. The alley supported their “big truck” just fine.
