I was stuck in the middle of the highway with a completely dead car. Traffic was backed up and City Wide showed up. The initial call to get this started was kind, respectful and understanding of the situation and wasted no time getting to me. Mike was the driver and was the coolest dude. Got me where I needed with a smile on his face. Thank you!
Would not recommend this place at all! The office woman & 1 of her daughters that was working in the office with her were really rude. Communication was displeasing as well.
Very helpful + Great with communication & customer service!! Mike had my car picked up in less than 10 minutes when arriving on scene. he left me with his buisness card as well as any information i’d need to get it out of impound! definitely recommend going with city wide!!
I was in need of a battery for my truck and was low on money. You can get a good battery for $25.00. if for some reason the battery isn't working correctly, they will replace it, not sure how long the guarantee is, but I think it's for two weeks. There is a $10 core charge unless you bring your bad battery in. Have bought several batteries from there with no problem.
I needed to salvage a car pretty quickly. I called and was able to schedule right away. They were very accommodating with my work schedule since I work in Hilliard and would have to travel for an hour. The process went as quickly as it possibly could. Would definitely recommend this company!!

Are you kidding highest towing 175.to go 3 blocks told 20 a day to keep get there 25 a day it's rediculas also they have all insurance info won't give you car till paid then they close at five and closed on weekends really I have told to other salvage co. It's 12 a day and they are available any time to get your car so people run from City Wide
I called them on a Saturday, and they informed me that the car scrapping services was only done M-F so I called back later in the week.
Fast service, great customer service, and friendly employees! The employee came and got my car, hooked her up, and had me follow them to the yard where I handed over the title and my ID while they weighed the car. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to weigh and they paid me in cash. Since I was a little bit out of city limits of Springfield on the north-east end, they charged me $15 and took it off of the total payout from the weight of the car. No problem!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service. City Wide Towing greatly exceeded my expectations!
Very friendly....(((((. Do not mix these guys up with City Wide of Cincinnati.))))))) City Wide towing of Cincinnati is a joke.. very nasty drivers very unfriendly. Before I would use them I would call Good Will and let them tow my car.................
