Jeff is a god send. Went in today with my brother hoping to get our dad’s old F150 back in the road. He helped us understand what we needed for a full set of coils and plugs. He even helped me understand how to get the plugs out. This is the best place in town and ask for Jeff!
Immaculately clean parking lot. Looks new but this was my first time at this location. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by Ryan when he saw me. I asked where I can find fix-a-flat. Ryan came from around the counter and walked towards the isle. He picked up a bottle and walked back towards the counter. I appreciated the customer service but a piece of feedback I would offer is to show the customer the product you as the knowledgeable associate would chose and allow the customer to assess whether or not they want to purchase that particular brand. Ryan was nice and gave me some tips to follow when using this product and his customer service cut down my time of being in the store or wondering off looking at things I don’t need. I really would recommend this location. It’s a smaller location but as I mentioned very clean with good customer service. Thanks for your help Ryan!
Made a mistake however was understandable, was quick to admit it and help when they could. Very kind and knowledgeable and would definitely come back here in the future for my parts.
Walked in needing a key fob battery and not having a clue about what type of battery or how to replace it. One of the managers could not have been more kind and helpful. He found the battery and replaced it even though the key fob was falling apart. In 5-10 minutes I walked out with everything ready to go. This was my second time going to this place and I will keep coming back. Folks are extremely competent, professional, down to earth, great in explaining the problems and solutions, and are very reasonably priced. Unlike other auto part stores, I feel they serve my best interests...not theirs. Highly recommend.
Steve and the team are amazing and offered to help me out with a battery. World-class service and will be sure to share with friends looking for parts in the area. Looking forward to using the clay-bar soon.

Thank you to KOI for their amazing customer service. I had visited an AutoZone near me on a Saturday for help with a part for my positive battery connector. They gave me a part but it didn't work. I visited the Blue Ash KOI and they were friendly and helpful. They gave me two possible solutions and the one that didn't work, I could bring back for a refund. They are courteous, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. I will definitely be using them from now on!
I went to your store to purchase a taillight bulb. It was immediately apparent that the clerk had no idea what he was doing. Even though I gave him the make, model, and year of the car he gave me the incorrect bulb. I should have checked it because he took so long to find it that he clearly was not familiar with your products. When I returned it the following day a different clerk thank me for bringing the bulbs (2) in because I had only been charged for one bulb. I went to Autozone and got the correct bulb in five minutes.
Thought I might need to replace the battery. Steve happily ran a check on the battery, starter and alternator, confirming the battery was the problem. To swap out batteries, I needed an extension socket, and again Steve happily let me use a socket set to get the job done while there. Very helpful, polite and professional at every step. Will do business here again.
Outstanding service.....my serpentine belt had broke & I didn't have any tools to replace the belt....not only did the e gentlemen sell me the right parts...but they also let me use the tools so I could replace the belt. Quality service @ it's best!!!! Thanks KOI Auto Parts for an outstanding staff!!!!!
