I always go to O'Reilly's; they always have great product knowledge and go above and beyond for customer service.

These parta stores better step up their game. Allicia and Ricky are in town. Been all over, and made countleas trips back. These two have it down. Customer service by actually trying. O'reillys auto parts in xenia is the only place to go!

Great experience! Very helpful and nice on a day that already started off bad. Their stuff made it easy to get what I needed you fix my jeep. Then they young man that help bought me a pop. After know how my day had want. Thanks again I will be back

Troy help me when I was in a pinch on a Saturday. Bought a bearing puller tool for my Harley-Davidson off of Amazon, the nut that came with blew out and the threads would not grab. Needless to say it was a very hard nut to find with 3/4"-20 threads. Google brought me to them from Dayton, Ohio and when I got to the store they were very helpful! Troy even looked at different options for me and took the time I needed to get my bike back on the road. They female manager was also very informative and helpful I just forget her name! Awesome service guys and I thank you 🙏

I was from out of town and my wheel bearing went out and I needed the part asap, when I called them they got me the part quickly!

Waited in line with several other customers for about 20 minutes, nobody was at the front desk besides one guy who kept disappearing into the back. He was mad because he couldn't find Ricky...whoever that is. I put my stuff up and left. You've lost me as a customer.

Went to get a common size v belt, the associate didn't know how their system worked for finding belts....finally another one pulled it up and I talked him through how belt sizes work. Disappointing service.

They had the parts I needed in-stock and the employees were very helpful and positive

We often stop at this O’reilly’s for all of our auto parts needs. They are always friendly and helpful. All of our questions get answered with great customer service! Jamie, specifically, has helped solve all our needs and introduced us to new products. She’s the best!

I had my check engine light come on and took it too the Xenia location lady working got the scanner and check the code her and the other employee said gas cap so I purchased one and she was very helpful and even went above and beyond and put it on for me ! Thank you 😊

Had a late evening emergency where I stripped my brake bleeder screw and they had some in stock. Came in and Jamie and Caleb were very helpful and polite. If you see them at this location expect great service!

Guys there are nice and helpful. Jamie and Caleb are always wonderful! They have treated me like they've known me forever but only have known me a couple months. They have great customer service skills. Ask first them when you go there.

During the 1st artic blast after TG24, I went to 2 places for a dip stick heater, to no avail. I came to Oreilys & headed directly to the counter! Greeted by Brayden & Jamie, one went right back behind the desk & pulled out this perfect oil heater! I am thankful Oreilys carried this product & the workers were so knowledgeable, obtaining it quickly! I’m going to Oreilys first whenever I travel! It was OH OH so cold but o-o-Oreilys got my equipment warmed up for operation! Jpo Elkins Arkansas

Shout out to Brayden and Caleb for helping me figure out why my battery light was on! Brayden ran a full diagnostic and it turned out to be my alternator. The guys were helpful and helped me get the right one and double checking the fact that I bought mine 3 years ago and it had a life time warranty. Also, shout out to the young gentleman, Justin, who changed the alternator quicker than I could! If you are in Xenia, and have car issues, check this location out!

I went in to get some replacement bulbs for my headlights. What I thought were the correct bulbs, the sales clerk informed me in a seemingly put out manner was that I was wrong. They asked for my car model, to which I replied was a 2010 Prius. The clerk proceeded to say, “Ewwww.” It wasn’t funny. It wasn’t said in a dry humor way. The clerk then finished up by telling me what bulb I needed. There was no effort to help. There was no suggestion on what would be a solid choice. Being in the customer service industry we need to ensure that our customers have a truly wonderful experience. Perhaps I got the clerk that was having one of those days where nothing seemed to be going well. Or maybe they were just having a bad day and didn’t mean to come off as rude. I feel that regardless of what’s happening, you do what’s best. I won’t say I’ll never come to this site again, but it sure left the option of going to a rival very tempting.

The manager was more than willing to change my battery on a miserable rainy day. Super nice and helpful. Great customer service.

Not impressed... I Had two front rotors turned and when I dropped them off they said I would have to wait a few days because no one was there that knew how to machine them. Then I got a voice mail that they were done. I went to pick them up and the cashier did not know how to ring up the rotors and was not willing to give them to me and me pay later and was unwilling to call his boss to ask how, so that was a wasted a trip for me. Today I go back to get them and the guy still doesn't know how to ring them (even though he had asked the boss how) and eventually finds someone to help. The service has gone up 40% to $25 a rotor and this is the quality I got. The rotors are rough, have grooves like a record, and they didn't even get all the rust off.

Super helpful installing a battery for me today since I don’t have tools! The guy even got me a little tiny part that I didn’t know I needed for no charge. I really appreciate the kindness and help!

O'Reilly in Xenia totally delivered for me. Came out to the parking lot after work and my car was dead. Got a jump start and called them and asked if they had a battery for my car and if they could install it for me. It was yes for both. I got there in 5 minutes. The battery was waiting on the counter for me and I barely had time to finish this shout out before it was done. 110% satisfaction.

Had the bulb I needed to fix fog lights in my car. Was reasonable price too. The gentleman that was helping me was awesome. He helped me find the correct tool. We made several Trips to my car and back and he never complained or anything. They were busy had several customers waiting in line too! Great Service by these guys!

Employees were very helpful. I asked about a previous purchase so I could buy the identical headlight for my car and without hesitation, the employee told me exactly what I needed to know and saved me time with searching the size of my wiper blades for me. Quick, efficient and friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Manager and the employees greet you with a smile. You're professionals doing a good job. The store is always clean customer friendly at all times and if they don't have the part,c give few hours and they will. I try to do all my business there

Good place to get parts for your truck or car. They are good at helping you find the right parts and give you details and directions that will help you if you are not sure what or how you are doing. Friendly helpful staff . Nicely laid out store to find what you're looking for and other things that I have not been able to find at other parts stores, such as body repair prep tools, paint, etc.
