Well laid out landfill process! Pay as you enter, with AWESOME customer service ladies (super friendly), drive up the mountain, back-into unload zone, drive away SLOWLY! Dozer operators are busy pushing debris but always say "hey!", or wave! For a construction landfill, I don't worry about flat tires, I'm certain it could happen but just drive slowly and empty truck and trailer, then back to work! Highly recommend Xenia!

Always had a good experience here. I’ve shown up a couple minutes before closing and they let me dump, I’m assuming all the people complaining about that showed up right at closing, so I would ignore those comments. Rates a great especially considering how convenient the location is!

This place is focused on selling candy bars and soft drinks... What a waste of time

Great price just be aware the mud is wild out here. Also be sure to check if what your dumping is aloud before you make the drive. I see people complain about the staff at the desk but my experience with them was wonderful. I didn't know it was cash only and the lady let me unhook the trailer so I didn't have to drag it back to south Charleston so I could get my cash. She also offered a employee to help me unload for only 20 dollars. I'm now a lifetime customer

They close at 4:45, I was gonna arrive at 4:47 and they refused to let me dump, ridiculous

Rates are great, staff is quite friendly, and it's always been quick and easy to dump and go. Being a DIYer I love the fact they have Saturday hours. As expected it can get quite muddy after the rain, so make sure you have four wheel drive after a good rain.

Very happy with the customer service here. We were short some cash and they let us return with the proper amount. They only take cash, so don't forget! Very friendly and helpful!

I arrived there before they closed and one of the front desk ladies told me I couldn’t dump there because it was already too late, they close at 4:45 and I got there right before they closed but sometimes they’re still open later so I don’t know what the big deal was if I got there before they close, disrespectful with reason.

Terrible front desk service. The woman who often mans the front desk is extremely rude. We are regular customers who routinely take the same dump trailer full of construction debris, and each time she tells us it's a different size. Our last two times in, she threw enormous fits slamming her clipboard onto the desk and accusing us of being liars about the size of our trailer (the trailer that she initially measured for us which is the size we reported when we came in). We asked to speak to a manager, and when he came out, she continued her torrent of rude behavior and the manager just stood back quietly and allowed her to continue the completely inappropriate behavior. We have never experienced such a degree of unprofessionalism. Short of an apology from that employee and the manager or the owner, we will not be giving them any more of our business.

It was $20.80 to empty my truck bed of construction materials. 2 doors, 2 screen doors, 3 windows and some trim. I drove over an hour here and it was a good choice. The staff was friendly and pointed out a couple closer landfills I could try. Expect some thick mud 4-5”.

First time I dumped was great...no problem whatsoever...but the 2nd time when I went with the rest of my material was awful. The woman in the office had no clue...she told me insulation was yard waste and they can't take it even though it was LITERALLY the same pile as the first load. There are a few sticks mixed in where it sat outside and she said they can't take that but can take 2x4s...lady where do you think 2x4s come from??? So I'll wait and come back when the other more knowledgeable people are in I guess...otherwise no idea how to get rid of demolition material. If it wasn't for her I'd give 5 stars.

Very reasonable rates. Was able to rid myself of two truckloads of carpet. Cash/check only. Fun place to visit, especially when the ground is wet, going up to the landfill you can get some great mud spray off your tires, I must have had a 15 foot mud wave. Dog at front desk is a plus!

DIY'er, needed to dispose of bathroom remodel debris. This was the place. Highly recommend. Staff was excellent. For us non-professionals, some advice. First, they are cash or check only. Second, be prepared. I was driving my front drive SUV pulling a utility trailer. You'll be surrounded by pros driving F-250s pulling dump trailers. It was muddy, and those guys weren't concerned at all. I had to make sure I didn't back up too far and get my trailer or SUV stuck. Downside was, I felt the need to carry my debris on foot to an existing pile. Didn't want to leave my baby DIY pile in the backup area. Wear your boots. If you DIYers had any inclination to bring a kid along to help, that's a bad idea! Way too much going on, unless they stay in your car. Cool but scary front loader pushing piles around, and trucks backing in frequently.

Have used this facility several time, and always consistent and friendly. This is NOT a Garbage Dump, it is Demolition Material ONLY!!!!

$20 dollars to get rid of 2 cabinets, when it costs$4 @ Montgomery county dump! What a waste of time, fuel.

Staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. Cost to dump a trailer of drywall and wood scrap was fair. Will recommend!

Staff directed my driver to go further back into the dumping zone, we told him we were concerned with tire damage, he said to go further..boom, split tire from debris, of course management has a little sign posted in the office that states not responsible for vehicle damage. Even though their staff forces people to put their vehicles in danger.
