I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Walmart Auto Care on 2/9/26. On my service report, multiple items were marked as “good” and “checked,” but they were clearly not actually checked or completed. The windshield washer fluid was marked as good and checked. I was later told that when an item is marked “good,” it means it was checked and full. However, when I checked it myself immediately after leaving, the reservoir was completely empty—I could not see any fluid at all. When I returned to the store less than 20 minutes later, the representative who greeted me suggested that maybe I had a leak. I asked the representative to follow me outside to check the vehicle, and it was then clear that the windshield washer fluid had not been filled or checked. That same representative later acknowledged that the windshield washer fluid had not been done. Tire pressure was also marked as good and checked at 35 PSI for each tire, yet when I verified it myself, all four tires were actually around 29–30 PSI, not 35. Despite these issues, I was told that the technician who worked on my car is “good.” My concern is how that can be accurate when everything I was able to personally verify was incorrect or incomplete. Because the basic, visible items marked as good and checked were not done properly, I now seriously question whether the oil change and filter replacement were completed correctly. As a result, I will have to take my car to another shop to have the service rechecked. This experience shows a lack of accuracy, accountability, and quality control. I relied on the checklist and documentation provided, and it turned out to be unreliable.

Horrible!! I will never go back! These guys literally stood there and watched me stand there waiting on someone to help me check in for my appointment! So, since they stood their like idiots, I left and took my car elsewhere! Very unprofessional, unfriendly atmosphere. But............its Walmart!!! I will NEVER come here again!

Arrived at Walmart Auto Care an hour ago. Only 2 employees working to changey oil. No customers with appointments weren't on site for 15 minutes. Because guy changing oil was taking care of 4 customers, I'm still waiting for oil change. Terrible service. Don't care if I was walk-in without appointment. This Walmart always under staffed and employees seem to not care about customers' needs.

Ordered 4 tires online, walmarts customer service was awful. But when I got to this store's location, Ja'Mari, Tom and Phurba were so kind, efficient and provided a level of customer service I thought no longer existed. They did amazing and I will be back just to see these employees again. I did go the day before bc of a miscommunication coming from their company service line, the employees were amazingly helpful and 9npy limited by Walmarts poor policies. Whoever worked in the auto depth on 8/27/25 & 8/28/25, they were a fresh of breath air and soothed my worries.

Purchased tires which had to be ordered and was told tires would be in April 23rd Wednesday so I made a appointment for Thursday April 24th I asked if I could drop my truck off Wednesday night then they could have my truck for entire day service advisor said no problem.So I take truck over waited 20 minutes to be checked in finally flagged down a tech was told there was no advisor on duty and they don’t keep vehicles overnight. which I’ve never heard of.So I took my tires and will be taking my truck to a service center that has a advisor on duty.There was other customers wanting to ask about different services also.Im not sure if this is just a normal thing to happen or if it was a fluke but I wouldn’t waste my time here.

If I could give zero stars I would my mom went there at 12:00 pm today and they kept giving her the run around on the part she needed that they don’t have so they sent her to auto zone 2 times to get the part then when they say she got the right part then they saying they don’t know how to put the air filter in when they doing the oil change which never happened and it’s 5:00 pm they wasted all day and my mom been there all day just for them to not know what they doing, and never even worked on the car was just sitting there trying to figure out how to put it in . They need to shut this auto place down that has a manual book on telling the mechanics on how to do stuff from back in 2022 and have new people there that don’t know what they doing. My mom tried to ask for a discount from the manager for the inconvenience when they thought they were going to work on her car but the manager said no. Yall is a sorry company that need to train your men and have new managers that is more compassionate when it comes to yall mess ups . Yall should be ashamed of yall self !!!!

Last 3 or 4 times I've been here there are 0 workers back there. And once you walk in you're locked in until one late you out. Which you can't even get out until one shows up. Absolutely BS

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not ever take your car for service here, unless you want to walk out with hundreds of dollars of new repairs needed and no apologies or resolution from management. Brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. My service report states my tires were all inflated to 35 PSI. Within a MINUTE of leaving where the tech had parked my car, my low tire pressure light came on. I used my mobile air compressor and my tire pressure was at 19 PSI. I drove back to the auto center where they told me I had a nail in my sidewall that was not repairable and I would need all new tires. I explained there is no possible way I could have gotten that nail in my tire and lost so much air in such a short time frame. The manager, Crystal, was completely unapologetic and told me they "don't use nails" and there is no way the issue was their fault. Mind you, nobody actually showed me if it was a nail or not--for all I know that was a lie to cover what was so clearly their mistake. One tech claimed she hadn't touched my car, yet her name was LITERALLY written on the service report they gave me. So, clearly they're comfortable telling customers lies. I now need 4 new tires all because I wanted routine maintenance. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere where they at least understand the concept of customer service.

I went in for a new battery. I was told, it would be a very long wait. I chose not to wait, and went to Advance Auto Parts. My battery was installed in fifteen minutes.

Scheduled an appointment, went in and a gentleman told some lady to help me. She had already looked me in my face a couple times and when he told her to help me, she acted as if she didn’t want to (I should’ve taken a hint then). She pulled my name up and asked me about a car I no longer own so then with an attitude she’s like “well now I have to go outside and get the info off of whatever vehicle it is”. Ok….. I thought I could get a basic oil change which is what I budgeted for but my car needed a synthetic. I told her I didn’t plan for that and asked the price, she told me and I was like I may have to wait but… Before I could say anything else she walked off. I ended up going to Toyota and paying more but whatever, at least they were polite. To make sure there’s no mix up, it’s the older white lady with the drawn on eyebrows in automotive. I didn’t have any issues with anyone else but I didn’t want her to have any dealings with my vehicle so I just went elsewhere.

Jake went above and beyond helping me today. Managed to get me in without an appointment and was able to answer any questions I had. He was extremely helpful and offered top tier customer service. I’ll definitely be asking for him from now on.

They cannot do full-service oil changes! I took my mini-cooper there for an oil change and after an hour went back to check in, no phone, for them to tell me they cannot remove my coolant to get to where they need to do the oil change! Waste of time and no communication!

Good service. I usually order the tires I need on the Walmart website and have them shipped to my local shop. They call me when they arrive to make a service appointment. I’m in and out.

Ordered four tires as part of a Black Friday deal. Showed up at 7:00 am for installation and they were ready for me. I did a little shopping and received a text that they were finished after about 45 minutes. The manager Brad was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to him and his team. Exceeded my expectations!

Rarly open. They rarely answer the phone. Apparently the staff are moved to the store to help with lack of staff on the floor. They could keep employees if they paid a decent wage. Guess all the money goes to upper management and the Walton family

Arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment. They were not prepared and started 15 minutes late. It took over 2 hours to complete four tires after I was told it would take 1. There were constantly multiple employees watching and walking around while few did work. And they could hardly explain the extra charges involved in the installation. I will not be going back to Walmart Auto centers.

On November 19th, I went to the Walmart Auto Care center in Canal Winchester. (Store #05184) for a simple oil change. I was there with my two-year-old son. I told the attendant I would be "waiting" for my car and she said "okay, there's just one car ahead of me." They took my car at 12:35pm and I didn't get my car back until 4:46pm. I was stuck at Walmart with a two-year-old for HOURS. I couldn't leave because the car seat was in the car that was being serviced. If I would've been given a warning, I could've made arrangements to be picked up or perhaps gotten my car serviced another day. Adding to my aggravation, my receipt says my car was done at 3:51pm. I kept checking and asking and was told I would be contacted when my car was ready. Instead, I checked AGAIN and finally was told my car "had been ready for 30 minutes." It was actually an HOUR and why didn't they call me when they knew I was waiting? Overall it was an awful experience and I will NEVER take my car back to the Walmart Service Center. Horrific customer service. Colossal waste of time. Save yourself the time and go to Valvoline across the street.

We have gone here several times for various tire services over the past several years. Always have gotten good service and very helpful. Found a screw in my tire tonight and called to see if they could get it done tonight. Went in hour before closing and they were very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!

I pulled up to the service center and waited to see if someone would come out. After 10 minutes I went in to ask for help. There were two men within 15 feet of me when I said "excuse me, should I wait in my car or ask for service here?" No response. I then said excuse me gentlemen! One guy look up and asked what I wanted done. Then he said "Steve, she wants an oil change." Steve then says we're cut off for that." After I asked if the shop still closed at 7pm, Steve says "have a good night." It was 6:00pm when I went in.

Dont expect fast service. Drop your car off and come back later to pick it up. I was told they were unable to remove my wheel to change tires because the lug nuts were swollen and they didnt have a larger socket. This was after i sat in the waiting area for a hour and a half.

Don't mistake them for a quick service location. It's not the fault of the staff, they don't have the option it seems, but this is the second time I've been turned away. If their hours state "open until 7pm" and I show up at 4pm... I shouldn't be told they aren't taking anymore work that day - especially with no car in the bay in front of me. Go to Valvoline across the street instead. I called and they said "as long as you're here by closing, we'll take care of you." They have enough staff to get cars done quickly, did a good job and were friendly.

Always a ridiculous wait. Today they said they're not taking anymore cars. Personnel for the counter are poorly trained. They overfill the oil on every change. I'm done trying.

This place has gone downhill. 2 cars in bay and 2 outside. Told me 8hr wait for a oil change. I asked why so long of a wait, was told 2 were in front of me for a oil change and 1 was getting tires rotated. I'm not a mechanic but I don't see how that adds up to 8hrs. Went across street to Mr tire. Was in and out 40mins for 2 cars 2 sets of tires. I think Walmart employees jus want to do as little as possible or they are not experienced enough for their job.
