Awesome Customer Service When Helping To Find Everything Needed…!

Had to get a new battery came in close to closing time and the two young guys that helped me were awesome and happy to help. Will be using them again when I need to!

So glad I came to this location today. Had a long morning trying to find a new starter for 2013 Traverse and Britt was so helpful on the phone and in store. Top quality customer service. The overall store presentation was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Folks there genuinely want to help. A kind gentleman just saved my butt this morning. I stop here when I go to Kroger, very convenient. When you daily an old Jeep, you need stuff, and I've not had a bad experience here in the several years I've been stopping in. I'm sorry I haven't properly posted a review sooner.

The employees have no respect. I went into the store and ask car parts. One of the employees was joking about me. And i asked for two oil filters he brought only one and I said I want two. And he replied you did not say two. I said I did. So, basically he was arguing with me. He is racist dude. Someone was entering the store after me and they politely ask how can I help you. So, They should treat Every customer equally.

One name. Seline!!! Yall have a gem on ur hands and are lucky to have her. I stopped randomly with my kids 12 and 4 after my engine light came on and my car was missing...40 mins from home?. She immediately jumped into action got codes and suggested what to do. when I purchased a coil she even offered to help install it. I dont know if she just felt badly due to the fact that i was crying or if she just is this helpful all the time,but im truly not sure how we would have gotten home withoug her help and knowledge!!! While we worked on the car she made sure my babies were hydrated and had a snack and we even shared a few stories of how shes been there. I can't thank her enough she honestly was a Blessing I needed today and I'm so grateful ? there's still people out there willing to go above and beyond. Thank you seline for giving me and my children not only great customer service but self confidence that even tho I'm a girl I can do it if I try. Keep being you, you are one of a kind

I don’t know where to start! I needed break lights and turn signal lights for both front and back of my VERY hard to reach vehicle. The manager, Seline was so pleasant to work with! She checked while I was home on the phone with her, to make sure the needed bulbs were in! The bulbs were in and I showed up later that night, unannounced and a very kind and helpful employee listened to what was needed and not only got the items for me, BUT he actually went out of his way to offer to install ALL of the lights and ensured everything was working! This employee is named JAMISON, and in my book, deserves to be EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!!! He was the sweetest, most professional person and he was willing to do whatever it took, to get everything working! I see perfect manager material, right here!!! Thx guys!!! Riley’s ma

I was having problems with my car not running properly after I got a jump start. I came to AutoZone on Gender rd in Canal Winchester. I met Selene D, she is amazing and great at customer service. She did a few test on my car, checked out everything, and then she knew exactly what was wrong. A couple months ago I got my battery from here and she helped me back then too. Now there was an issue with the new battery. Instead of me going through more trouble, she just replaced it for me, put everything back together, and I was out of there in no time. Everyone there has always been helpful and polite whenever I need help.

5 stars! Ron W from this AutoZone was absolutely exceptional! I needed to replace a low head bulb for my RAV4, and he went above and beyond to assist me. His knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor made the whole experience a breeze. Thanks to Ron, my car is now shining bright again! Highly recommend his outstanding service.

I would like to say that Ron Wilson is one hell of a worker, my car had a coolant leak and he help me get a coolant heater hose new clamps and helped me put it back together. If I ever need help again I will definitely come back to him personally. Thank you Ron!

Store Manager Karlos was extremely helpful, he informed me of all available discounts and even helped me load the heavy items I purchased into my car. I appreciated his knowledge, expertise and assistance!!

I recently had a great experience here. Makayla, but her name badge said Kayla, has outstanding customer service. Stopped in on a rainy weeknight, and you'd have thought the rain was coming into the store by the demeanor of the gentleman assisting me. I purchased what I came in for, but was unable to be credited on my rewards account because he didn't want to take the steps to allow me to provide my information. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but with several other locations nearby, I'll frequent those instead going forward.

Crystal was AMAZING!!! I needed a battery but no other location would put it in for me, I tried 3 different locations and they all told me it would be too difficult and they couldn't do it. I called Crystal, expecting the same response and she told me to bring it to her so she could take a look. I get there and there was a young man that was willing to try, but he couldn't figure it out, so Crystal came out and in a matter of like 5 minutes, my battery was in and I was on my way. Just AMAZING customer service, she deserves 3 raises since 3 other stores weren't even willing to try. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore, she deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Crystal!!?

Staff is usually pleasant & professional. Went here to my battery checked and ended up having the battery checked and head-light replaced without hassle. Great service & the gentlemen was happy to help.
