Great overall experience. Got some help from Amy who was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Went beyond what she even needed to do to help me out and I am grateful.

My dad and I (who lives 2 hrs away) came to them for help with a battery issue. They sold my dad a “new” battery which was NOT charged at all (over 250$ for NOTHING) Not professional when dealing with this issue and left is outside for us to deal with on our own. Tried calling back few day later about the issue and they claimed “we’re not mechanics” do NOT trust them to do any work on your car or purchase any part without checking it yourself unless you want more issues than you came with in the start.

I came in and was immediately greeted. The lady helped me fast and gave my dog Bentley a treat too. Other worker's came and petted Brantley as well. I got in and out! Great

This store has a fantastic group of people who work here! I always have a great experience. Thomas helped me today and he was wonderful. They genuinely care about helping their customers and go above and beyond. Most definitely will be back.. thank you.

Purchased a battery here in Feb 2024, by Sept. 2024 wouldn't hold a charge more than a couple of days. So on Sept. 22 took battery back for exchange, clerk says, I not gonna go outside and do the install so I sat ok no problem lol I got it. Took bad battery in and he looks at it and says huh nothing wrong with that battery, no swelling nothing, I say so what are you saying? He says I'll exchange for now but I will be testing that battery and I'll be giving you a call. Long story short, go to any other parts store but avoid this one if you are a person who is short on patients, for your sake and his.

The manager here is anxious Marine and is the most amazing man ever. I bought a brand new battery from here almost 2 years ago that the fuse from our car was bad and we didn't know, it recently blew and burnt through the battery. The battery wasn't bad but he saw how upset I was and let me get a new one for free anyway saving me 400 dollars. Thank you so much. I was so screwed I can't work without my car and I couldn't afford another battery so soon. Thank u Thank u!!! I am a single mom of 2 and you have no idea how much this really helped us. We have been struggling lately. Thank you for being so humane. People like you restor my faith in people.

I had issues with my coolant reservoir and I went to a mechanic who actually broke the clamp and the hose. I came to advance auto parts and Dylan and Mr. Brad were so kind and they were able to get the part for me and I left with out the smoke and leaking underneath my hood any longer.

Manager is hilarious & extremely knowledgeable. We were able to identify the best solution for my specific vehicle. He was patient and so helpful.

Had a new battery installed expeditiously along with a rear wiper blade. Both employees who helped me demonstrated great competence! Highly recommend!!

As soon as I entered I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I did. I had what I came for within the minute! This is the auto parts store I recommend!

Brad and Rob were so helpful and kind! I went in because a battery I had bought back in August died. After testing it, the computer said good, but Rob noticed the numbers for the voltage were low and said the computer wasn’t right. He replaced my battery quickly. As I was talking to Brad I mentioned I had recently bought a new engine filter but didn’t know how to replace it. He was so kind to show me exactly how to replace so now in the future I will know. Above and beyond on customer service!

I tried to order a luggage bag for the top of the car online to pickup at the groveport location and the site said they didn't have it there. It said the gender rd location did.. which was further for me. So then, upon checkout, it was telling me there was an error. So I went in person to buy it, and it was $20 cheaper than listed online. A few hours later the strap broke and I went to the groveport location and they had it ($10 cheaper than what I paid in person at gender rd) and swapped it out for me. Way to go groveport location! I should've just gone there in person in the first place.

I came here looking for the proper rear window wiper blade. Auto Zone in town didn't have it, but they did here. The employees were helpful and put it on my car. I recommend it. Brad is a cool dude. ?

I just returned something and Chris had a meltdown. Bro, calm down. Take 5 minutes or a day off. Straight up cussing and throwing the mouse around for a Warm Body task. Get a new job or something.

I went in for wiper blades and was greeted immediately helped immediately I was the only person there, lol the best part was that day we had an ice storm after I got the blades 20 bucks roughly the gentleman who rang me out asked if I wanted them installed? Shocking and delighted ? I said yes that was wonderful because it takes me a minute to figure out how to get then on and off and my husband was on my mind, we were both blessed by the store clerk desiring to help and put them on immediately best service ever. Super appreciative to Don S for all his help today. He replaced out a dead battery for me in a vehicle that is very difficult to do so, In cold weather I might add. Donna super friendly, knowledgeable. You have a great employee. I hope you take very good care of him.

I went in right before clothes and I asked one of the men if they would check my transmission fluid and not only did he check my transmission fluid and tell me how to do it for my vehicle he also checked my oil too so sweet and I know they were getting ready to lock those doors they still search me just as polite and as wonderful as they could.

Just stopped in to get battery tested after two failed starts and wondering how my daughter was going to get to school. 15 minutes later I have a new battery and car starts right up. Thank you Drew. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you again

First off AutoZone was closed at 7pm on a Sunday, so advanced it was. Super helpful as always. The guys helping us didn't settle for the first thing that the computer recommend. He said follow me to the back let's see what we can find. Had exactly what I needed and saved about 60 bucks. Always happy to help with experience to back it up. Never been sent on a goose chase

Super friendly and knowledgable staff! Never had an issue at this location with staff. I wouldn't bother getting a diagnostic test (unless they got a new testing machine) because it doesnt work properly. But it has been a year or two since I last got a diagnostic test. It would be a nice touch if it worked correctly but I dont fault the staff for using the tools they are given. Good job guys and gals!

I've been very pleased with the amount of knowledge and help provided here. The older gentleman that seem to be working every time I come in really seem to enjoy helping me and try to make sure I get everything I need. They are always good for a conversation as well which is a bonus.

Customer service was AWESOME!!! Staff that helped me,His name was Hunter,I came inn to buy a battery for my 2004 Honda Oydesses and was low on cash & what I can buy,And as coming threw the door I remember that I had Breaks that I haven't gotten around to putting on & I had bought them from AAP some weeks back,But had toss my receipt,So I turn back around & went to my Van & got the breaks hoping that I could strike a deal of some storts. So walked up to the counter & Hunter helped me out BIG TIME!!!! First thing was I bought the Breaks In Waverly,Ohio & here I am inn Canal Winchester,Ohio but it was easy as a hot knife cutting threw butter,All I had to do was give them the County & my cell number then I was credited $72&some change,So I got the battery I wanted plus Hunter gave me the $10 discount and that made my total $49.92 AND I was helped out with tools to put my new battery inn............So all & all IT was a very pleasant experience do to the fact I saved alot & Hunter got me out of there very quickly cause I was already running late for work so thank you Hunter & Advance Auto Parts for working with me & employing great staff

I have shopped at this particular Advance Auto Parts several times. It is stocked as you would expect an auto parts store would be with most things you would need. Merchandise is reasonably priced for the most part. The staff at this location has always been friendly and are knowledgeable about automotive maintenance. If it's busy, you may have to wait if you need help, but that's true of any business.

My experience at Advance Auto Parts was great mainly because of the customer service I received from Brad. He went above and beyond the call of any associate I have come in contact with that works in customer service. I needed "battery post shims" my terminals were loosed on my battery; before he sold me the part he made sure it would work on my car and then he proceeded with the sale not to mention he put the shim on my terminal. when I came back the next day he didn't have a problem with putting the shim on the other terminal. Brad told me he was a Marine and he definitely exemplify integrity and took proud in his work as well as reinforced the saying treat others as you would like to be treated. Advance Auto Parts definitely did something right when they hired him!!!

I didn't seem to be priority, plus bought premium wiper blades that streaked bad after a month or two and they would not replace even just the one blade. So I tried O'Reillys and have been happy with them so far
