I know I am partial, but Abbotsville Monuments has given my wife and myself one of the most beautiful monuments I have ever seen. It truly honors the very spirit of my wife of 55 yrs. They were so pleasant and professional from start to finish.

Abbottsville Monument offered a pleasant experience with a variety of creativity & years of design experience. The showroom has several stones for you to visually help with your decision. The customer service is impeccable and they always get right back to you with answers to any questions. I had a specific design in mind and they brought that to life for me and I am very appreciative for their knowledge and professionalism.

Hands down one of the easiest experiences picking out a headstone. They have a really nice showroom to be able to visualize what your options are. Greg took a lot of time helping us fit everything we wanted on the stone with such a long last name and traditional carving. His son did excellent work with the carving. They are a small family owned business with just the family members as employees. I also come from a small family business and that is a large reason I chose Abbotsville over a large corporate company. They're much more personally involved with each piece and take pride in the work that they do. Greg and his wife have reached out a few times to update on the status of things as everything progressed. I've been very happy with their level of communication and attentiveness. Please disregard the majority of the bad reviews, most of them seem that they were expecting to deal with a large company with many employees and do not have an understanding of the industry chain. Abbotsville cannot control the quarry, footer pouring, weather, nor cemetery timeline or rules. Despite all of these things, I feel that they provide an excellent service and are easy to work with.

Wonderful customer service! Very easy to work with. They helped us design. The monument was EXACTLY as we wanted and BEAUTIFUL. I would highly recommend them to others!

Great experience with giving my Dad the new door (headstone) to his forever home. It is very unique and took awhile but worth the wait. Greg was good to work with on the design part of the process and his Son, Brent was very professional on the installation. Good people and I would recommend them. The designs are endless and Greg was very patient on my design making.

When the time came for me and my family to choose a monument I am so happy we chose Abbottsville Monument as they exceeded my expectations. Greg was very kind, patient and shared his knowledge to ensure we had the stone we desired. Our stone is a replica of our home detailing every inch including the flower beds in front under the window. It is a "stand out" monument portraying our life together with the two of us looking out the front room window. When my Mom & Dad passed away, I searched for someone that could do a headstone for them. I went to Abbottsville Monuments where I met with the nicest people & they came up with a very unique headstone. I cannot thank them enough for helping me figure this out. They always made sure I approved of everything that was discussed. I love the stone.

My grandma has been trying to get my great grandmothers death year on her tombstone for weeks. She finally had to come back and get her check she had already given to them. They did not try to help, did not call back, they didn’t want to help her period. Someone told her it would take 7 months and it would be so expensive. We didn’t care about price, just wanted this done for my great grandmother. Finally found someone else that was able to do it & had everything finished and done in a day. They will have it done in 6 weeks. Very sad, that my grandmother had to deal with this after her mothers passing. She tried time after time to get someone to even care or TRY to help, but she got NOTHING.

My husband and I purchased our headstone here at Abbotsville Monuments. We were extremely pleased. Mitzi Zimmer worked with us helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Mitzi was very patient with my husband who is very detail oriented. They kept us in the loop through out the whole process, letting us know when our stone had been shipped, when it had arrived and so on. We are very pleased with end result. Was referred to Abbottsville Monument by my Mother In-Law who had just recently made a purchase of a headstone. They were completely satisfied with the Monument they ordered and had delivered. I stopped in to get information on ordering a stone and was surprised by the very low pressure, informative, and options available. We have decided we will be using them for our loved one.

Great customer service, a local family owned small business. They have been in business for a long time, they know what they're doing . They understand how difficult it is when you lose a loved one and I have seen them have to deal with some difficult customers who don't know how to compose themselves, so sad. Yes, Abbottsville Monuments is a great company, great family.

Would not recommend! Horrible customer service once services have been paid for. Headstone and concrete platform for family has been delayed multiple times with only petty excuses. I could let it go if it was only once, but the delivery date of the stone alone has been changed 3 times in the past 7 months while the reported ‘lead time’ keeps changing every time they fall short of the expected delivery date. Owners seem nice, but are next to impossible to get ahold of and concerns/issues do not get addressed by the staff. Instead of resolving issues, staff passes the buck by blaming suppliers and others while not relaying how the problems are being handled.

We went to Greg and the team to help us design this very special tribute to my dad, thank you for making this awesome memorial for my family to treasure for many years to come!!

We turned to Greg at Abbottsville Monuments when my husband died, and it was one of the best decisions we made. He handled our situation very kindly and professionally and helped us decide on a beautiful stone to sit at my husband's grave. The stone was delivered promptly and he worked well with the cemetery. Thanks to Greg's input, advice, and expertise we were able to design a gorgeous monument for the whole family to visit when they visit my husband's grave. He even helped us to add some very personal touches that continue to be a blessing to my family. All of us hope we won't need a service like this for a long time, but when death touches your family and you are left with picking out a monument for your loved one, you want someone like Greg to be the one to help your family through it.

I would definitely recommend using Abbottsville Monuments to anyone! It's unfortunate that we had to use them, but the craftsmanship, speed, and price was definitely the best! The owner and his son were some of the nicest people you could work with. They kept in constant contact with my family and answered any questions that we had without making us feel like we were burdening them. Hope to not need a monument anytime soon, but if I do it'll definitely be Abbottsville Monuments that I turn to.
