Referred to this TESLA APPROVED towing company from the TESLA APP. Not
only were my tires stuck in mud about 9inches in a ditch, but I had 6% battery left when I called them at 2:30am on a below freezing Saturday. They understood the circumastances with the battery- Arrived in less than an hour- successfully got car out of ditch and I was able to drive it to the charger with 1% left. BEST TOWING COMPANY EVER for both service and price! Thanks guys!!
Driver and dispatcher did not understand the assignment. Both yelled and talked over me. My car had lost all power and one does NOT need key fob to put into neutral because car had NO power. They chose not to listen so I cancelled tow and received great service from Rudd’s Towing out of Springfield that understood the assignment. Aces could have just googled how to manually shift car into neutral if they didn’t want to listen to me. Beyond rude and condescending.
Answering to owner: it was on dispatch that there were “no keys”. Why take the dispatch if you couldn’t do it in the first place? The bottom line is not to use your service if your car loses all power.
Service on tow was good I was not with my vehicle so he had to wait on me however the office person who called me to explain my added $10 credit card fee on a $6 charge was very defensive and fast talking telling me she explained this to me on the phone. I swear I only heard the $6, apparently if you tell them ahead of time they will take exact cash. Service was done which I appreciate but be careful about the added fee. Especially since I pay for roadside assistance through my insurance I don’t want to use them again after dealing with this lady. She basically told me twice I was wasting their time money wise by simply talking to me.
Aces Towing Ohio, LLC (Jase) accomplished the near impossible load and tow with EASE!! Clifford the BIG red '06 Accord was in our garage, facing the wrong way into the alley (an extremely awkward position). In fact, Clifford needed to be pushed out of the garage to get this more complicated load on the wrecker started. Jase was fun and super professional as he planned and plotted his successful load of Clifford and tow to Bodey's Automotive. I give Aces 5+ stars!!!!!
I had such a great experience with Aces Towing Ohio, LLC: My car wouldn’t start, and I thought I was going to need a tow. The owner, Stephanie offered to make a service visit to come to my house and replace the battery. I saved money by not having to get the car towed and pay a mechanic to put the battery in, Aces Towing did it all in one stop. I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my own home. The driver even made sure everything was working before leaving. They arrived quickly, were super professional, and went above and beyond to help me out instead of just towing the car away. Really appreciated the honesty and great customer service — highly recommend them if you ever need roadside help!
Lost a wheel bearing on my truck heading home from work and these guy got there extremely quick for it being the middle of the night and being broke down in a bad location. Appreciate the fast service from these guys
I have used them twice in the last week and both times they were early, professional, and friendly. I appreciate Jace coming out, on a Saturday, to help me get me car to New Path, so we could troubleshoot it. He was patient while we figured out where to put my car at when dropping it off.
Great towing company. They got to me on time, assisted me with all of my needs and even allowed me to ride with them to drop my vehicle off. The driver Jace was not only especially informed on his job, but he also had excellent customer service skills, maintained great communication throughout the entire process, and kept me engaged in good natured conversation until we reached the destination. He even offered to go inside with me to help provide any additional information to the mechanics that may help them. It was a pleasant experience overall.
Jase was absolutely wonderful. He called to update he was delayed due to construction at Meijer entrance, he involved my 5 and 6 year old, explained things to them and even earned a prize procession Monster truck from my 6 year old. Service was quick and my car is now safe at home.
Stranded just 20 minutes from home after a week and a half on the road, our motorhome suddenly started sounding like an old farm tractor, one that had been parked in a field since the ’50s and just woke up angry. I had my young son with me, and we were stuck on the side of the highway.
I contacted roadside assistance, and they dispatched Aces Towing. The system estimated a two-hour wait, but Aces showed up much sooner. Matt was our driver, and he exceeded every expectation. He was timely, informative, and professional from the moment he arrived.
As a police officer, I’ve worked with many tow companies over the years, and I can confidently say Matt ranks among the best I’ve seen. His calm, competent presence made a stressful situation feel manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aces Towing to anyone in need of help on the road.

Matt & Stephanie came out on a Sunday night within 2 hours of calling! They did an amazing without doing anything damage to the car that was suck in a 4 foot full of snow and nothing but ice on the road. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Extremely professional and fairly priced!!

Arrived 50 minutes earlier than scheduled time and I was so glad, I was on 75 N at I 70 with a flat tire and it was frightening! Thank you Josh for being empathetic and quick. You are professional and kind. Great company, will use again if the need ever arises.
We bent a rim and flattened a tire on a 26' U-Haul on our interstate move. Aces was there within 15 minutes of being dispatched by U-Haul Roadside Assistance and had us back on the road 30 minutes later. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Definitely recommend.
Horrible service dropped my truck in the wrong location and when I called back to clarify where it was at told me to contact my insurance company and it was not their problem. I gave directions on where my truck was supposed to go and it didn’t make it there had to go locate the truck myself and take it where it was supposed to go. Everyone I spoke to was very rude and definitely not understanding would not ever recommend this company all thumbs down in every aspect!!!

Great service! We had a trailer issue on I70 driving our kid back to college and Aces came to our rescue. Communicated timing and a plan to fix our issue, including some electrical work. Got us back on the road fairly quickly and called us later that night to make sure we made it to our destination safely.
This is by far the best experience I have ever had from a towing company. Rarely would I ever refer any one to anybody but this company did an absolutely great job. They were all friendly, courteous, and professional turned a horrible morning around for me. I would recommend these guys to anybody.
My wife and I hired them to move our camper and they were able to put it into the exact place i needed it, in a complicated place in my yard. Showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Definitely a great company.
