Englewood treated our truck like it was their own. Driver carefully secured the fins and took his time to secure the rig properly. Their five-star rating is well deserved. It was bitter cold out and he still took his time and secured us right. I would highly recommend Englewood if your truck needs a tow.
Once he arrived the tech was very knowledgeable and straight to the point! Although my truck was stubborn he did not want to take a jumpstart. But the tech hung in there and seen it through great job!

My moving truck broke down on the I70, and these guys came out to assess the situation during tornado warnings and thunderstorms. It turned out I needed a tow, and the service provider came out and determined we could make it to the next exit where a tow truck could bring us to a location where we could swap trucks. Wait times can be long at any company when dealing with commercial towing. With that exception, the technician was knowledgeable and quickly was able to identify the issue and quick dispatch of a tow truck. Professional guys.
Cut brake lines on I70 south in downtown Dayton. The mechanic was there in 30 minutes and had me rolling in another 30 minutes …. That’s unheard of in the trucking business these guys are awesome… highly recommend!

My wait time ??, record breaking. The driver talked me through each of my concerns, during his inspection and removing a rock from the exhaust pipe. Displayed a level of professionalism, that’s far, few and in between.
My tow driver was cool and very friendly, if you need a tow for an 18 wheeler, and you’re in the ohio/Indiana area give Englewood towing a call seriously
I had a no start on a freightliner tractor. I never spoke with anyone at Englewood as penske handled it all. But I was surprised how fast he got there with another truck for me, and you can always tell the experienced operator from the rookie. This guy had it figured out asap as the truck was out of air and jacknifed in a tight spot. But, less than 30 min after he showed up I was in the rental and rolling.
