He explains in detail through pictures, or face to face discussing the best most reasonable prices on repairs. Fitting all his customers auto repair needs. Hi Tek came highly recommended. Tracy deserves applause as well. Professional , knowledgeable, and honest. Very upfront and reliable. We brought our trusted Ford Ecoline 350 in to be serviced and Hi-Tek got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time considering the extensive research it took to find our solution. We are grateful. My car broke down and I brought it here because I saw that the reviews were excellent. Tom did a great job diagnosing my car properly and getting it fixed, while keeping me informed and discussing my options with me the entire time. These folks are very trustworthy and honest. It was an expensive repair, but they made it super easy for me to get financing for it. I live an hour away and I might just bring my car here from now on!

Traveled from Huber heights to arcanum to find the best mechanic around. I got an inspection for my truck with pictures and videos showing me what was wrong. I had bad luck with mechanics for the last 3 years . Spending up to 5000 for nothing . I came to Tom and he got the job done ! Tracy in the office is caring and great with keeping you up to date. Small, local, family owned business. Ordered parts and did repair to my Dodge Ram as promised. Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Important to support our local, small businesses. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

very happy with the service done on my Ford F-150.had hoses belts and new water pump . also gas mileage has increased a few miles per gallon . engine sounds great thxs tom and crew at HITECH , Richard coggin,,,had fuel pump replaced with a few other items over christmas new years break. I had an issue another repair shop wasn't sure they could fix based upon my description of what was happening. Tom took a three minute ride with me and knew what needed to be done. It was handled quickly and reasonably priced.

Hi-T.E.C. fit me in the same day that I called for an air leak in my tire. They do great work and have fit me in last minute for emergency repairs a few times. Always quick service.

I had a timing belt that was due for replacement and a leaky valve cover gasket on my Toyota Sienna. Thomas went the extra mile and replaced other worn components (serpentine belt, water pump, cam & crank shaft seals etc) after first explaining why. I have my van back running beautifully and look forward to many miles to go. I plan on having other work done in the future. Everybody at Hi-Tec in Arcanum was courteous and professional and I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

Our 1997 Cadillac Eldorado rebuild venture…Tom & Tracy were incredibly helpful, honest, and worked extremely well to make sure our venture was smooth riding. Highest possible recomendation. The work is done right, done on time, and done for a fair price. Zero shortcuts, no BS or upselling, if something needs done he explains what and why and you can take it to the bank. If you follow his recomendations you should get many miles out of your vehicle.

Carefully examined the car. Provided a very detailed, honest, accurate report on the car. He was honest and not out to make money, but to keep my son safe as the driver of the car.

Tom and his crew did a great job on my 2004 Subaru Outback brakes. Found a couple things that I can fix now and save money and saving a few other items for later. Great folks.
