I do not recommend anyone to come here and look for a car. We had an appointment at 3 with Lavair A. When we went in, he immediately mentioned how they close at 4 and how he doesn’t like when people come in so close to close. After we did the test drive we went back in with my father in law. Right away Lavair started going off about how he will not do negotiations or bargains for the truck. We said okay and we’re waiting for the estimate on the vehicle we were going to trade in. Lavair kept going on a rant about how he’s salary, not commission, and how either way he’s going to go home and eat steak with or without us buying the car. Mind you we were just waiting on the estimate of the trade in. He then asked my husband if he looked up the estimate before and my husband said yes and gave the price. He went on another rant about how that’s close but not the right amount. After we decided to just leave, he offered another salesman but we just decided against it. I hope he gets his steaks tonight because we will NEVER be coming back.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! My sales person was Gabe who had such a positive attitude from start to finish. He listened to what I asked for and delivered. He and the whole sales team at Liberty Ford went above and beyond to get me the Bronco I wanted. They were all patient, fair, calm and above all gracious. I'm beyond satisfied, I highly recommend Liberty Ford.

My car was there for almost a month for a repair that was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. The car is only a year old and it's a lease! I'm not happy at all!! I have been driving Fords since I was 16 years old! I'm 52!! This is the last time I will do business with liberty Ford! I am going to keep all the extra details off this review as I still have to deal with this lease for 2 more years!!!

Liberty Ford in Warrensville Center I took my Truck in for my engine light on they charge $190 for diagnosis so they told me my truck needed new spark plugs and wires. It will charge me $3500. They said spark plug one and five Do not have sparks coming from those two plugs so they want to replace all the plugs in and the wires I said that’s all right i’d come and get my truck I want to another mechanic. They said it sound like you bought bad gas Go put some 93 in In your truck, I did $50 worth of gas. I ran around the freeway. The light go off for three days. I drove it light don’t come back on. I’ll go back up to liberty for Warrensville. I asked, can I have my money back my $190 back they say I can’t have my money back. We just suggested you need plugs. I brought my truck in to get the engine light off Knott for no suggestion so they didn’t give me my money back. I would never go back there again cause they try to get me for $3500 so do not go to liberty Ford. They will take you and tell you something wrong with your truck and it’s not nothing wrong with your truck they scamming do not go to liberty Ford on Warrensville about three trucks from them and they don’t wanna give me $190 back. The manager said we have just suggested you need the plugs and just cost me $50 to fix my truck and they try to get 3500.

My sister needed a vehicle so my brother and I came in from out of town to help her out. Liberty Ford provided a used very well priced Ford EcoSport that is awesome. Brian Hines (the salesman) did an outstanding job of covering the details and went above and beyond what we expected. Looked at other options at other dealers but there was no comparison regarding the facility, entire support staff and overall satisfaction. Highly recommended!

We bought a Ford Bronco Sport for my husband which is the second car that I have bought from David Archer and his team over the years. David and Jayson were great and definitely went above and beyond for us. Jayson drove all the way to Canton in a snow storm to bring up a vehicle that we were interested in to test drive. Initially, we were going to buy this vehicle, however at the last minute I decided to surprise my husband with the original car that we were looking at which was unfortunately left in Canton when they brought up the less loaded option for us. Super appreciative for David going through all the paperwork not once, but twice when I decided to last minute surprise my husband and HUGE thank you to Jayson for driving to Canton and back in a snow storm for us. Now these pour souls have to put up with me buying an F150 from them, hopefully it won't be as many road trips. PS they both need raises after this experience :)

I just purchased a low mileage Bronco and my experience was excellent and hassle free. This is due to one fact…. My sales person Lavair Armstrong! He was honest, fair, respectful and made the purchase and trade in process simple and transparent. I would recommend if you’re looking for a new or used car to contact Lavair if interested in working with someone who is seasoned and nows the business and most of has integrity and is over all a nice guy.

This Dealership is outstanding. The service department was awesome. We had our 2022 RV in for service for some motor issues. Dave Minor was our service tech and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and kept in contact with us and kept us upto date with the progress. The engine issue we had was actually all covered by warranty. The entire engine needed to be replaced. All the work was completed as promised and the RV is running terrific. I would recommend Liberty Ford to everyone! If you take your vehicle in for service ask for Dave Minor and he will take great care of you.

I called on 10/13 to schedule a recall service for my car. I was told they would need my car for one day to complete the recall. I set an appointment for 10/20 and dropped my car off the night before. On Monday, I called at 3:00 to check if my car was ready. I left a message for Eddie to get an update. I finally received a call back from him at 4:30, only to be told they needed it for another day. I was not happy but understood that things happen. The next day, I called again at 3:00 and was told they had inspected it and needed to order the part. I asked why this wasn't done yesterday when they had my car all day and could have had the parts in on Tuesday. I also told Eddie I can see where my car is located on the Ford app and my car has not moved all day from the spot they parked it in on Monday. His response was, "I'm with you." He completely avoided all questions asked about why the car was not done. Never once was I even asked if I needed a loaner for work. Thankfully, we have multiple cars, and I didn't, since my car was there 2 extra days. I get recalls dont pay like a cash customer ticket and im sure thats why my car kept being pushed off but when I called and said its a recall how long do you need it dont say one day then blow me off for two extra days. I am a new Ford owner and dont have a Ford dealer since car is a 2024 and bought used at a non Ford dealer. This would have been your chance to wow me and keep me as a customer. I had a Ford dealer 10 min closer to me and decided to try liberty instead. Next time I need service I wont make the same mistake.

Friendly staff, and a quick and easy transaction without all the dealer markups and add ons that have become too common in the current automotive market. I was able to do a lot remotely so when I arrived, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Mikal and the entire staff took excellent care of me. A no nonsense experience. Was there for a few hours and left with a vehicle and plan I was happy with. Would absolutely recommend Liberty Ford in Maple Heights for your car shopping needs

Ford Linberty has Huge selection for Ford cars and all types of new and used cars. Very true price from car.com and at the dealership. Strongly Recommend this dealership to anyone!

By far the best experience buying a used car. Quality, selection, and fair deals. All vehicles get inspected and fixed, tires, exhaust system, alignment, what ever is needed. I know I was buying a safe and reliable car.

They've really stepped up their service game. This was the fastest and most thorough service I've received at Maple Heights. Has been fairly slow in the past, but this time Eddie was all over my appointment and it was completed in record time even though an extra item was added. Very nice surprise.

Initial phone call regarding issue with car. Customer service very nice and provided options of when to drop off car. I arrived wmearl to drop off and was greeted. I said I was supposed to drop off key in drop box. He said tell me what's going on.. I explained the issue. He said I'm going to pull your car into garage and start looking at it tonight and we will call you tomorrow. He called 1st thing in the morning. Explained issues that needed repairs. Once car was complete that had Valet service drop of car at my home. So far everything seems to be working well. I usually get stressed and I felt very comfortable and trusted them.

Boy where do I begin. We have a 2016 fusion we brought in for timing after replacing a blown head gasket. Before even looking at the engine, we were quoted for a new engine and told we had coolant intrusion. The same day of getting the car back we had to bring it to OUR SHOP and redo the valve cover as it was sticking out of the valve cover as seen in the pictures below. Once we got the coil packs out we found that the spark plug seal wasn’t even placed in right by them which caused cylinder 2+3 to fill up and cause a huge misfire. So quote us an engine and say it’s a failed block (Which we know it was not as we had it checked by multiple people even ourselves) and then when we said no to getting a new engine as it just needed timing done and then they try to blow the engine by not placing any gaskets or anything in the correct spot and all were loose. We had the car back a whole 2 hours before having to tear apart the engine again just to replace everything. Then have to go back the next day to get it retimed as it wasn’t done correctly the first time then get told we have to buy now valve cover #3 and they redid it. Yeah now we have a massive vacuum leak that’s causing the car to stall and be choppy. So yet again have to tear the engine apart. Prior to coming here, this was never an issue with the car and it has ran smooth and buttery up until getting it back from them the first time. We’ve been asked multiple times about selling or trading then the car even though we got the car March 4th and have clearly stated about 4-6x now that we have no intention on getting rid of the car and want to keep it. $2,600 just to have to redo all of the stuff they did

Did the entire purchase from TN over the phone - made the 10 hour drive and was in and out if the dealership in less than 10 min - this was my first with Liberty but wont be my last. We purchased our F-150 from Austin Landis at Liberty Ford. They have great prices. We also bought our Honda Odyssey from there 5 years ago and their amazing prices is always what brings us back. We are willing to travel to Maple Heights for our vehicle purchases because we’ve now had 2 amazing experiences there. When we saw 2 F-150s we were interested in, Austin rearranged his schedule (stayed to meet with us later than they originally planned to stay open) since he knew we were from out of town and really wanted to see these particular trucks. After giving us time to test drive both trucks, we knew which one we wanted (they were both amazing trucks at amazing prices). We love our Ford F-150 from Liberty Ford!

Austin was great, we did a long distance sale mostly with text and phone calls. While I drove up and test drove truck before deciding to purchase ended up purchasing vehicle a few days later.(second trip)While I’m not going to say there was not some negotiating involved my sales person Austin listened to my needs and negotiated on my behalf with his manager. Once numbers were met deal was done. Thank you Austin and Abass who stepped in his absence and helped out.
