Needed a tow on a cold evening so I googled and found ON CALL TOWING located in Maple Hts. The service was excellent. The customer service person was helpful and quick to respond! The young man who towed my car was also excellent. He was extremely polite and professional and resolved my situation in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business

Car broke down in Independence. Called On Call Towing and they were there within the hour to take it to a mechanic in Beachwood. Then, when I needed a receipt for a reimbursement from insurance, they got it to me very promptly. Highly recommended. Reasonable price, great service.

On Call Towing truly came to the rescue in such a huge way!!! I was on hold for over 40 minutes with AAA with my car stuck on the side of the road with kids in the car, out of gas. My driver took me to the location that does provide the service my vehicle needed without any problem. I would definitely use On-call Towing again and will recommend their service!

My car broke down on me this morning on my way to work and I called almost every tow truck service in the bedford area thinking it was going to cost me an arm and a leg because my mechanic is on the far Westside of cleveland... on call towing beat everybody's prices by a mile.
