Stopped in to buy a battery maintainer and I received great help from a salesman and the manager! O’Reilly’s staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The price was great too!

The worst store ever, at first, they don't do a price match, which is I. You go all over the place and they do price match.
They do price match, but there is no way they can find out. How much is it but the other story they find it.
And they went in a bag to grab me the part after I ordered it from another store. I'm going to pay there and they take more than 15 minutes. And I'm still waiting, and the part is now here yet, and they do have it in the back plus the others still have to talk to them and show them how to do it in a system. Because they really don't know how to do it
Went here with my dad for a wiper blade and obd reader, Pete and Kevin were so nice and helpful. They helped us from the start to the finish and knew what they were doing. Also very friendly and amazing people.
The guys they have working here are very unprofessional will not help you all they do is stand behind the counter on there phone and when ask for help look at you crazy and say it's on the floor if have it and we spend good money with you guys and tbh I'm gone remove our account and go elsewhere because we refuse to deal with that kind of service
Came here to get my battery tested after I had to get a jumpstart. Ended up needing a new battery. They were fast and efficient in both testing and installing the new battery.
If I could give a 5 star review for every interaction I've had with Kevin over the past few years? I would. He's been one of, if not the most helpful, big box automotive store employee I have dealt with. Thank you for your assistance and being someone deserving of a position at an auto parts store.
Bought a battery, gentleman behind the counter stated that all batteries for my vehicle that were in stock were older, not a popular battery, he didn't want to sell me an old battery so he got me a new one in short time. Excellent customer service. This store is a warehouse and typically have what you need. Thank you for the great service!
Lazy group of guys. Especially the manager Darell. They will lie to you and tell you that they don’t offer the other services every other Oreilly offers. That is until you call customer service then its they don’t feel comfortable doing it. Just save your time and money and go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. Their both in the same area and its never a problem getting help at any one.
The staff are not attentive to the customers needs. They sit around joking, laughing and on their phones instead of taking care of the customers. They don't greet you even with you saying hello and when you ask for help they act like you are bothering them. I felt very uncomfortable coming into this place. I will not be back.
I stopped by because my check engine light came on. There are several signs on the building indicating that the service is available. I went in and asked for assistance at the counter. The lady working behind the counter said that they do not offer the service and that i needed to go to PEP Boys or Auto Zone. So clearly on the website and the door it states the service was available, so not only did she refuse to help by making this statement but she advised me to go to a competitor. This is by far some of the worst customer assistance I have seen. Not to worry I will patronize companies such as Auto Zone that welcome my business and offer help. I am only giving one star because ZERO was not an option.
New to the area from LA Cal. Store looked to be abandoned. 1 lperson lurking at door front turned out to be a employee. Chose item from shelf. Waited ~ 5 minutes. No help at checkout. Left store.
Low price great!! Deals. Download the app and save even more. I like the idea that customers enter one door and exit out the other side without coming in contact with other customers due to cov-19, plenty of parking as well.
Around 5 pm on January 11th, 2021 we came into the store to purchase windshield wipers were the associate signaled us next, whilst not wearing a mask, the dark skin African-American man with a beard and heavy set build did not look in the best mood. We asked him once if we could get assistance with installing the windshield wipers, we’re he responded by mumbling under his breathe “yeah sure”. Not hearing him clearly the first time, my girlfriend asked a second time, were he responded again by rolling his eyes and sharply replying “yeah sure” again. The amount of disrespect in his voice left both of us feeling disgusted. On top of the lack of care for others safety by not wearing a mask during these times was adding insult to injury.
Tried returning part assitant manager was very rude first while putchasing. Tried giving me used part an listed it as though i had already returned after explaining to him i just couldnt use it he wrote something on receipt an thri in box then said have a nice day. I asked to speak to manager he said again have a nice day an walked away i asked another employee he got the manager he took care of the issue
The service was great. I went to go buy a new windshield wiper and I was stressing having to put it on myself. Well the guy without asking me came out with me and helped me replace it. The service was just amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone. Fast service as well.
My shopping experience was disappointing, because as the website had suggested, it did not carry what I was looking for. I was told if I came back tomorrow, they would have it. Hopefully, they will.
Our business, ABC Rental, is nearby and we purchase many different filters, batteries, and other miscellaneous items here. Our main contact is Dejuan, but it's a great bunch of people that work there.. They do it right, they do it fast and always with a smile, which makes our lives easier. Our hats are off to O'Reilly's Maple Heights!
Extremely horrible customer service. When I called in inquiring about a part for my vehicle, an almost $300 part to be exact the Store Associate was impatient and rude. His exact words used when I simply asked him to repeat what he said so that my mechanic could hear were, “ I mean I have customers!” The last time I checked, I was a customer as well. One that was prepared to come and make my purchase should they have the correct piece. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where ALL PAYING customers are treated with respect and proper service. Maybe a training on Phone Etiquette is needed. It’s a part of your job!
Hello. All of you wonderful people.... my experience was fantastic.... I stopped there because my engine light kept coming on in my PT Cruiser.... someone suggested to me to stop in and let them check it... I had no idea they did something like that and for free... so I stopped in and a gentleman by the name of Tony told me to pull my car up and he come out and check it and he did just that .... his personality was great , lots of smiles and very attentive.... that is the place to go....

I've been there at Southgate before over the years & have always liked their service & prices & courteous staff. But on Thurs I had frozen locks at home & 3 young relatives in the car, 2 in car seats. I called & asked about de-icer prices & could they bring product to the front register so I could quickly come in & leave with kids staying in (keyless) running car. I really didnt want to do that but it was so cold out. As I ended the call he was walking out the door with de-icer, took the money, brought back my change & refused a tip! He was a young, shaven-headed African-American. We all said thank U to him and a prayer for him afterward! Told kids this is how we are to treat others, looking for ways to be kind.Thank U for excellent customer service and a positive example to young & old!
Don't wast your time, i asked a question and he sent me to another dude, this dude said.. I don't know nothing about nothing and sent me back to the first dude that then told me to go to pull apart for something they sold .. the smell of chep beer, and poor customer service sent me 10 extra minutes to Auto zone, but it was worth the trip .
