Had a great experience with this company!! Easy payment, great communication. Never had any concern about the product. Drive up to get the doors and was in and out quickly. Guy at the yard was a great help as well. Purchased 2 doors for my 2003, F250. Great doors, no rust! If anyone needs parts for their super duty trucks this is the place to buy it!
*Google needs to give us a zero star option" I purchased an engine that they were advertising on marketplace for $7,000 delivered. This was on June 18 2024. Today is August 8 and I have not received the engine and they have stopped taking my calls. In the beginning I was able to communicate with them and they had a long list of excuses as to why it hadn't shipped yet. Each week I was told, "you're on the schedule". I've waited on hold multiple times ranging anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour while she would ask her owner to provide me a refund. I was able to speak with them again but only because I called from a phone with a different area code. Once she found out who I was she put me on hold and left me there. These people are CERTIFIED CROOKS and I wish I would have dug in just a little to discover all the other unhappy people. Sounds to me like they tend to screw the high dollar ticket customers. So now I'm left with no engine and $7,000 gone. It's very likely that if I did get an engine from them it would be garbage. Don't trust these people at all. They are the most crooked, lying business that I have ever dealt with. I hope they change their ways because they will face judgment one day.
Nice clean part. Great customer service! Easy to deal with! Will definitely return for more parts! Highly recommended!
