i got into an accident a few months ago and dropped my car oof and the car was todled but when i got it back it it was like brand new they had great prices on their parts as well like the motor and altanator 10 out of 10
I was in a car accident this place has work on my last 2 cars so i knew they could help me they were so nice kept me updated sent pictures of my car it looks better than i expected was even patient til i could pay to pick it up i usually dont give reviews but this shop deserves one and your business the receptionist is so nice and in this day and age thats so rare being nice to a strangers and making them feel as ease is so important to a business
They don’t communicate and let you know what’s going on with your car. The receptionist has a very nasty attitude and she’s lazy. They’ve had my car for over a week and giving me the run around as to when it’ll be ready. Don’t do business with them.
Got my car back yesterday and I was super happy with the work. Great service and I loved the friendliness of all of them. Thank you so much for the work on my car. It looks great.
To start Off I’m giving There overall performance negative -4 I had the WORST Experience with this auto company. My Car was Dropped off March 7 I Called constantly for 3 months leaving my name and number respirated times. With never a callback ONCE . They ack like they couldn’t find my car Until I Gave them nun Vin. Number stating I know my vehicle. When I finally got thru after weeks of call saying my car was ready. He informed me I’ll have to pay $2,000 after a $1500 deposit before I get to test drive or look at the vehicle.
Mocking start remarks as I cash out with my credit card. Overall nothing was fixed on my car Plus they took all the old parts from the old wreck and just put them back in with other used parts nothing NEW !! Do you guys think this is a $3500 job ?????
A&H was hired to tow my car to auto body shop and dropped it off in the middle of the night in the street with the keys in the car. The car was stolen. CINDY IS INSANELY RUDE. stay far away.
My car was towed there from McCraken early Thursday morning on 7/8/2020 once they opened I went and paid for the tow. Mind you they’re shop is located on Broadway n Garfield. So I feel like they over charged me to take my car down the street and around the corner. The tow alone was $237.40 so I also had to get it fixed because I hit a pothole and messed up my tire rim control arm and axle. Ok cool not tripping about that part because Cleveland streets are terrible. But anyways here it is Tuesday 7/13/2020 and I still don’t have my car. They’re communication skills are terrible and nobody seems to know anything that’s going on and they’re all sitting in the office together. Like it’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get a tow from them or even do business with this company because they freaking suck‼
We had a bad gas leak and Mr, Ramsey took great care of us. They really care about fixing people vehicles and when I mean by that they’re not running no scam they’re actually fixing your vehicle and caring about your safety in the streets. And you could see that in their work plus they are very friendly and welcome you with smiles and jokes. So if you guys are looking for a great place to fix your vehicle or would like to buy a car and you are stuck somewhere call or go to A&H a SALVAGE AND TOWING!!!!!!
I am so appalled at the service I received for the towing of my daughter's vehicle. My son was in a car accident in his twin sister's car, it was a no fault of his own, thank God the police officer saw the accident that took place and he immediately took a report at the scene, because the air bag had deployed the officer told my son that he could not drive the vehicle.
A tow service was called to remove the vehicle from the street. Once I received word from my son that he was in a no fault car accident I drove to the scene, but before I could get to the scene I see a tow truck driving with the car hitched to it. I stopped the the tow truck and said that is my daughter's car, this driver had nooo filter he immediately started yelling for nooo reason and I tell you guys for no reason, "get off my property you are in my driveway, you are trespassing" I said sir i am inquiring about my daughters vehicle why are you yelling at me.
I immediately felt threatened so I called the police and the dispatcher immediately sent a car. I stated to the officer that I am inquiring about my daughters car and I wanted to know if I could get it, the tow driver started yelling "you are not going to mess with my money for this tow" I said sir I am inquiring about my daughter's car. The officer stated, "The vehicle can only be released to your daughter, she must go to the police department around Tuesday/Wednesday and get a vehicle release form and she can also get the police report" Okay well understood on my part.
I started taking pictures of my daughter's vehicle, well lo' and behold as you can see from the photo's the tow driver started standing in front of my daughters vehicle tilling me "I am trespassing and that I can not take pictures, and that I need to leave" what the h#ll..he started yelling at me for nooo reason I said "sir I can take pictures of my daughters vehicle", as you see had a tool in his hand and I felt threatened, thank god the police officers where there. I honestly believed he would have hit me due to his anger issue's.
The police officers permitted me to take pictures as you can see in the other photos without the tow driver I was able to get photos. this towing company service did not present integrity, good quality service, dignity and moral value of representing what it is to provide good wholesome customer service.
I am not sure what kool-aid flavor he was sipping on, but it presented a very nasty disposition that I have never,, ever encountered. I am scared to allow my daughter to go to this place alone, when it comes time to get her vehicle. Shame on them!!! I pray and release the angels of God to recompense for the harm that was emotionally done.
This tow driver was terrible and nasty, nasty, nasty!!! So those other positive comments that are on here, good for you!! , but this towing service sucks and I will post my truths on all of my social media page so that this will never happen again to anyone else. Your company needs to be respectful to those that are respectful.
As a school teacher I value the dignity of those that stand before me...your tow driver should have had the decency to value anyone those that he services and he represents your company so this must be something that has not been brought to your drivers attention, from reading the other reviews this anger attitude that your company presents is nothing new. Nastiness starts at the head (owner) and trickles down to the body (employee's). Teach your employee's some customer service skills.
The team at A&H helped with getting my vehicles on the road safely. Ramsey was professional and attentive - providing good customer service and quality work. THANKS GUYS!

Cindy went out of her way to help...in this day and age to have a stranger help you when she knew I wasn't looking to give her more business is pretty awesome. The owners should reward her for representing the business so well.
My fiance called to get a tow and was yelled at by an employee named Mike when she didn't know how to answer his poorly phrased question. She asked if she could pay over the phone with a credit card and he proceeded to yell once again that he wasn't the manager so she'd have to pay a $10 fee. You guys just lost another customer due told your unprofessional employee, Mike.
I have told a couple of friends about this place because I had been there a couple of times and they had been very friendly. So I called for another friend, and talked to Mike. I put the phone on speaker so she could hear because she is hard of hearing, but Mike couldn't hear clearly. So I took it off speaker and she was able to tell him what she needed. When he asked what size engine she had, she told him 4. Then he asked her was she sure, or was she guessing. When she told him she was guessing, he told her, very beligerently, to call back when she had the right information, and hung up. Because of Mike, I rate A&H 1 star. Henry has always been nice, but because of Mike, if I could have, I would have rated him -5.
I will not recommend anyone, anymore to A&H, and I deleted their number from my phone.
Went in to pick up my belongings and even the change in my cup holder was still there! Customer service was great and all the guys were friendly! All in all great experience the whole way through... Thank you all
They are thieves!! Stole all my husband’s work tools out of trunk. Fat, caucasian lady that worked there acted so nonchalant and didn’t care at all. Her response was “oh well, go file a police report or something” then ignored everything else we asked after that. It’s sad because they steal knowing that they can get away with it, TERRIBLE SERVICE, SO BEWARE.
I was quoted for a tow that I scheduled for a different day then the day I called to get the tow he told me he'd call me back I waited for the call for 45 minutes!! Then I was told I was quoted the wrong price. Go figure
So I was on a long drive and in a huge hurry , my gps was showing there was a gas station close by but it was too late I ended up at the tow company . They were quick to help me and didn’t give me any hassle at all . Very kind people . Most people now days don’t wanna help anyone unless they are benefiting from the situation somehow. This place didn’t ask me for anything . They helped me out and I was on my way . Thank u
One of the tow drivers stole 200$ out of my armrest. And when I called about it the owner replied that her drivers don't steal and that I can't prove anything so I should let it go. She even tried to insinuate that my grandmother stole the money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
My boyfriend drives his car for a living. Was told it would be done in a few days. A couple extra days on top of that would have been fine. It has been over two weeks. When we call every few days to check on the progress we get the run around. We called just now and the guy gave us attitude. Now I see that this place is a two star rating. Not surprised at all, should have checked that first. So beware, fair warning. Never going back here. We are beyond livid.

I called to confirm a part was available and I was assured that it was in stock. I advised that I had to drive 4 hours away to pick up the part and was given a quote and a quote number. Once I arrived I waited 45 minutes for them only to advise they COULDN'T LOCATE THE PART. I requested as a courtesy they Fed-x the part due to me driving 4 hours away to pick up the part and them not being able to locate the part. The representative stated I'd either have to make the 4 hour trip back to the junk yard or PAY for them to Fed-x it. I then asked for a Manager and the owner had heard everything anyways and I requested that she Fed-x the part once found as a courtesy due to me driving 4 hours away for nothing due to their mistake. She then quote un quote stated "we will NOT FED-X NOTHING AT OUR EXPENSE". I couldn't believe that the owner would be SO RUDE in addition to NOT HAVING ANY BUSINESS SKILLS!
While we were waiting the 45 MINUTES for a part they had told 2 other customers they didn't have the parts they had promised them either!
Just needed a simple tow across the street. While trying to explain my situation over the phone, I was literally interrupted to be told "I have another call so if you need a tow, call us in the morning". I'd rather pay more money for better customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
I went in for an estimate, I received the estimate and everything was fine and I got the work done. When I went to pick up the car most of the work not been finished, they said it "wasn't part of the estimate" when I clearly showed them every single thing that needed to be fixed. The problems that did get fixed were mostly body work and they were done very poorly and unprofessionally. Also, my A/C was broken, they said they fixed and charged me with it but it simply did not work. My experience here was horrible and they stole $1000 from me.
