whoever does your inventory needs to be fired. said there Were 223 manual Sentra there. Not a single one is manual all of them are automatic, how do you mess that up?

I was new came near the end of the day and I was treated like I was the first customer of the day.their customer service made me want to pay more for my part. I will definitely be shopping with them from now on.
Absolutely not, gone give me a split and bald tire. I could’ve died. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend coming by yourself, bring someone who knows about cars because this is the type of place that likes to take advantage and sell faulty items that should not be sold at all, low price or not. Had the tire split while it was on my car and me or my child was harmed, I would had you all under the jail. Stop selling death traps and do better.

Pull A Part business plan is awesome. Come in, search inventory. Go to your row to find your vehicle. Hopefully find what you need. Check out. And on top of that. I accidentally left my pricey Rigid flashlight there. They held it for me until the next day, hoping I would come in and claim it. I wish I grabbed his name...I am sorry. He was just as happy I got it back as I was. Every employee I had encountered was extremely helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there. Gary at checkout genuinely thanked me for doing business at Pull A Part.

Pull-a-part never disappoints. In my nearly two decades of keeping old junky BMWs on the road, pull-a-part has been a mainstay in sourcing a steady supply of reasonably priced used replacements. Also, Billie was super friendly at the PaP Cle West location. Never change, pull-a-part ❤️
Gotta tip my hat to Gary. He was such an informative person when helping me out at checkout. Gary had also let me know about my credit that I have with Pull Apart. That I wasn't even aware about. So, kutos to my guy and Big ups to Gray for great customer service and overall experience.
Better service from the employees here than a lot of places, specifically Kayte and the lady signing people in. Good selection of the vehicle I needed several parts from. Will definitely be back next time I need parts.

Cleveland pull apart originally tried scamming me out of the money that was promised over our phone conversation for my car, afterwards I posted many bad reviews and told them that I was going to and upon that detail they have made up by completing their promise and giving me the the rest of the agreed-upon money. so just a warning this company can try and mislead you at first, but if you threaten them with bad reviews, they will give you your.

Kayte was great helping me through my experience. Don’t piss her off though , cause no matter what you get, she’ll charge you for a diesel motor with all the accessories 🤣🤣
If you don't mind walking a mile with your own tools and searching for the vehicle your looking for and then working to take that part off it can be good place to get used parts. But you never really know what your getting just kinda hope after all that work to save a lil money that the part actually fits and works properly.

Larry, Rick and Kate were some of the most helpful people I’ve met in my entire life, I swear. I went in for a rim & tire and the one that came up for my exact vehicle was the one I pulled first, and getting it to the front Larry saw me taking up, stopped me and told me it wasn’t what I actually wanted, then helped me one that would also fit my vehicle and was up to his standards. Rick loaned us some gloves to roll it to the front and Kayte was so helpful from beginning to end. Truly a top tier experience. What a great team.
I did not enjoy my experience with Nicole today when trying to purchase a rim. She was not helpful with providing alternative options to what I was looking for all while providing a nasty attitude. I was dissatisfied mainly with my service and lack of assistance more than anything.
Went in to get my plate off my car after it was towed up there. Spoke with a young woman named Kimmie (sp?). She went out to the lot & got the plate for me. Was in and out within 5 mins. Excellent service & very costumer friendly. Thank you.
This place is well organized. And the staff is courteous and helpful. I have been able to find several matching items for my jeep here and in the Canton location.
