I would give them 10 stars if I could, Volkswagen quoted me 8,000 to provide part and replace it and I came here to get the part for less than 500 bucks and did it myself. Saved me sooo much money.
Literally always 3x the price of other junkyards in Cleveland. Do you due diligence and shop around before you commit to anything from these price gougers
Very dishonest. They list items for sale that they don't actually have in their possession. Then 4 days later they make excuses and issue a cancellation.
I have got parts from Jennifer here for years, if there are any issues I know right away, I get great quality parts with great service. 10 out of 10 would buy here again!
I have been selling parts and buying parts for the better part of my life , and I have to say that Jenn is simply one of the best! Honest and has a ton of knowledge , I'm confident every time I order and I am never disappointed. Don't believe me....call her and find out!
I needed to replace a broken mirror on my passenger side door. I was referred to A &C Auto Parts and spoke with Jeff. He was extremely helpful and really took the time to make sure that he ordered me the right mirror. He sent me some pictures and we exchanged a few texts back-and-forth so that I didn't have to drive there since it was far from my home . Jeff was courteous, polite and helped me find just what I was looking for. Thank you Jeff.

Had enough of this toxic place. Communication is a one way street with them and mutual respect is unheard of here. Go elsewhere, like, anywhere. The old owner Mike kept his people in line. I'm not saying they're bad people, but not worth putting up with. Sorry, hope you all learn to change.
My favorite salvage yard in Cleveland and I've been too them all!!!! Always get excellent parts, excellent service, and if they don't have something they will do there best to locate the parts you're looking for. Pricing is very fair and relatively cheaper than other yards if they have it on the shelf!!! Always a pleasure seeing the staff and doing business with A&C!!!!!!
These guys are AMAZING! Jeff was able to get me a hard to find part and got it here asap. Also they were able to work with me financially. Been going here for years and are well worth the drive. Give these guys a shot and you won't regret it.

Last week I was a first-time customer at A&C. I needed a few parts for my pickup bed. They had exactly what I needed and gang at A&C treated me like I was a life-long valued customer! Also, the price was far lower than what I expected. It's a little bit out of the way for me, but I will have absolutely no problem going there again if I need something. Great pricing and an awesome staff. Tom was so helpful and patiently answered my questions and returned all my calls in a timely manner. Tom, the young lady and the other gentleman upfront had their customer service game on point. Even the guys in the back were really pleasant. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Competitive prices and availability of parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place is famous locally for checking their electrical parts before they sell them so you don't have to keep reinstalling parts. Tom is one of the fairest and friendliest guys I know.

I went in to get a part for a 17 year old car they thought the part was available but it wasn't we ended up with the help of Jeff ordered a used one for double the price .But still less than a new one and I will have it tomorrow. Service was excellent and very professional. Jeff had a back up plan. Thank you for always helping when we need a part.
I recently purchased a alternator for a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee laredo 4.7 V8 online the online experience was easy and the pictures helped ensure it was the part I needed now I'm just hoping 1 it works when I get it and its what was shown in the picture been fooled before by other companies... Will update about quickness of delivery and actual product.
The staff at A&C auto parts are absolutely the best professional kind caring and do whatever they can to make sure your part is working and right the first time. my company's been using them for over 2 years now and we are so glad we did
I went to this business on a Friday evening , they gave me the wrong part. Then when I called on Monday they said I had to wait until Tuesday, finally I just went to get my money back. At that time the lady informed me that they had to give me a check to have a paper trail... Not to mention they have just given someone else a cash refund. To top it off when I asked where that was on the receipt she replied with an attitude that she could've charged a restocking fee but she didn't like she was doing me a favor... I didn't make a mistake with the part so that should not have been a issue. Finally I go to their bank because it was closer and was charged 7 to cash the check. I will never do business here again!
They are an Amazing crew of people and Dominic handled my account with accuracy and the due diligence of a pro. Found an engine for me and also looked for a bumper for me. Hope to do business with him again. Great pricing, great people.

Great parts at fair prices. Be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Their priority seems to be phone orders, instead of the people waiting in line. Maybe they should consider a call center with a couple of people specifically for phone orders.
Otherwise, they are fair and friendly.
**Update. I installed the engine that I bought with no issues and th car runs great.
The employees at A and C are truly exceptional! Very polite, hard working, and caring individuals that strive to find you what you need for you automobile at the lowest price, not substituting quality. I highly recommend visiting them for your automotive service and part needs.
