The owner seems nice. I drove 7hrs one way to view a vehicle, rented a trailer and all. When I got there what was suppose to be a black jeep, was blue. I took the test drive, the vehicle needed brakes and clutch work. Now I'm about to start this 7 hour drive back home with no vehicle. The owner did send videos, but there was just no way to truly capture the damage and such (although it could've been voiced). Ask questions, specific questions, get videos and pictures. Guess I'll start this drive.... sigh

This company was truly amazing today. Call AAA to get lockout services. They said it would take an hour I called bill tice , because that's too they were sending out, and they were there in twenty minutes. I had my dogs with me i couldn't wait an hour truly amazing service

I needed tow. I have AAA and he came from all the way from Ohio to where I broke down in S bend. AND bring my car back home an hour away in Washington PA. Super friendly guy Rick and funny. Other company Tow integrity who declined my tow will get thumbs down for rejecting whereas this guy came further and saved me from sitting there . Thank You

Outstanding service from knowledgeable, honest folks who never stop until the job is done right. I had a wheel fly off my truck while I was driving and they came and got me and had me back on the road in just a couple days for a great price and the truck has never been in better shape. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Waited 8.5 hours for a tow and they still haven’t showed up. They were rude while everyone was very patient with them and hung up on me and the aaa lady. The worst. They have hanger issues and are unreliable.

The staff at this location are incompetent and lazy to a degree I didn’t imagine possible. Because I used the self service method to check out and check in my U-Haul truck and they weren’t familiar with the process, I ended up getting charged for six days of rental time rather than the ten hours I actually used the truck for. I was told by a U-Haul representative that because the staff didn’t know how to check the truck in, they just didn’t do it. I ended up with over $400 in charges because of their blatant negligence. Now, since I was ultimately refunded the money and compensated appropriately for the incredible inconvenience, I would still recommend U-Haul as a company. I would not, however, recommend this location or any branch run by whomever is in their regional office. After lodging a complaint and requesting that someone call me to explain what had happened and what was being done to rectify the situation, I did not hear from anyone. I had to call the customer service line AGAIN to demand a call back. When I did eventually hear back from Mike Mann, the area field manager, he was not adequately able to explain to me (1) Why the staff had done what they did (2) What he was doing to make sure it would not happen again and (3) Why he hadn’t reached out to me right after I lodged the original complaint. All in all, though he did refund my money, I was ultimately left feeling like I was inconveniencing him with my completely legitimate complaint. This location and it’s upper management team practice EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Trust me when I say that I WILL be telling my friends, family and basically anyone I encounter who may need moving services NEVER to patronize their establishment.
