Really knowing what they are doing really fast service and quick on delivery clean well groomed and very nice eguipment and updated and clean will do this place more often

On Tuesday, July 29th while staying at PostCard Cabins I found my keys locked in the car. This company via AAA had "Sam" there quickly. It was very hot and I was a wee bit woozy. Sam made me sit down and upon his departure from the camp grounds he took the time to stop at the office and suggest they check on me. This is ABOVE and beyond superior service. Thank you Sam and Calcutta Towing.

Showed up within 15 minutes offered to drive us home, truck was super clean, driver was super nice and offered to get us a drink when waiting on our ride! I’m from out of town wish they were local would use again 100%

Called AAA and they had Calcutta Towing come get my truck,, Despite being a lousy way to ruin a night, Driver was fantastic and very knowledgeable, made a bad situation actually kind of a relief! We were two hours out of town and the car was broken into. We are from Calcutta and it was really confusing on what, where, how, when. Sam answered the phone multiple times and helped us get things in perspective. He came all the way to Clev to get the car and wrap it from the weather. Kenny is very knowledgeable and had an idea of what he was getting into when we called him to haul my toolbox home. When we got it back to my house it hadn’t even moved an inch from where he strapped it down at. He was right on time and the price was right at the estimate he gave me.

I locked myself out of my 350 XL Ford Transit van in WV and Kenny arrived within 15 minutes of calling. He was professional, kind, and determined. It wasn’t the easiest because the door handle wouldn’t pull far enough but he thought outside of the box and actually was able to reach the keys and get me in that way. Wouldn’t call anyone else in the area!! Amazing service!!

Huge thanks to the guys here, coming back from Pittsburgh and a serious tire issue these guys saved me in a huge way. got me lunch and stayed with me for 3 hours while my other tires got dropped off, felt like family in their shop! the police officer who called it i believe his name was Jimmy was a super great guy and nothing but help, thanks again everyone involved !

I have AAA plus membership and needed a car towed 80 miles from my home I called aaa on Sunday evening and they said they contacted several companies who would not or could not tow it that far. Called back Monday 10/11 and Calcutta towing took the call for service for my vehicle coming all the way from an hour away to pick up my car and tow it back to dalton oh. The driver was so nice and courteous understanding friendly and just so kind and helpful I gave him a small tip to show my appreciation his name was Sam. I called the phone number and the man Who answered I found out he was the owner and I talked to him and just told him how happy I was and he was very happy to speak with me did not rush me off the phone very understanding I explain to him what happened in my vehicle I explain to him what happened to me last night just a very understanding owner and I’ve never had this kind of experience so I would highly recommend this towing service thank you so much guys

My husband had gotten into a car accident. Car was totalled. The gentleman was nice enough to take our car for salvage. No charge. Back towards Philadelphia, a lot of places charge delivery fee, storage fee, and salvage fee. He took our car. And did not charge us. As well as hoped my husband well being ok with his accident. Great towing and recovery. Got my 2008 4 door dually in a bind with a plow and salt spreader on it called Calcutta towing Sam showed up great guy no hesitation got the truck right out. Very professional very personable. Calcutta towing trucks well maintained clean. Highly recommended.

Wow! I can’t say thank you enough to our tow truck driver, Sam. He went above and beyond to winch our 3500 AND our 42’ fifth wheel out of a muddy mess that we managed to get stuck in! He was so polite and even helped us with repositioning. I highly recommend this place. They won’t leave you high and dry. Keep doing what you do the way you do it, Sam. It’s nice to know there are still such kind people in the world.

I would highly recommend this company over others in the area. Very nice people. Very good service. Towed my truck from Wellsville to East Liverpool and put it exactly where I wanted it. Definitely will use again when needed!
