This place is absolutely horrible. We always go to our O'Reilly's in Allegheny County and they know what they're doing, so that's literally what I expect from an O'Reillys… Never have I ever in my 40 years of life walked into an Auto Parts Store and had the guy behind the counter ask ME what the part was!!! my husband hands me parts all of the time and I go in O'Reilly's (or any part store) and they replace those exact parts, no questions asked… Not only did the guy behind the counter, not know what the parts were, but he looked at me like I was supposed to know!!! I DO NOT WORK THERE! this store seriously needs to do major major training before they throw these 16-year-olds behind the counter responsible to replace parts on your engines!!!!! I was so embarrassed because the guy seriously just stood there and looked at me like I was supposed to know and other customers in the store started to stare at me. It was so embarrassing. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a parts store. This was horrible. and then I asked, which hydraulic fluid do I use for the cold weather, not only did he NOT KNOW, but when I told him that I left my phone out in the car, he wouldn't even Google it for me… He stood there and said "I don't know", "I don't know", every answer was, "I don't know"... well, guess what? I DO KNOW that I will NEVER go to the Ohio O'Reilly's! EVER AGAIN!
I have used O'Reilly's before just not this certain location it was my first time there but staff was really friendly really helpful help me get what I needed and as he was getting my items I went and got my other parts I needed and I was in and out
Brought in an alternator I had tested at advanced auto for a second test here, and their machine definately works better than advanced auto. The test told me it wasn't any good right away and the employees were well versed and had knowledge of their equipment and products. I was also offered suggestions to fix my issue.
I have to thank Shawn for helping me today.i was clearly upset....and he also went above and beyond.. Bob was great also. .wow that store can't be beat..Thanku again....there are still great people out there.
This is the only part store that I will go to! The employees actually seem to be car guys that actually know what they're talking about, even if the customer doesn't!
An emergency at the worst possible time during an out of town event and we needed a battery. With only 3 minutes before closing and they allowed me to purchase a much needed battery. Thanks a lot guys!
Paula checked my Ram's computer and hood mechanism. Awesome service. I used to go to auto zone, but they've ripped me off so many times. O'Reilly has always taken care of me these last 7 years. A ++++
Found my items without any help. Then stood n waited while 1 employee waited on person ahead of me n 2 other employees stood behind him watching out window. Nothing to see but rain!! 1 man finally quitlooking outside n waited on me.
Very easy access in n out of nice sized parking lot.
I ordered a part and it went bad within a month. When I went to pick up the new part I wanted to look around at switches and tools. The lady working there followed me to every aisle and stood at the end. I felt awkward so I just left. It was like I was filling my pockets with car batteries and engine stands.
