I can’t thank Dusty and the team at Ole Olson’s enough for their kindness! I was fresh out of the hospital after being hit head on by an uninsured driver, at no fault of my own. It was a bitter cold day and I was 50 miles from home. They helped me handle all the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to make another trip to my totaled vehicle. I was in a lot of pain from the accident and they were careful and thorough, helping me make sure I got all my personal property out of the vehicle and load it up gently into my husband’s vehicle so he could take me home. He is a disabled veteran and we would have really struggled to do this on our own. Dusty refused my efforts to pay him. He was so reassuring and understanding in explaining the whole process because I’d never been in an accident like that before.

Nobody calls a tow on a good day but Ole Olson’s Towing and Recovery made it less painful. The team worked with me to tow my vehicle after it broke down on base.

Way too expensive. In my opinion $260 is a lot of money to have your car towed a couple miles. The owner did call me and explain why they charge so much but in my personal opinion their rates are too expensive. I like Dusty, he genuinely cares about his business but I’m sticking to my opinion that it’s way too expensive. I appreciate that he waved the $50 per day storage fee which was nice. But once again charging people $50 per day to store their vehicle outdoors seems way too expensive. Charging $50 a day for parking in Minot is ridiculous.
After a no show from another towing company to just jumpstart my son's Jeep. Ole Olson's came through and showed up when they said they would and quickly jumpstarted my son's Jeep. I would recommend them again.
My vehicle was towed from a local business parking lot. I was charged $50 to pull it out of the parking spot so the tow truck could hookup at the front. The $50 dollar's a day for storage and closed on weekends but still charged for storage
They saved our day!! We called everyone in town about an odd problem we had with our camper, and they were the only ones willing to listen and helped solve our problem. We didn't wind up needing a tow due to their awesome problem solving efforts. Very kind, helpful staff!!!!
outstanding Performance and great company service they got me off the side of the road in -32 degree weather in outstanding time. When ever you need a tow it’s best to call them and trust me they will come get you fast ????
Olson's towing is my competition. All I can say is they are a very professional tow company. If we ever need something that we can't help with, I always recommend the Olson's towing group...Rod from R& J's Towing. You won't go wrong if you hire Olson's!
Great job. Dialog with the owner led to a Google search on how to disengage 4 wheel drive, turned out to be very easy. The tow driver was quick and efficient which was great because it was a very cold day.
I had a fire truck break down near the Canadian border and repeatedly was referred to Olson’s by the Sherriff, the fire chief of the nearest town, the repair shop in Minot and other tow services I tried. Unfortunately they weren’t available to tow it for some time. (I suppose when you are very good you are in demand.) When they arrived the drivers were highly professional, personable and knowledgeable. The service I got was well worth the wait. Clearly they have a well earned reputation. It’s not easy to trust someone with a million dollar vehicle but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone.
They were not upfront with their fees. They do not accept credit cards as they state on website. They were rude. They added 150 for legal fees.They would not show me business accreditation of any kind. Also photocopied my title which i question the legality of.when we picked up vehicle it had two flats that weren't flat before. Also most allow a person to collect personal items for a flat rate , not these guys; or maybe not for us.
They towed me and the folks who tried to help me out on a miserable, windy and cold Minot day. The owner and the driver were so helpful and kind. I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.
The Tow truck driver his name was Brandon did an excellent job. He is a professional. Knows how to hook up and transport my vehicle with out any damage. Very satisfied with his work.
Twisted my drive shaft off 20 minutes out of minot. These guys were up all night and day and still came to give me a tow. Ole treated me like a long lost family member. He was a great guy to deal with, he even gave me a ride to a cheaper hotel. And personally came in to tell the lady to give me a good deal on a room. The next day he had his guys looking everywhere to find me a drive shaft. He is very meticulous with his trucks and his employees.they only run the best. These guys are here to help! Ole if you read This.. thanks again for making my misfortune easy to handle!

I do NOT recommend Olson towing! They suck! Jim has absolutely no customer service skills and was rude and hung up on me when I called him about the damage they caused to my vehicle. I am now currently filing with small claims court to get this matter resolved. They broke my driver side mirror when the tow truck driver folded it in. Charged me 300 bucks for it being impounded for an hour.
Supervisor was willing to stay late so I could get my belongings out of my pickup. Very friendly customer service. If I ever need a tow or service I'll definitely give them my business.would highly recommend this establishment.
I would highly recommend Ole Olson’s Towing & Recovery! We had excellent customer service! They were able to get to our vehicle so efficiently, even on a high traffic snow day. My husband’s vehicle was in the ditch and they were able to recover it quickly & he could get on his way back home. We are so thankful for Ole Olson’s Towing & Recovery and the great service we received! We will definitely be repeat customers....if we have another vehicle to recover or tow ☺️
Awesome from start to finish, called for a tow, dispatch took my info and had a truck on scene in 15 minutes. Can't complain, negative 20 out (North Dakota Heat wave), Brandon showed up made sure my wife and I were good to go, hooked up the rig and got us home under 1 hour.
Brandon was an absolute life saver the day a deer jumped out in front of me and I was left stranded by the side of the highway with my car undriveable. It was late at night and he stayed with my girlfriend and I until we got my car dropped off at a reputable body shop and he even took me to the airport so I could get a rental car and made sure we had a hotel to stay at for the night. The fact that he cared about my well being and what happened to us meant the world to me at a time when I was really in need of help.
I had one of those days last Tuesday when life comes right up and bites you right in the A$$!!! So of course I called on Ole Oleson’s Towing & Recovery to the rescue! Brian was the man (knight) riding in the White Wrecker! (On the white horse). Anyway long story short I had amazing customer service from Brian. He was very courteous, understanding, and quickly did his job. He was professional and I appreciated his kind heartedness, that is often lost in this word! I highly recommend this towing company, be sure to ask for Brian! (Ole, the only thing that would have improve my financial experience would be to have my damaged baby (my car) be towed in by a shiny, brand new wrecker! If you got them why not flaunt them???
Had to get a car towed before I left for out of town today. Called 4+ tow companies that claimed they were 24 hours but no one answered. Called Ole Olson’s and they answered on the first ring and had someone to the car within the hour. Brandon, the driver, was super informative and nice. Made sure all our needs were met, went through how he was going to tow and had a smile on. Definitely recommend! Brandon saved the day, thank you!
I had to get my vehicle out of the ditch and they were there within minutes. They pulled her out, no problems. The driver was professional and it wasn't that expensive. I Highly recommend!
The worst experience of my life! Their driver Nick was extremely rude and very suspicious. He told me they took credit card then told me he would only take cash. I brought him $180 for my $175 fee and he said he didn't have change because they weren't allowed to carry cash. If they only take cash shouldn't they have change. The following day I called the Ole the owner and very calmly and rationally explained what happened and he started yelling at me. I asked him why he was yelling at me when I was the person with a complaint and was being very reasonable and he just yelled at me more. If you have any other option use someone else because this company has the worst customer service and management I have ever come across!
Amazing service. Showed in less than 20 as they said they would. Where able and willing to tow a truck to friend shop that had front ball joint snapped at less than half what other places in town quoted. Would use again or suggest to anyone.
